Great apartment and great location. Easy walk to many attractions / shops / restaurants.

This property was absolutely perfect for our 4 days in the city. When it mentions proximity to Rogers arena, they are not exaggerating... it is *directly* across the street. We caught a Canucks game and it was so convenient. The unit itself was very clean and spacious. Our family of 4 had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the amazing views. The host was great about quickly communicating if we had any questions. We will definitely be back!

This was an ideal location for going to a concert, game, event, and great for checking out the downtown area. The apartment was very nice and clean.

We stayed at this location for 4 nights and it was a good location. Walking distance to Gastown, to the water taxis and the sky train. The host is great. He sent us information with what to see and great little places to eat near by. He also reached out to make sure we got in ok, which was a welcomed touch.

Location is perfect for city access. Clean and well stocked apartment. Proximity to Skytrain may pose problems for light sleepers.

Nice downtown area. But, when the description says "close to public transportation", it doesn't mention that the train and freeway are right across the street at eye level, and the apartment has the train and car noise day and night. The inside pictures were a little deceptive, as we rented this apartment because the living room area had enough room for four adults to sit; but, in reality, one of the sofas was not there, so one adult had to sit in a hard kitchen chair, which are also not as pictured. The stove and oven did not work at all. Otherwise, the apartment was well equipped. Overall, we had a good stay, but would not stay again because of the constant loud train noise.

The owner is friendly and easy to communicate with. He sent us many messages before our trip regarding the check-in process and our visit to the area.
The most beautiful thing that happened to us was that we left an Apple Watch after we checked out, and the owner called us immediately and sent it to my home in the U.S. Thank You, Ryan!

great location downtown, easy access to Granville, Science World, arenas and downtown. Great layout of a family of 4. Easy communication with owner. Awesome to have parking and a workout facility. Overall great. It is noisy due to the train, yet we were aware of that prior to booking.

The location was very good, as advertised. The owner did a great job communicating ahead of the stay and provided some great information about the neighborhood. The place was clean and convenient.
Here's the problem, don't be deceived by the "3 bedroom" bunk bed room. Its not a bedroom but, rather, it appears to be a closet with a very small bunkbed wedged in. No window, no fan, etc. I doubt anyone older than 10 could sleep in it.
Second, like most places in Vancouver, there is no central AC but portable air conditioning units instead; no big deal unless its a warm spell. In that case, be warned that one of the bedrooms does not have an A/C unit.
Great place, great location, very nice owner, just a few issues.

While Ryan was responsive and pleasant BEFORE our stay, it turned nasty during our stay. Although the property is on the 3rd floor. The sliders to the balcony have NO MECHANISM to lock. Ryan’s welcome book shows an intruder breaking into the parking lot!! An actual photo of an intruder! Therefore we felt very unsafe with a non locking sliding glass door.
The A/C in the master bedroom was not working and blew black must or mold onto the white bed cover. In addressing this with Ryan he implied that we did not follow the directions to appropriate functioning. The toilet in the master DOES NOT FILL effectively making it unable to flush….this is a problem with 4 women sharing a space! When we closed the drapes in the master the entire curtain rod fell to the floor. These issues need to be addressed with a handyman/woman, not with renters! We asked Ryan for compensation and were willing to vacate the premises in exchange for a refund. This was the recommendation from VRBO as I needed to involve them in this mess. Ryan was non responsive and said he could not find replacement tenants. The entire experience was so disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend this property until all of these issues are resolved. Be forewarned this property is sub par.

Loved this place! 7 of us stayed, and we all fit well (one person slept on the couch). Building felt secure, and the location was great for walking to lots of places. The train is right outside the window and was a little noisy, but overall not too bothersome, and the station was close enough that we took the train from the airport easily. I The bunk bed room worked great for kids, but I don’t think it would work well for adults as there was no space for a dresser or closet. Overall a great stay, would recommend!

Great location, easy to navigate to other parts of the city. Clean, spacious and secured. Things not the blame of the owner: very loud city noises, it become like white noise after awhile. Homeless people all around, common in most large cities. However owner is knowledgeable of area and give great tips to assist you with your stay.

My friends and I had a blast here, the location is super walkable to downtown and the amenities were awesome. Hot tub, pool and sauna were all clean and not too crowded. Parking was easy and the views were great. We people watched the Canucks fans walking out of the stadium after a win, super entertaining.

The place is as advertised. We had 4 adults and 2 children and it was enough room for us all. The location was awesome and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Buses, water taxi, and light rail were close by and easy to catch. We were not bothered by the sound of the train. We all had a great time in Vancouver.

We really liked the accommodations and location, would stay again. The one set of bunks is definitely a tight fit, but worked for my teen son. Everything was very clean, but a couple towels had the weird mildew smell. Loved being able to people watch at such an active corner of town. Hockey game letting out nearby for example. Costco is super convenient. Parking garage and key retireval/return process is cumbersome but not a big deal, just don't be rushed when you arrive at first. Window views are awesome!

Upscale condo in superb location for our group of 5 women. Unit is on third floor so train goes by the windows but did not bother us-we enjoyed the views to Science World over False Creek.
No problems with homeless or noise.
Friendly staff and residents.
Bunk bed room is very small but two (under 5'4") women slept in the beds and found them comfortable; kept their luggage in the office off the kitchen. As others have mentioned, the bunks could benefit from being secured to the wall.
Owners provided great local information ahead of our stay - so nice.
Couch is small-only provided seating for 4 so one of us always had to sit at the table, but one slept on the pullout couch and found it fine.
Kitchen well stocked with equipment for cooking.
Barefoot Oasis around the corner was fabulous for foot massages, and Costco and the T&T asian market very close by.

We had a wonderful stay in this downtown apt! This was our first stop on a 70th birthday gathering of three friends. The apt was just want we were looking for; close to the activity of downtown Vancouver. The apt was clean and the view was terrific. We were prepared for the noise that was mentioned in other reviews. Our only comment is the third bedroom which is described as a Jr. room isn't really a bedroom. There is a bunk bed which is the entire room, no window. Communication with the owner was terrific and we appreciated all the helpful hints! Loved our stay!

Nice, modern apartment with great views and a central location. No complaints!

property is fit for 4 adults. bunk area is little and undesired room as just over sized closet. Ammendites are to be desired pool and hot tub are no sanitary. convenient location to get around by transit or uber. that made it enjoyable to get around vancouver. would rent again if party is smaller than 6 adults.
enjoyed stay as it was a place to wind the night and plan for the next adventure with my peeps.

Imagine dancing in BC Place at 10:30pm and being home for the night 10mins later. Location is fantastic for the skytrain, aquabus and lots of stuff including people-watching the crowd going into the Rogers Arena!
We were 2 couples and two small children. The kids loved the bunk beds and the rest of us were very comfortable.
Lots of good food places around and the hosts provide some great recommendations, most of which we took and enjoyed.

SO many things wrong with this property.
1. Location is horrible. homeless all around. As soon as you step outside, there are people either high on drugs or harrasing you for money. You don't dare step outside in the evening- totally unsafe.
2. Picture on the website of the view are deceiving. Picture of view is taken from the same building but probably the 30th floor. This unit is on a low floor and has a view of three level freeway with graffiti on it. Definitely not the same view!
3. Property states 3 bedroom. However, third bedroom is actually a closet with no windows and no closet. The bunk bed is flimsy and takes up entire room. There's not even room for a carryon suitcase in the room.
4. We stayed in Aug so weather was warm. No A/C in unit so owner had 2 portable AC units (one in living room and one in a bedroom). Windows have to be kept open for A/C unit to work. SO LOUD!!! There is a train that runs every 5-10 min going both ways that you hear all day and all night. Plus there's the noise of cars on the other two story freeway. We didn't sleep because of all the noise.
5. Sofa in property is not the sofa that's actually in the home. The sofa in the pictures seats about 6 people. However, actual sofa in the unit only sat 4 at most, which did not fit our family.
Needless to say, will not be returning to this property.

The place was clean and comfortable. The host was very nice to give us clear instructions and some recommendations for the places and shops. A well-thought place with all the amenities and things you need. It even had a radio-control toy car along with board games.

Great location. Walking distance to most everything. Probably wasn’t the best place for five adults, but it worked. It would be a great place for a family with kids, or 3-4 friends.

Nice Condo Downtown Vancouver
Nice condo downtown Vancouver. Very convenient to sight seeing. Loved seeing the seawall and Science World from the living room. A few blocks to miles of waterside bike/walking paths leading to Stanley Park. Easy access to rental bike stands. Unit was perfect for our family of 4. Owner was very attentive and helpful with local food recommendations. Our favorite place was Pizza Ludica around the corner. Good food with board games. We enjoyed the Escape Rooms at the nearby Mall.

Vancouver Visit
Very convenient to many attractions. As indicated not a quiet location As sky train was very close. When booked we indicated 6 adults and it was mentioned 3 bedrooms, however, there were only 2 bedrooms so 2 adults were sleeping on the futon. The bunk beds were located in a “den” the size of a storage closet. The top bunk was not secure and the bottom one was on the floor. More clarity was needed to explain how 6 adults would be sleeping. The property was ideal for 4 adults and children could sleep on the futon. Overall it was a good experience.

Spacious, well-decorated and equipped, walking distance to almost everything
We had a good time at the apartment. Everything accurately described as online. Spacious, well-decorated and equipped, walking distance to almost everything. Getting to and into the apartment was a breeze since information was clear. Prompt and good conversation with host. We liked that there were 2 bathrooms, a laundry machine, dryer, well equipped kitchen as well as pool and gym in the building. The bunk beds are a bit old and the room is small - I’d recommend them for kids/younger adults, light weighted adults. Subway might be a bit loud for those with light sleep (only one bedroom facing the subway). Apart of that everything was just fine. Love to come back when in the area.

My girlfriends and I had the best time staying here. We had all the amenities we needed in the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. The photos don't do it justice, the place has been decorated very tastefully. We enjoyed exploring the outdoors during the day and stayed in during the evenings. Yes, you can hear the city, but if you come expecting it, it isn't too bad. We were able to take work Zoom meetings and didn't feel interrupted by the outside sounds. Would highly recommend it to anyone that isn't too sound-sensitve.

Tariffic place! Be aware, it is a bit of urban living so the light rail trains & busy streets are right outside, so expect urban sounds, the curtains do help with that & after 1am when the rail line stop its quit peacful, at least for our midweek trip. Its a short walk to the water where you can catch one of the mini-ferries that provides a very scenic view on the way to the Granville island market.

Great location, super helpful host
Our family had a wonderful time in Vancouver and the host's suggestions for the area were spot-on to get a mix of tourist areas as well as places to explore beyond.
Easy location to navigate around the city. An extra plus if you have a hockey fan in the house, which we did.
Also hands-down the best stocked place we've rented on vacation, which made it easy to relax when we were in the condo.
