Calming in its design and layout and just minutes from the beach, this light-filled condo is perfect for a family or group looking for a retreat. Take in the fresh air on your furnished patio or private balcony, or stay inside and bask in the comfort of central air conditioning. The full kitchen is laid out in a contemporary style; you'll have no trouble cooking up meals you love with full-size appliances and many included culinary tools. Enjoy meals together in the dining area, which is part of the living room's open design. A desk workspace is included to help out any guests who need to finish remote assignments. The bedrooms are upstairs, so you can keep chatting downstairs without any risk of waking someone up. While the living room sofa bed provides extra sleeping space. Extra perks include high-speed WiFi and beach towels. During your stay, you'll also have access to a community outdoor pool and tennis court. There's much to enjoy, and plenty of room to enjoy it! THINGS TO KNOW Please note that a bunk bed has been added to the guest bedroom. Occupancy and bed sizes remain the same. Pictures have not been updated to reflect the new changes yet. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: Ring doorbell camera Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The house was very comfortable, loved the space, but a little more could’ve been done, very out dated, but a nice place to stay for the price. Had a little problem with gate, found out it was the wrong code, but we handled that with a very nice gentleman who resided there.

Problems we encountered... Two large (on stairs & in downstairs bathroom) roaches and one small roach in silverware drawer... Sink stopped up in main bedroom... Three legs were very loose on dining room benches... Carpet upstairs was very stained...

Overall we were happy with the property, it was as described and pictures are accurate. The location is ideal if you are wanting to be away from the spring break college crowd. Short walk to the beach and the property is right on the beach access. Communication was prompt and did not have any overall issues. The only negatives were the a/c is locked at 72, it was very musty upon arrival they was a stain on the couch and one panel upstairs curtains was dirty. They have updated the downstairs but they need new flooring upstairs it is very dirty and old. The beds we’re comfortable and had a washer and dryer in unit. It was just what we needed and would rent again.

There was a roach in the fridge when we arrived. The air would not go below 72. We asked to check in early, even through there was no one in the day before and told no.
When called and asked about the air, we were told someone would be by. We waited 36 hours before anyone arrived only to be told they couldn’t help. Not a great experience.

Unfortunately this property is very dated and had a very musty/moldy smell. AC is locked at 72. The carpet that went from the stairs to the upper level bedrooms are very dirty. Some of the property is not well maintained and could be with attention to detail. As a vacation property owner for 7 years these small details make a VRBO home to reach 5 stars. Many of the new items and décor still had visible price tags or stickers on them. The location is close to the beach, an older condominium development. To the owners/management company: front porch light is out; too many front porch carpets and some type of sand bag can cause trip hazard; hot water is set too high and a safety hazard; washing machine the water hook up is reversed; ac vents are rusted in the bedrooms; door knob hole in one bedroom because door stops are old and rusted, carpet is dirty with so many stains; very musty moldy smell in the unit especially upper level bedrooms.

Way better than a hotel! Everything we needed was in the unit, even things we did not think of. Nice easy walk to the beach. Pet friendly! So happy with our stay , will definitely be booking here again!

This was a very nice condo, clean, welcoming and homey. Had everything you need to stay. The complex is very nice with lots of area to walk our dog. The pool is at the front of the complex while this condo is at the back, nice and quiet, but the beach access walkway is right next to this condo and it’s about a 5 minute walk. The only negative, and this is no one’s fault, the bedrooms are upstairs and it is a little steep, so if older and somewhat limited in mobility, that could be a problem. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and well stocked. It felt very safe and is located near many locations within walking distance. It's not an immediate trek to the beach so make sure you bring a wagon if you plan on bringing much stuff with you.

The home was clean and spacious. It was enough room for the 4 of us. The kitchen area had all the essentials we needed. We enjoyed time on the patio and upstairs balcony. We had a short walk to the beach. The staff texted to make sure we were good during our stay. I recommend this location if you are looking for a getaway to Panama City Beach.

The home was clean and spacious. It was enough room for the 4 of us. The kitchen area had all the essentials we needed. We enjoyed time on the patio and upstairs balcony. We had a short walk to the beach. The staff texted to make sure we were good during our stay. I recommend this location if you are looking for a getaway to Panama City Beach.

This is a low-priced property and I believe my expectations were set to match the price point- however, upon entry we’re met with heavy smoke smells, clear damage to walls (holes that were golf ball size throughout the unit), missing baseboards, sticky counters, dog hair on furniture, and the upstairs shower curtain covered in black mold.
To their credit, Vacasa customer service quickly provided a cleaning fee refund. Just the same, I would not recommend this property.

We loved the condo, however, it was advertised as having cable tv, and although there were 3 tvs in there, none of them had cable. One would not turn on, one turned on, but had no signal and the one in the living area only had what was free streaming on the internet. We called and they finally got someone out on the 3rd day there and he was very nice, but could get only one to work and it was in the bedroom. We were expecting to watch the Super Bowl and couldn’t because no tv worked. This should have been checked before arrival. I feel the cost was excessive as it was not as advertised. Not worth the price charged. The staff were exceptional.

My recent stay at this condo was delightful and rejuvenating. I came home feeling very rested. The condo and the surrounding areas were tranquil. I enjoyed waking up to the sound of birds chirping and a magnificent view. Early morning walks to the beach close by is unforgettable. The apartment was comfortable with an array of supplies, especially the kitchen. I will definitely recommend others to stay at Beachwalk 8a.

Condo in a quiet part of PCB. Clean and well outfitted for use, but in need of being renovated properly, particularly bathrooms. Living room sofa was uncomfortable (hard) but clean and fresh in appearance.

Didn’t know what to expect before reaching the location. Hard to judge from pics what a place is going to look like. I was pleasantly surprised by the neatness and upkeep of the unit. The close beach access was great. I only stayed a short time, but it was short and sweet. Will recommend.
