This unit can sleep up to 11 people, with its built-in bunks and three full baths. The kitchen is fully equipped with Keurig Duo and a large breakfast bar overlooking the spacious living room with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. We have one of the largest kitchens at Splash! This unit also features tile throughout, granite countertops, 9 foot ceilings and ROKU smart TVs in the living room and all master bedrooms. Large balcony with top floor, unrestricted beachfront views of the gulf and beach that stretch to the horizon. All bathrooms have granite countertops and the both master bathrooms have double vanities. Seaside Master has balcony access also. Security hours will change October 31 to be 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. seven days a week thru the month of February. East tower pools/amenities will be unavailable from Jan 4 until spring break. The Beach Chair Rental Service is not available during the winter season. The registration fee is charged by the resort and is not included in your price. We will not rent to persons other than families, married couples, and adults who are 25 years of age or older. The renter must closely and personally supervise all occupants of the property under the age of 25 years. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to loss of rent and/or eviction.
