A great location 10 minutes from gatlinburg. Your away from the city enough to look at the stars in the hot tub. Enough beds for all your friends. The place itself was a joy to explore with plenty of space and fun games to play. The interior design was fun and the beds comfortable. 10/10

Upon entering the front door we knew immediately that the house wasn’t in the condition as advertised. One of the legs on the pool table was cracked, a pool cue was broken in half, no net or balls for ping pong & connect four was broken sitting on a bench. Enter the puzzled room where random cards, puzzle & board game pieces were laying on the shelves. The puzzle for the magnetic wall does not work. We brought all our meals to cook breakfast, lunch, dinner & had no trouble cooking/baking in the kitchen. Just missing a can opener & strainer so we left ours at the house. You cannot play Nintendo, use the TV or the dishwasher. Most of the beds (15) only had sheets, no where in the entire house were extra sheets, blankets or pillows. 6 of the 9 TV’s only had a working remote after we played hide & seek in order to find them, replace batteries & download Roku apps. The washer had multiple error codes because it doesn’t receive enough water. Despite the dryer being old, it works. The hot tub cover was open, freezing & had an error code. 1 slider & 1 window had previously been shattered & boarded up only on 1 side. There is still broken glass in the courtyard. The lego room beds (6) are cheaply made, very wobbly & not secured to the wall to the point the kids did not want to climb or sleep in them. 1 of the chairs was broken & intentionally put back together so when one of our kids sat down she fell onto the floor. She wasn’t hurt, but really? The stadium room basketball & big buck are broken & this room has an awful decade old smoke odor. 1 of the monopoly room closet doors wasn't in the tracks so it fell when opened. The slots do not work in the high roller room & there was someone's prescription medication in a drawer. Room after room is just one disappointment after another. The house echos so badly that none of us had privacy downstairs. The doors were so noisy that we put cooking oil on every single one of them. All 5 bathrooms however were in perfect working order! Never did find "bonus game room #3.” We told the kids that we would still find a way to have fun & leave the house much better than we found it. Playing the game of Life with a chutes & ladder spinner, legos as cars with people & monopoly money was quite hilarious. The infinity tables were the only things that made it worth staying & they weren’t even a reason we booked it. The house is neglected in every aspect from the owner, maintenance, cleaners & the guests who have destroyed it.

This place was more amazing than advertised. We had ages 18 months to 77 years in our group and everyone had a great time. My teenagers enjoyed the arcade games and the board games. They were even playing Candy Land late into the night without their little brothers ☺️ The kids had an Easter egg hunt in the courtyard while we used the grill to make dinner. There is so at this house to entertain the whole family you don't even need to go into town but if you do it is very close to shopping and the whole Gatlinburg experience. We have never had such a great family vacation and are already planning our next trip back. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. Excellent experience all around. Highly recommend!!!
