The condo had a good location was clean and had everything we needed. However, like so many renters before us, we had trouble with the door lock system. I had reached out to Vacasa and the home owner before going on our trip to make sure the door lock issue had been repaired and both parties assured me that it had been addressed. However, it took us 15 minutes to get into the condo upon arrival and we were never able to lock the door when leaving. It is unbelievable that the owner and Vacasa choose to keep ignoring this issue after so many complaints. I will rent elsewhere in the future.

Vacasa manages this property and the customer service was pathetic. It started with them giving us the wrong code for the lock. A phone call got us the correct code. But the lock was broken and opened with any code. Customer service repeatedly said they would take care of it but the lock was broken for the duration of our weeklong stay. The master bath tub faucet was broken and dripped a gallon every minute. Owner new about it but couldn’t be bothered to inform renters. The previous group of renters had the exact same issues and the next 2 groups of renters will continue to have the same issues. On the bright side, the location is perfect - 5-8 min walk to the Village, Rive Bahn lift and Gondola One. Less than 5 min to the Transportation center. 2 min walk to the in-town shuttle. The condo was cosy and comfortable, kitchen well equipped with lots of pots and pans, utensils and a Coffee Mate 12 cup drip coffee maker. There is no washer/dryer in the unit and there none in the building. If you need to wash clothes there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY to do it or get it done. It’s amazing - owners collect their rent, Vacasa collects a massive service fee and renters deal with the problems with no recourse.

The code did not work.. stayed out in the 10 degrees weather with kids while someone on the phone was trying to figure things out. Finally he gave up too and asked us to use the keys that the cleaning crew uses. ( gave us the code for the lock box where the key was placed). We walk in to find out the master bedroom shower is not working..called maintenance to come fix it.. they said they will send someone ASAP. Never got fixed.. Lamps weren’t working. Called maintenance again only to hear that they will send Someone out. We checked in on the 29th and checked out on the 4th.. NO ONE CAME TO FIX THE SHOWER OR THE LAMPS the entire duration of the stay. WOULD NEVER RENT THIS PLACE AGAIN. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money on this condo. We’ve been to Colorado a couple times.. never experienced something like this. VACASA I’m NEVER renting from you again!

The only complain we have is there were some things we couldn’t figure out like the main tv. Had to call to get fireplace turned on and a couple lights did not go on. We like the location for skiing and walking around after.

Our party of 3 stayed here after the Triple Bypass cycling event. The proximity to the finish line was fantastic. We were very happy with comfy beds, roomy couch, and plenty of towels! Upon arriving, we learned that the entry code we received for the unit via text and the app was wrong, so our visit started off with a call to support and get the code. Thankfully they were able to provide the correct information quickly and we were inside without much of a delay. In general the complex seemed nice and quiet, without much noise from neighboring units. There were a few minor things in the unit that could stand to be touched up (such as locks on the back porch door, but there was a wooden rod provided to keep it securely closed). Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would return!

Overall, we liked the property. It was a little out dated, but everything worked and it was clean. It is a bit of a walk to Gondola One.
