Situated in Seabrook Island, this attractive house for $1,019 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Tucked away into the dunes of the 7th green of the Ocean Winds Course, this elegant 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home on Seabrook Island is the perfect island oasis. The home is a great spot to experience the Seabrook Island life and see the vast array of wildlife and nature. When you enter the home, there is plenty of space to relax and unwind. Just off the entryway, you'll find a formal dining room which seats 6 guests, and a formal sitting room. From there, you then walk into the fully equipped kitchen and living room. Enjoy full golf course views throughout this area from the floor to ceiling windows or easily access the back deck and expansive screened in porch. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and comfortable seating. The home also has complimentary Wi-Fi. The fully-equipped kitchen is updated with a large center island and abundant cabinet space. It is the perfect spot to whip up a delicious southern meal. There are three bedrooms on the first floor of the home. The large master suite (Bedroom #1) features a king size bed and private ensuite bathroom. There is also a desk for reading or working and it has access to the screened in porch. The other two guest bedrooms (Bedrooms #2 and #3) have one queen and one king bed, respectively, and each have their own private bathrooms. The last bedroom (Bedroom #4) is on the second floor above the garage. It features a king bed, TV, and it has a private bathroom. The home comes with a full-access amenity card to the Lake House and Beach Club pools (some fees apply for additional amenities), and is just a short walk to the beach- about 15-20 minutes. Come enjoy all Seabrook has to offer and stay in this home today! Also, to make it easier to cruise around the island, the owner's 6-seater golf cart is available to rent for your vacation. Please contact our team prior to reserving this home for any questions or updates regarding this construction. ** Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island will be requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2024. If you are booking early, please note that club access options will be changing in 2025. To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities. All Sweetgrass rental properties include: bed linens, bath towels, access to washer/dryer, high-speed internet/WiFi, free parking, no-contact remote check-in process, and a one-day starter supply kit of necessities (ex. paper towel roll, toilet paper, one trash bag, one packet of detergents, single-use soaps, and a package of coffee).

Nothing but good things to say. Fun spot to watch approach shots on the 7th hole of Ocean Winds. Spacious screened in porch with additional deck without screen for when you want to be in the sun. Set back from course though, so still very private. Also private from the front even though on thoroughfare across the island. Very well appointed kitchen, didn't have to buy anything that was missing. Plenty of common spaces for people to either mingle or be on their own. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable house with great areas to relax. We cook a lot when we travel, and the kitchen was outstanding. My pet peeve when we rent houses are dull knives THANK YOU for the quality cutlery! Grill is very new and works well. Some extra hoops with the amenity cards and gate access but it was surprisingly easy once we got on-site. A dedicated office space and a desk in the master already have us discussing coming back this winter to escape the cold since we could both have dedicated spots to work. We will look to rent this house again in the future but likely with a larger group so the only thing I could suggest to the owners is a larger dining room table. Several places to enjoy a meal inside and out but if all the bedrooms were occupied, I don’t know that everyone (8) would fit at one dining spot.
