Stunning views meet modern luxury w. hot tub, theater + game room
About this cabin rental
New construction cabin in Chalet Village. Spectacular mountain views, three huge decks from which to enjoy them and five-star amenities including four beautifully furnished en-suite bedrooms, fire pit, hot tub and a game room that sleeps another six kids. There’s so much to love about Breathless Views. The beautiful home, which can sleep 14 people, is atop a high ridge of the Great Smoky Mountains—yet it’s just 15 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. If you’re vacationing with several other couples or families, you’ll appreciate the spaciousness of the 3,800-square-foot lodge, not to mention the luxury of a brand-new construction home. The stunning views of the Smoky Mountains during the day and the star-studded sky at night will make a steamy soak in the hot tub or some popcorn next to the firepit even more relaxing! The four bedrooms are spread out over Breathless View’s three floors. All four bedrooms have a king-size bed, the game room has a set of bunk beds with three full-size beds that can sleep up to six kids. Each room has its own full bathroom, a flat-panel TV and direct access to a deck. You’ll be able to slip outside to watch the sunrise or savor a late-night glass of wine in the moonlight without disturbing anyone else. If you’re traveling with kids, they can take over the game room for a vacation-long slumber party! The main floor features the living room, dining room and kitchen. From the lustrous wood floors and the stone-surround gas fireplace to the Old World-style furnishings, the main floor pairs high style and comfort to perfection. The gleaming dining table easily seats eight people, and the padded chairs are so comfortable, you’ll want to linger long after the meal is over. After you clear the dishes, bring out your Monopoly board or Uno deck, and let a family meal morph into the family game night! Another three people can sidle up to the breakfast bar—the kids will especially enjoy the funky stools. Should you want to dine alfresco—and given how gorgeous the scenery is, why wouldn’t you?—there’s a picnic table on one of the decks. You can cook out there too, on the large gas grill. Of course, Breathless Views has a fully equipped indoor kitchen as well, with stainless-steel appliances, cookware, tableware, gleaming counters—the kitchen has it all. Breathless Views includes a game room and home theater. There’s something here to keep everyone in your group happily entertained for hours. If you’re feeling competitive, you can shoot some pool, challenge a friend to pinball or camp in front of the two-player arcade. Or kick back in one of the amply cushioned armchairs with a bowl of popcorn and watch a movie on the flat-panel TV. If you don’t want to get up from your comfy seat afterward, take advantage of the free Wi-Fi to surf the web. Given how much there is to do and see just minutes away, however, we have a feeling you won’t be sitting for long. In the summer you’ll have access to the community’s three swimming areas—so many pools to choose from! Downtown Gatlinburg, with its restaurants and amusements ranging from mini golf to an aquarium, is only 15 minutes away. Even closer is Ober Gatlinburg Ski Area and Amusement Park and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. No matter how you spend your day, you’ll look forward to returning to serene Breathless Views, where you can sit on a porch swing or rocker and revel in the birdsong, the fresh air and the superlative mountain views. So don’t delay—book your stay today and get ready for your best vacation ever.

This home is beautiful! It had plenty of room for everyone in my family of 14. It’s very clean and had everything we needed. The beds and furniture are comfortable. I appreciated that we could all sit at the same table for family dinner. I was pleased the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. The fireplace was cozy and heated the place nicely. I would stay here again.

Beautiful cabin with plenty of room! Great location for whatever you want to do.

The view and home are gorgeous. However the home seemed like the final construction punch list wasn’t completed, and the property was not carefully checked to ensure all was functional.
The pool table was not working. Previous tenants left shot glasses in, so the balls were stuck. The can opener was broken and they never did bring another. The door lock set off an alarm on arrival and wouldn’t lock. Turned out to be batteries.
Make sure and bring EVERYTHING for cooking as the house didn’t even have salt and pepper. Also bring 30 gallon garbage bags as the tall I brought from home were too small. These household items are very expensive in the local markets.

We absolutely loved our stay in this house! The house is beautiful and well maintained. The game room and theater room were awesome. We got to see a bear on/near the property on multiple occasions which was awesome. The bedrooms were comfortable. Could use some very minor enhancements - toilet paper holders and towel hooks in all the bathrooms, a working can opener (the one in the house is awful), a new set of pool balls since one is missing, maybe add fencing behind the firepit seating so you feel safe using it given the bear that frequents the property. We had an issue with the security system the first day beeping incessantly and with one of the showers not draining. The maintenance team promptly addressed both issues. We would stay here again, it is an amazing property!

The house was beautiful, spacious, and offered breathtaking views. It was also clean and well-maintained. However, the area experienced a thunderstorm, causing a power outage that lasted for 14 hours. It would have been helpful if the house had torches or battery operated lights available. As a result, we had to make a trip to Walmart to purchase a torch. Despite this inconvenience, the place itself was lovely, and the service was satisfactory.

Everything about the property was as promised. We found everything in order. The adults had good time and the kids absolutely loved the game room and movie theater. We truly enjoyed the property.

Wonderful trip. Accommodations were awesome! Cabin was everything we wanted and just as described. The triple bunk beds were a huge hit with my grandsons. We could not have asked for a place more perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

The place itself was great. The people who rent it, not so much. I would be leaving a positive review here but they lied to me in the beginning and the end. They sent me something to sign which had a different cancelation policy than what was listed on vrbo. Then they called and I told why I did not sign and they told me I didn't have to since I already did one on vrbo's site. After that was resolved, they called me again while I was travelling there and I told them about the last call. They said ok no problem. My friends got there and they were locked out until we arrived because according to them "we did not sign the agreement". The one I said I would sign after the date on vrbo's site and they told me not to that it is fine. The place itself, beautiful views. Bring trash bags, because they do not provide. Then when you leave, even though the checkout policy states to leave all trash inside if the bin outside is full, they will charge you an extra cleaning fee. The bin was already half full when we got there so we had all the trash in one spot per instructions and they charged us extra.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and definitely recommend. The views are excellent and even better than the pictures! The property was very clean and well maintained. We appreciated that all bedrooms had a king size bed and kids loved the bunk beds. Theater room, hot tub and fire pit were an added bonus. The only small recommendation is for the property management company to provide a few additional items in the future including shampoo, conditioner, more pods for dishwasher, extra garbage bags and no laundry detergent was provided. For a large group, more was needed.

Amazing!
The name of the property speaks for itself. We had 8 adults, 3 toddlers and 2 infants. Plenty of space for everybody. Everything was clean and organized when we got there. All the essentials were available. If you plan on cooking/grilling you will need spices and charcoal. The grill worked perfectly fine though and we like charcoal anyway. No early check in is provided. The only thing that did not work that was advertised was the pool table. I did reach out the Property Management company about the pool table and the outdoor speakers and I received no response back from them. I would say that was really the only negative I have about they stay but I would not bash the actual property because of that. It was a great way to spends Father's Day and we thank you for being so kind to let us use your place.

This house was amazing and definitely lived up the description and reviews! The views are unbelievable and the house was top notch. We loved the chairs on the deck, the hot tub was awesome and the pool table was great. The description of the amenities at the house could have been a little more detailed, didn't list that there was a coffee maker or what was really included in the kitchen, it said there was a gas grill but it was charcoal and it didn't mention that there was a firepit. Overall it was a great experience and we saw bears twice right by the cabin!

The Cabin itself was taken off a post card. Beautiful, functional, with lots to do. The view...stunning. We had 6 adults and two teenage boys. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. The kitchen was huge with everything you need. (minus hot pads which was weird but we survived) The family room had plenty of room for everyone to sit comfortably which was so nice. Windows covered the entire back of the cabin which gave us what felt like a panoramic view. Between the hot tub, pool table, theater room and gaming consoles, there was always something fun to do together. There were TV's (smart TV's) everywhere, fans in all the rooms which is always a requirement on our end and blinds in all the bedrooms. I know that is weird but if you look at most cabins there are NO blinds. I dont know how these people sleep past 5am with no blinds. Beds were good, showers were good. I would recommend you bring your own bath towels or hot tub towels. The very few towels that are provided are what you would expect at a cheap hotel but again...we survived just fine. Would 100% come back. Ok so the only part that was not made very clear was "The Drive" I was not prepared for the hair raising drive up the mountain to our cabin. WOW, talk about "pucker" factor. Yikes.... I had to just look forward or close my eyes. After a few days of the drive I no longer had a pit in my stomach but I still would not make that drive in bad weather or at night. Would not deter me from going back but I would have at least liked to have been prepared. I'm from Kansas, we struggle to find hills to sled down in the winter, much less being used to having to down shift gears to go down the street to the store. Anyway.... take a deep breath, drive slow, bring towels and have a blast at this magical cabin in the mountains!

The original cabin I reserved was canceled the day of my trip and I was notified during my connecting flight. So an agent was very prompt to assist in finding a new cabin. However I don’t feel the cabin was equal to the original one I had reserved. It would’ve been a nice cabin if it were clean and all appliances have been working. In one of the downstairs guest bedrooms there were body secretions all over the bedskirt and comforter and stains all over the pillows. There was old food on the floor that the baby was finding and putting in her mouth. And blood behind the downstairs couch only found it because we were looking for an outlet and pull the couch out. The dishwasher didn’t work and the fridge was leaking water and the dryer took three drying cycles to dry small load of towels. Little disappointed considering how much the total cost was. The location was beautiful the cabin needed to be cleaned and inspected before renting to anyone else.

We loved the house! everything was as it said online. Very clean and suited our needs perfectly. Only thing that was a drawback was the road up to the house! Very steep and winding! But we'd forget about that once we got there! Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in this house!

This property was nothing short of amazing! We were really concerned as we went into this rental because there were not even any pictures online. The folks at Jackson Homes assured us this was because the property was new to them and they hadn’t had time to even get a photographer out there. We were very suspicious to say the least. But we were so delighted when we arrived!! First of all, we hadn’t even entered the house and saw a bear in the back yard (warning: this bear stalked the neighborhood the entire time we were there. It even broke into a neighbors car). The property is absolutely gorgeous… truly breathtaking. Not only was the property new to Jackson, it was brand new!! We think we might have been the very first renters to have ever stayed here. Everything is brand new, and very well decorated.
We only have two complaints: the pool table takes coins and didn’t work; and there are cameras on the back decks, including above the hot tub. Not cool. Other than those, this place is a home run!
