Located in Panama City Beach, this lovely house for $870 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This gorgeous, brand new construction beach home is located only steps to the sand (DIRECTLY across from the beach access, less than 1 minute walk), with views of the turquoise water and pristine white sandy beaches of the gulf. Our home is conveniently located on the west end of PCB (not far from Inlet beach). It is only a short 5 minute drive to the restaurants and shopping at Pier park, local watering holes, and the famous Thomas’ donuts and ice cream, and only 10 minutes from the upscale 30A Avenues in Inlet beach, and quaint downtown Rosemary Beach area. The home and the pool is private. No shared spaces. Our family friendly home has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (sleeping 18 in total) and features: a large heated, PRIVATE pool, open concept living/kitchen area that is fully stocked and perfect for entertaining, (Keurig and Regular coffee maker provided, toaster, blender, pots/pans, dishes, utensils etc) large ROKU TV’s in every room, a laundry room, charcoal grill, private parking and beach amenities for your use (chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, wagon) Two bedrooms have queen over queen bunks (perfect for the kiddos) and the others all have King beds, each with an en-suite bathroom with oversized tile showers. One master on the main caters to elderly and a crib and highchair are provided for your convenience for the little ones. Our home is on the quiet west end of PCB, yet it close enough to all the attractions you may want to enjoy with the kids. "Ripley's believe it-or-not" museum, water parks, miniature golf, etc. and Pier park are nearby. The area offers other activities including fishing excursions, jet skiing, boating, beach bon fires and much more. An array of rental companies in the area are available for renting paddle boards, kayaks, Bikes and golf carts. There are no shortage of great restaurants in the area, including casual, upscale and beach front dining (such as Sharky's). An amazing local grocery store called The carousel is within walking distance, or a 2 minute car ride (right on front beach Rd). Linens and bath towels are provided, including an amenity kit to get you started (mini shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, mini dish soap, toilet paper, a paper towel, sponge, etc). We do not provide beach towels. Notes: NO STUDENT GROUPS/SPRING BREAK PARTIES OR EVENTS – NO EXCEPTIONS. MIN AGE TO RENT IS 25 YEARS OR OLDER NO PETS. Fee to heat the pool (covers gas expense and call out fees) is $45/day. Please Note: All credit card payments incur an additional 3% merchant processing fee. There are no fees for check or Venmo payments. If you prefer to pay via check or Venmo, please contact us after your booking. Security Deposit: Please note that we charge an additional $500.00 fully refundable damage deposit for each reservation. The security deposit is refunded back 1-3 days after your stay as long as there are no damages to the property. We require our standard rental agreement to be signed online by each group. The rental agreement is sent via DocuSign approximately 1 month before your arrival.

We had a group of 11 adults that fit comfortably in the home. The house was beautiful, very clean and included plenty of bathrooms. Our favorite features included close beach access across the street and a nice outdoor area with private pool! The location is also a close car ride to Pier Park. Outdoor closet had a wagon, cooler, and several beach chairs, which was very helpful for our walks over to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

This property was very roomy for our family of 16 from 2-89 years old. Plenty of sleep accomodations and they really enjoyed the private pool. Beach was easily and quickly accessed. Traffic wasn't bad at all for the 4th of July week.

We thought the house was really nice and had all the basic necessities needed for preparing meals. Location to the beach was great, two easy accesses that had you enjoying the beach in a minutes time. Our grandkids loved having the pool right out the back door, so they could swim in the evening time. Taylan and Michelle were great to work with while planning our stay and while we were there.

The house is a great distance from the beach, super easy to walk back and forth. It was beautiful and spacious and the pool was great. The host was very accommodating, helpful, and easy to get in touch with. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

The space was ideal for our group. We enjoyed the pool a lot when we couldn’t go to the beach. Overall beautiful house but needs cleaning under the beds.

The property was perfect for our large family. We loved having a private pool and a 2 min walk from the front door to soaking up the sun on the beautiful beach. The hosts were so nice and our family had a blast.

the Property is in Great location(across the street from the beach) Our family love to play beach volleyball and there was many courts couple of miles down at Pier Park. House was very clean with great backyard with a very nice pool. Also, grocery stores not too far a way. it really was one of our best trips... The fire alarm was bit sensitive but other than that, it was a perfect get away. the Owners really respond very fast...so really felt we were taken care of.

This is a great property near the beach. Well equipped with everything you need for your stay and visit to the beach. We would definitely book this home again for a quick family getaway. The only con was the fire alarm is extremely sensitive however, we can appreciate the extra layer of safety/security.

The home is beautiful and is exactly as advertised! Well-stocked kitchen, new appliances, great backyard with pool! We had 13 people, ranging in age from 73 to 14, and had plenty of room for our group. The dining table seats 10, and we put it to good use with nightly card games. The location to the beach was Superb. There is a good grocery store only about a mile away. The owners were very timely and responsive to my questions. We had a super family trip!!

Everything was great!! Parking was a challenge but it shouldn’t be for most people. Your allowed 3 vehicles and we had 4. Our neighbor in the other side of the house had 8 vehicles. Thank goodness for the remodel job across the street.

Great play to stay! We recently stayed here with 2 other families. The king sized beds were perfect for the adults and the bunk rooms were perfect for the kids. The house was very nice and the amenities (pool, grill, smart TVs, Keurig, beach items) and ample kitchen supplies made spending our time here so easy. Beach access is less than 100 steps away and was so easy to access anytime of the day! Alvin's Island was located one block away and Carousel grocery was less than 1/2 mile away making it quick and easy to grab essentials. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay that's just outside of the hustle and bustle but close enough to hit your favorite restaurants and shops.
