Dark hardwood floors throughout the main living area create a cozy lodge feel and the open floor plan allows for space for everyone. Modern and updated, the kitchen has full-size appliances including an oven with 4-burner electric stove, fridge, and dishwasher, plus lots of cabinet space and a center island where four can dine. Warm-up with a mug of hot chocolate around the living room’s gas fireplace with timer and raised hearth. The lounge chair in front of the fireplace is the perfect spot to curl up with a good book. Catch up on your favorite TV shows on the 50” TV with Blu-Ray player and a smart DVD player. Extra guests can crash on the living room sectional that doubles as a full-size pull-out bed. Rest up for another day on the slopes in the master bedroom with queen bed, 31” smart TV, and lots of natural light from two large windows. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Place was great except for the door code did not work upon check in and I had to call and wait for 15 minutes for an alternative solution which was a key lock box. I liked the free shuttle down the hill was very handy to get to vail village.

I loved the warmth and how clean it was and very easy to get to town. How I wish they would have coffee, at least some regular coffee. The neighbors not very understanding. They had the TV loud and we can hear their conversation ,how ever when it came that we were doing the same thing that immediately started pounding our wall . For the coffee and not a kind neighbors I am only giving it 3 stars. Every thing else perfect

if you do anything, please do not stay at this property. you will be up all night as this is a duplex and the owners of the lower unit will be up swearing and screaming every single night from 2am-7am, making for exhausting ski days. they are up all night partying, every.single.day. not to mention the extremely poor experience that we had with vacasa. I will never rent a vacasa property again. from the second we got there the entry code they gave us was wrong and we had to call them. then, we had to call again to get the wifi information. they left no info on the home. the tv was broken, the shower door broken, dirty hairs all in the shower and bathroom. they left 1 roll of toilet paper for a 4 day stay and when I called about that they said "we tell our guests to bring extra" when we never got any information about such thing. 3 towels and no W&D for a 4 day trip is unnacceptable. no information on check out process. I spent half the trip trying to get in touch with vacasa for things and every call ended with "we will have a local representative reach out". it is now days after the trip and not one person has reached out.
IF YOU DO ANYTHING, do not stay here. take your money elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.

This is a nice, quiet place to stay. It was perfectly clean. It’s perfect if u don’t want to be in the busy of Vail. Vail and Avon are close enough that you don’t feel like u r too far away. Try out the cute little grocery and liquor store up the street.

This condo is updated and nice for a quick stay. The property was not cleaned properly when we arrived but Vacasa offered to come back to clean it but I didn’t want to be bothered. It should have been done right the first time.
The beds are fine, some pillows were tough but overall comfortable. The cable is minimal and basic so only really offered regular channels. It did have a device for Apps like Netflix.
The problem is there is no outdoor areas for entertainment. When visiting the mountains you’d like to have a balcony, porch, or common area to be outside and this doesn’t have any of these. If you’re okay with that then it’s a good space to stay. Plan on walking up very steep stairs to get upstairs it the unit.
Probably better for the winter months than summer. At least the weather was cooler so we could open the windows and cool down the condo with the fans provided.

The management Turnkey are VERY apologetic but couldn’t accommodate my issue. 1. I arrived earlier than check in and they wouldn’t allow an early check in which was fine but made no effort to help me with any accommodations for my skis. I literally had to drag my skis luggage to vail village to store my skis. I arrive 4 hrs earlier than check in. They send you and email before you arrive stating “ if possible “ we may have early/late checkout. Totally Not True! 2. Hot water was cold ONLY after 1 short shower. Stove doesn’t go above 350* . They did however send maintenance to turn hot water up. The place was clean. The main reason I would not stay here again is because of the non storage or just a locker. I’ve been skiing in Colo for quite sometime. I’ve never experienced any Management company who just keeps sending txt messages to Apologize. Not a good experience! I don’t usually give a bad review but the owners of this property should take care of business and make some arrangements for their guests! The place was not cheap.

Outside of complex looks a little rough, parking is limited even though there are assigned spaces, but once you get inside the condo, it is modern and the owners have done a wonderful job with upgrades. Stairs to condo are very steep and limited on space. Hard to carry a heavy cooler up the steps. There weren't any oven mitts or kleenex in the condo, I've found this common in all condos we've rented this season. Five minute drive to the Vail Village parking, bus stop near complex. We had everything we needed, cooked all of our meals in the condo. Would rent again.

Easy process for the rental and check in. However, we could not get the fireplace to work and there were no instructions. A light was out in the entrance hallway. Gum was stuck on the mesh screen of the fireplace.. For our 2 night stay .

If you're a Comcast customer you can use the hot spot which worked great. There was no recycling bin which is super weird considering how good Vail usually is. If you come up in the winter, you may want to bring some salt as non is provided & you're responsible for shoveling if it snows. You'd think for as much as we paid a night that service would be included or at least in the ridiculous tacked on cleaning fees. So if you're going up for a Steadman surgery this isn't idea. There are 4 steps down outside into the property, one bedroom & bathroom on 1st floor.

Clean and comfortable.
The apartment was very clean and a good size for 2 people. We stayed a month and had no issues. Owners provided all the basics. The only negatives were the narrow stairs leading up to the 2nd floor unit and the low lights throughout. Those were somewhat inconvenient but not a deal breaker. The location was very nice with a lovely view. Overall a very positive experience.

Our stay was very nice. The unit itself is very nice and extremely clean. No complaints. The neighborhood is meh. It's not terrible or anything but there is no outdoor space to enjoy, and there were things that just seemed a bit shady. A vehicle parked in front of the building appeared to have been broken into and the glass was still all over the road. There were bikes on the bike rack that clearly hadn't been touched in years. It just gave it a bit of a run down appearance. My biggest complaint is with the management company or whoever runs the show on these vacation homes. Our check out time was noon. We removed all of our property from the home and did our usual walk through to be sure nothing was left behind. We packed our cars and made sure to leave ourselves about 20 minutes to go back inside to use the bathroom before hitting the road. But the door was already locked when we tried to re-enter. I tried repeatedly to contact someone to allow us access up until our check out time so that we could use the toilet. During a pandemic nobody wants to stop and use a gas station toilet if they don't have to so we were very careful about this. I didn't receive any communication for over an hour and when I finally did they tried telling me that the doors automatically lock at check out time. I referenced all of my phone calls and text messages to show documentation that we had been locked out before check out. I received nothing helpful in return. It was not a good way to be sent off. And frankly I see no excuse.
