Upon returning, you'll be greeted by a spacious interior and a beach theme fitting the locale. Lounge blissfully on the furniture in the living area watching your favorite shows on the TV or stroll out to the furnished balcony and gaze at the glistening water in the distance. When your guests are hungry, have the group chef prepare something in the well-equipped kitchen, then sit together at the dining table to enjoy the meal while conversing about the day's exciting outing. Later, go for a refreshing dip in the pool or a soothing soak in the hot tub. For those who don't want to miss a workout, the fitness room has you covered, while the sauna is there to relax your muscles afterward. As the evening comes to a close, take refuge in the primary bedroom. Featuring its own entrance to the balcony, it's the perfect place to sip your morning coffee before embarking on another adventure. There is a non-refundable, $50 building registration fee (cash) due at check-in, which includes parking passes. Common area amenities are available at the discretion of the building and can not be guaranteed. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 16. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Everything was great. The unit itself was very clean but the pool and hot tub were dirty. I’m not one to complain but it was gross. Hair and white particles in hot tub at beginning of day right after pool opened. It’s gotta be a problem with the system and really this place makes a ton of money. Show some respect for your guests and clean the darn pool and hot tub.

This beautiful condo was absolutely the best place we have ever stayed! We wanted for nothing! It was clean and beautiful! Beds were comfortable, furniture was comfortable and the views were spectacular!!

Great location and family friendly. Kitchen was well supplied with essentials, beds were comfortable, great views via balcony and loved that we could walk out on the beach from hotel.

The veiw was beautiful and the condo were beautiful. The amenities in the resort were nice. Check in was super simple. There were some areas that werent cleaned very well but it was over all nice. The outside pool is not very desirable either. Overall we would stay again.

Lovely place with great views of the bay and the ocean. The home was decorated nicely. We would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay. The only things we didn’t like was that the bathrooms were on the smaller side and the dryer took forever to dry our clothing. The housekeepings cleaning job wasn’t the greatest but it was still clean (there was dust and sand on the furniture and floor) but I cleaned that up. Also, if you do chose to stay here you will need to bring your own beach chairs :)

We had an amazing honeymoon stay! This condo was beautifully decorated with amazing views. We spent almost all of our time on the spacious and well shaded balcony. Loved having the ability to watch both the sunrise and sunset. Our only complaint was that the floor was gritty with sand when we got there, but we swept it up without issue. We hope to visit again in the future!

This seemingly newly renovated condo was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The condo owners provided sheets, towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, k cups, etc. so many extras thst made it feel like it was our home too! They also provided their own WiFi, Netflix, Hulu too. Beautifully kept condo. We will definitely be back!!
