Casual, coastal, and comfortable describe this fabulously furnished 3 BR unit on the 9th floor of the BYC’s A Tower. The condo is oceanfront with panoramic views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico, and includes the following: Living area: The living area is spacious and beautifully decorated with original artwork, a sofa and love seat, a large, upholstered chair and ottoman, a comfy swivel chair, two side tables, lamps, a coffee table and ceiling fan. It also has a brand-new flat screen TV, complimentary cable TV and custom drapes throughout! Kitchen/Dining area: The airy kitchen has granite countertops with a mosaic stone backsplash. It comes stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, cups, silverware, utensils, pots and pans, crockpot, toaster, blender, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooktop, stove and icemaker. The spacious dining area features a glass top dining table with 6 chairs, great for entertaining! Bedrooms: All the bedrooms come with black out curtains so you can get a great night’s rest. Each bedroom has a balcony, ceiling fan, closet and its own bathroom. Master Bedroom: King bed, two nightstands and lamps, a large closet, a desk and a flat screen TV. The large Master bathroom has a sink, large Jacuzzi tub, as well as a separate shower. The Master also has a full vanity area with sink set apart from the Master bathroom. Queen Bedroom: Queen bed, two nightstands with lamps, a dresser and a flat screen TV. Twin Bedroom:Two twin beds, one night stand with a lamp, a dresser and a flat screen TV. Balconies: The unit has a large oceanfront balcony accessible from the living room and master bedroom. The beachside balcony features a large bar height table, six chairs, and two recliners. There is private balcony which is accessible from the Queen and Twin bedrooms. It has a fantastic view of Ole River, Ono Island and the Bay. Washer/Dryer: There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your exclusive use. Parking: Your rental includes a reserved covered parking spot near Tower A’s entrance. In addition, there is open parking in the complex’s lot for more vehicles. WiFi is included throughout the unit. The unit is non-smoking. Pets are gladly considered. Pet friendly on a case by case basis with owner approval

Property was very clean with fantastic views from LR & all 3 BRs of gulf, bay & river. Building was quiet & on 9th floor, no noise from beach except for the waves breaking on shore. Numerous restaurants, shopping & activities in area. Family has been going to the area for 14 years & this condo rates very high on our favorites list.

This 3BR 3BA condo was clean and well stocked! The view from the balcony was awesome, saw dolphins swim by twice! We very much appreciated the use of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and toys for the week. The layout provides privacy for 6 adults, especially with all bedrooms having their own balcony.

This property definitely had everything you need for a great vacation in Perdido. Plenty of chairs for the beach and all the comforts of home in the condo. Great views from the balcony and a very clean unit. Quick communication from the owner also. Great location

We enjoyed our stay so much in this gorgeous condo. It was immaculately clean and stocked with everything needed to feel at home. The beds were extremely comfortable too. The balcony is large, private, and perfectly furnished to take in the spectacular view. We can’t wait to return.

Helen is a terrific communicator and is sharing her beautiful condo on the beach! The condo is extremely well stocked with everything our family needed to prepare meals, have space when needed, as well as have a blast on the beach. If you’re looking for a clean comfortable place on the beach that is easy walking distance to the Flora Bama this is your place; as long as it’s not when we’ll be back.

We stayed at Helen's property for Thanksgiving. It was SO well stocked - we were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner with ease because the kitchen had everything we needed. It was spacious and comfortable. The balcony has plenty of room for hanging out. We loved our stay!

This was an amazing place to stay. The beach was quiet the entire week were there. The condo was perfect for us well maintained and beautiful. It was close to restaurants and easy to navigate around area. We saw the Blue Angels perform on Veterans Day and was a great show. We will definitely recommend this place to all our friends and family and hope to return soon.

We met so many nice owners and renters at the condo. Helen and James were so easy to communicate with. So, I want to let everyone know that this condo was amazing and everything we wanted for our stay in Perdido Key. The condo was stocked well, the beds were so comfy, the ocean front was wonderful watching the dolphins every morning and evening. The parking was a breeze and if you have a fur baby the potty area is awesome and very clean. We will definitely return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious condo for multiple family members.

Loved staying at this wonderful condo! The owner thought of everything. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the wonderful view of the beautiful white sandy beach was a true highlight! Perdido Key was a real gem. The beach was not crowded at all. We will definitely rent this condo again - and hopefully soon!

Located at the FL/AL line, this beautiful property has views of the Gulf from every bedroom, three bathrooms (great when traveling with extended family), and was very well appointed for a family that likes to cook in while on vacation. Easy parking and an area reserved for unloading when you arrive. The host was always very responsive and answered all of our questions and requests quickly. We would definitely return and highly recommend this property to anyone either looking for space to spread out or traveling with multiple family members.

As a family, we enjoy vacations that offer some privacy with access to activity without being in highly populated areas. This property offered that perfectly.
