Located in Ono Island, this charming house for $707 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. If you desire a peaceful vacation with a beautiful view, our ocean front beach house is just the place for you! The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 Baths and sleeps 6. It is one of the few free standing single cottages remaining on the Gulf Coast! The large wooden deck overlooking the gulf is one of its most outstanding features and is perfect for morning coffee with the sunrise and romantic dinners with the sunset; as well as a great place to eat a casual lunch. The Seaside cottage is a reflection of the owners laid-back take on design which makes for a comfortable beach vacation. There are many personal design choices that separate it from the typical rental condo. All the comfy beds are outfitted with 600 thread-count sheets and have clean, comfortable, colorful quilts. Fresh towels are added each year to both bathrooms. There is a 2-car carport underneath the living space with a staircase leading up to the first level. On the main floor, the living area has glass doors and windows all facing the gulf, offering incredible views. The comfortable seating faces an entertainment center equipped with a 55" HD TV with digital cable, wireless internet connection is also provided. In addition, a half bath and laundry closet are off the entry hall. Three bedrooms are on the upstairs level, the master has a king Tempur-Pedic mattress, a large private bath including a tiled shower with frameless glass enclosure and a large vanity with marble countertop and drawer storage. A cozy bay window with sitting area has a panoramic view of the gulf and has a comfy chair and ottoman perfect for relaxing and reading on a day you may not want to be on the beach. A queen bed (Tempur Pedic mattress) occupies the second bedroom. There is also a nice dressing table/vanity to give that bedroom a space in which to sit for applying makeup or drying your hair. The third bedroom has two XL twin beds with the same 5-star Marriott mattresses. These 2 bedrooms share a nice hall bath with a tiled shower, frameless glass enclosure and hand held shower head. In addition, both full bathrooms are provided with bar soap and hairdryers are also furnished. A boardwalk over the protected dunes takes you straight to the beach just a few steps away. We offer beach chairs and beach towels for your convenience. Enjoy the Molokai pool across the street or try your luck at fishing off the Molokai dock which is on Ole River. There is also a sitting area with benches overlooking the water. All the right ingredients to make this the perfect vacation spot for you to come year after year! Maximum occupancy is 6 persons. We require at least a one-week stay with an exception from September 1st to December 31st, where a 5 day minimum stay is offered. No dogs, No smoking and No Renters under the age of 25 without an Adult.

The perfect little getaway spot, the view from the bedroom and living room was so peaceful. The communication was excellent from start to finish. It is located in a great location as well with access to restaurants and shopping. We plan on coming back again.

I have only seen Operating Rooms that are cleaner! This place is immaculate with modern appliances and fully stock with everything you will need. We travel to Fl a lot and this by far has been the best place we've ever stayed. You are right on the beach with fantastic unobstructed ocean views from the porch and upstairs. These owners understand EVERYTHING about vacation rentals! The house was spotless, very well decorated, and the location can't be beat. Each bedroom has a basket full of fresh towels, there's extra bedding in every room, big mirrors, and lots of hooks (LOVE this feature). The bedrooms all have TVs (though we never turned one on) and the primary bedroom has a beautiful view of the ocean and if you open the windows at night you can be lulled to sleep by the sound of the crashing waves. Heavenly! The hallways and bathrooms have automatic nightlights, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking and there's plenty of seating inside and on the deck. We spent countless hours on the deck, gorgeous sunrises, sunsets and saw dolphins everyday! There are beach towels and nice folding beach chairs for your short walk to beach. The HVAC works great. The white sand beaches are spotless and scattered with lots of shells for collecting! Ron was wonderful with communications, recommendations and helpful with any questions we had. 5 stars isn't enough!

This was our first visit to Perdido Key and we couldn’t have picked a nicer place to stay.
Ron is very easy to communicate with and makes sure all goes smoothly with your stay.
The house is super clean, very well stocked, and the beach decor is beautiful. So many nice touches!
We enjoyed the many seafood restaurants in the area, Gulf State Park, watching the playful dolphins from the deck, and walking on the white sand beach. So enjoyed our visit!

Very clean, beautiful views, loved the decor. Felt homey without being cluttered. Please be aware this house is on piles, so it requires multiple stairs to get to the main level/entry door and all the bedrooms are on the second floor up another flight of stairs. We definitely got our steps in! Our group consisted of myself and my husband, my husband’s brother and his wife, and their 2 boys (16 & 12). The amount of beds and size of the home was perfect for 6. The beach was so private, especially since we were there in the off season of early November. Very short walk to the beach on a boardwalk over dunes. The beach chairs and beach towels provided were so helpful! We also had the pool to ourself, but be careful crossing the main road to get there. It’s a bit further of a walk to the pool than the beach. A/C worked great! Fridge was nice and spacious and clean. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen if you want to cook full meals. You may need to drive a bit into orange beach, gulf shores or Pensacola if you want to find some good restaurants. It was very hit or miss in perdido key itself. I will say Lillian’s Pizza was outstanding and it is just up the road from the house! One suggestion would be providing more bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. One bath towel and wash cloth per person was provided and that was a little sparse for a 7 day stay. It is nice there is a washer and dryer so we were able to wash the bath linens and our clothes throughout the week. Just don’t forget to bring (or buy) your own laundry detergent! All in all it was a perfect home for our stay, a relaxing quiet location during the off season, and the owners were lovely, with excellent communication. Would stay here again!

We had another great week stay at the Boaz family 'Best Time of Day' house on Perdido Key. The house is super clean, well appointed (inside has everything you need/want and outside comes with beach chairs and toys etc.), and Ron is a great guy to work with on anything you need from checkin to checkout. We really enjoyed having the riverside dock/pier rebuilt after the hurricane knocked it out two years ago. We fished and spent a lot of time on the pier watching boats/sunset etc. when we had had enough of the beach side. The beach was perfect as always and the water clarity was just astounding for this visit. Thanks Ron and Family - you have a great place and we look forward to the next visit.

Our stay at Molokai Village in Perdido Key was incredible. Ron was a great host that had an open line of communication with us. The cozy home is steps from the beach with an amazing view. The house is fully stocked with what ever you will need. You are close enough to go to Pensacola, Orange Beach, and Gulf Shores. We enjoyed our stay in Perdido Key and look forward to coming back!

The unit was really clean and well organized. The pictures do not even do it justice. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. We loved how close the unit was to the beach. The water pressure was nice also. We would definitely stay here again and plan on booking it again soon!

Such an easy place to settle into, whether it be making family recipes in the fully appointed kitchen, or enjoying the starlit sky and soothing sounds of the ocean from the comfort of the Adirondack chairs on the back deck.
The Property Owners are the Consummate Hosts, willing to go deep to make sure any/all of your restaurant/ shopping/ excursion adventures are reasonably priced, highly entertaining, and thoroughly enjoyable.

Everything you read in the reviews is true! This beach cottage has it all and then some. It's the best VRBO property I have stayed at. It will be very hard to beat! We immediately felt welcomed and at home by Ron. He's so great! Checking to make sure we had everything we needed and giving great suggestions on restaurants and things to do. The house was so clean and beautifully decorated. Comfy beds with the softest linens. The kitchen was a dream. I didn't cook much but I could have. The views are amazing! I highly recommend this property! Thank you to the Boaz family for making our stay in Perdido Key unforgettable. We can't wait to come back!

We chose this rental based on the location and it was wonderful. Owner is a great communicator. Beautiful view of the gulf and white sand beaches. Great beach access (no crossing highways to get to the beach!) House is well maintained and has almost everything you need for a beach vacation.

Great property on the beach
House had everything we needed and felt like a home. Location was great right on the beach and close to Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and Pensacola. Owner very responsive and made sure we had a good experience. Would definitely stay at this property again.

As parents, you don't get many opportunities to escape from the every day grind of work and responsibilities of being parents but we finally chose to dedicate this trip to just us. This was the perfect venue for both relaxing days on the beach (literally steps from your door) or restaurants and entertainment (Florabama is a seriously a mile away).
The property owners spared nothing to chance and the condo is well equipped to handle a night in cooking with a fully stocked kitchen or a night on the town with a list of fun activities and yummy, delicious places to try before you leave (OMG, you have to go to Fisherman's Corner at least once!! - great recommendation on their list).
The hubby and I had a fantastic time relaxing and reliving our youth together and the Boaz family's attention to detail and beautiful decor only added to our experience. Can't recommend highly enough!!
