This room also has a heater for those colder months! Just 30 minutes to Snowbowl Ski Patrol, 30 minutes to Bearizona and an hour and a half from The Grand Canyon. Day trips to these destination are great for the group to spend time together! We suggest having a rental car or bringing your personal vehicles for this trip. There were 10 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us. 8 were there to ski but there was lots to do during their down time in the game room and the hot tub.

There was about 12 of us that stayed at the property and it was perfect. Plenty of room with a huge back yard for our dogs that we brought, which is such a BONUS! We did have a problem with the heater and didn't have any extra blankets but they fixed the heating problem plus bought 6 brand new huge blankets! Would recommend this place for any big group. Walking distance to downtown Flagstaff

We were six adults, one infant and a dog! This home is exactly as advertised and comes with plenty of extras. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine and assortment of goodies on the kitchen island. The best feature of this home is its location. Several of us walked into town and back several times. we did have an unfortunate sewer problem Saturday evening as we were all preparing to go out. We contacted management and the problem was solved by 11 o’clock the following morning. The stuff happens. That was very bad timing but it was resolved in quick order. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next visit to Flagstaff.

This was a perfect gathering place for a large family to meet and to share meals and good conversations. Though not a fancy space the home was comfortable and inviting. The teens enjoyed participating in a few rounds of basketball games and family members laughed and reminisced as they took advantage of the pool table or tried their skills at foosball. The best space in the house was the large island in the kitchen where all could gather around and enjoy each other’s company. Communication with the property manager was top notch.

Such a great property; perfect for our big group with places for kids to sleep, backyard to run around in and walkable to downtown Flagstaff and a short drive to all the great Sedona hikes. Everyone in the group already wants to come back and use this same place; highly recommend!

Great house! Location was close to town, and skiing. We were comfortable with our 8 kids and 5 adults. The hot tub and game room made relaxing after skiing easy. The kitchen and dining room had lots of space for everyone to gather. We will definitely stay here again!

The house is right in the middle of the town. If you would like to walk into town you can. THe house was set up great for our two families. The kitchen has plenty of room for everyone. The outside garage is absolutely fantastic. We all had some fun in the garage during game night. The bedrooms are large and very nice. This is a great place to stay. We loved it!

It's a great house with lots of nice amenities - we loved the heated garage with the pool table and tv and the updated kitchen. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space for everyone.

This is our second stay at the house. We loved the game room, jacuzzi, big yard and well appointed house. Walking distance to downtown ( hilly) which was great!
