Situated in Saugatuck, this lovely house for $587 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to Water Street Retreat! Our home away from home in the heart of Saugatuck! Enjoy hassle free parking as you are within walking distance of most shops, galleries, restaurants, and attractions. We sought to equip our home to anticipate your needs during your stay. This Condo makes for a perfect family or friends getaway! INSIDE THE HOME Beautiful 3 bedroom and 3 ½ bathroom condo. Ground-level features a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top) and a twin size bed, with a full bath down the hall, and access to the garage. The second level will give you the open concept feel, you will find a half bath off of the kitchen, a dining area that provides seating for eight, and the living room. Enjoy your morning coffee on either balcony, one off of the kitchen and the other off of the living room. Go up another level and you find two bedrooms with two full baths attached, the master queen size bedroom, and another room with a double. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS This property currently sleeps 8 guests Walk-in Level: Queen Bed and Twin Bed Third Level Bedroom 1: King Bed Third Level Bedroom 2: Two Bunk Beds (Full below a Twin) THE LOCATION Are you a larger group looking to stay downtown Saugatuck? Look no further. We manage two townhomes within this downtown complex. Water Street Retreat is intended to be rented separately but is located across the parking lot from another condo we manage. Butler Street Retreat is the other townhome located in this complex, located on Butler St., and is almost directly across the parking lot from Anderson Townhome. Perfect location. A few problems. A dishwasher that leaked and drains in one bedroom took a long time to drain. Other then that the place was nice.

Was just as pictured, so easy to get into, one parking space in the garage. Property management was very responsive. Close to restaurants, shopping, distilleries, boat rides, concert venue. It was perfect. Would stay again.

We have a great group of 5 girls that get together every year. This was the perfect spot for us this year. The location of the property was walking distance from everything we needed and also only a 10min drive to the beach. Lots of great shopping and restaurants. Depending on the time of year, we were there in September, restaurants were busy and filled up quickly. The property was clean and comfortable. We kept it cold, we wished there were more blankets to snuggle with by the fire. Other than that, we would come back in a heartbeat.

This is an excellent site to rent for a visit to the beautiful Saugatuck area! The property is spacious and very clean. All necessary amenities are included. The location is convenient to the many fabulous shops and restaurants.

The property itself was amazing. I stayed with a group of friends and they all said it was even better than they expected in terms of the layout and how well decorated it was. The living room and kitchen gave us a great space to all hang out, and the deck was small, but really nice. Additionally, it was walking distance from all the places we wanted to go in downtown Saugatuck, so the location couldn't be beaten.

Early enjoyed our time at the water Street condo. The condo is very clean, in a great location, very spacious with easy parking. Only thing we would’ve needed is a grill my family and I had a wonderful time.

Very clean, very safe, plenty of rooms and beds comfortably for 8. Lots of stairs so if you struggle with steps or have a handicap this is not the place for you. I would definitely book a stay here again should I visit Saugatuck. Both bedrooms upstairs have an en suite, powder room off kitchen and full bath on 1st level.

The property was very clean. The location was ideal for walking, super close to downtown Saugatuck. Lots of games available for children and adults to play. Kitchen was well stocked.

I will definitely be back. They were so wonderful to work with, prompt responses to my emails, and sent a list of what was happening in the area a week before our visit which was a huge help. Condo was very clean.

This property was perfect for our GVSU girls weekend! It was right downtown Saugatuck, within walking distance to dining and shopping and entertainment. Plenty of space for us all and lots of bathrooms! Warning - there are lots of stairs and three floors, tough for those of us with knee problems! Overall, we loved our stay - Thank you!

Wonderful rental!! Stayed with my husband and 3 children and it was perfect. In town, easy to walk to restaurants, the park, boats etc. Multiple balconies to sit and eat or drink coffee/wine etc. Kitchen well stocked with dishes/pans etc. Place also had board games and beach chairs that made it fun and easy to stay. Additionally it was clean and well kept. would highly recommend!

It was the perfect location. Our electricity went out. We thought maybe it was the whole block but after a couple of hours of it not coming back on, we called and received a response quickly and the return of our electricity.
