Located on the second floor of a traditional stone building, typical for the Old town, the apartment offers two bedrooms(one ensuit) both with queen size beds, two full bathrooms with shower, a well equipped kitchenette and a cozy living area. It also has two convenient work friendly spaces for all guests with work commitments during stay. From the living room window spreads a charming view over the Old town rooftops. Amenities include A/C (living room/kitchen area/one bedroom), free WiFi, flat screen TV, safety deposit box, hair dryer, iron, ironingboard, well equipped kitchen with fridge, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, . To reach the apartment there are approximately 40 stairs from the street up to the second floor. Given its convenient location, the apartment is within a couple minutes walking distance from all historical sights such as the city walls, St. Blaise church , monasteries, Onofrio fountain, Rector's palace etc. Shops, restaurants, bars, banks, grocery stores, open market and the famous Banje beach are also within walking distance so all travelers can make the most of their time in the city when everything is within easy reach. For travelers who are looking for a more relaxing place to swim and relax under the sun, Old town port offers frequent boat line during spring and summer time to the nearby Lokrum island. Apartment Nino 3 sleeps 4 guests. *In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. Pets - allowed Smoking - not allowed This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00, or earlier in case apartment has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare apartment for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet, feel free to leave your luggage at our luggage storage, located at Čubranovićeva 11a street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you. In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.

We loved the apartments (we had two adjoined and it worked perfectly for three adults). Beautiful place and excellent location right in the centre of the old town. Would definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect apartment to use exploring Dubrovnik with two couples. It is actually two apartments, each with their own locking doors, with an adjoining entranceway that also locks. With both apartment doors open, it becomes one large two bedroom space. It was very clean and centrally located to the old town area with many eating places only steps away! Check-in and out was easy and the bag storage before check in and after check out was a nice additional benefit. Highly recommended!

It was a lovely apartment, extremely clean. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Old Town, everything is within walking distance. There are lots of stairs so pack lightly, we didn’t and struggled a bit. We went to the apartment before checking in and reception was kind enough to meet us there instead of making us trek to them.

This compact 2 room apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of Dubrovnik old town which makes it perfect for exploring this marvellous ancient town. All necessary amenities are well covered even including a rudimentary kitchen though the old town is really about being out in the streets. There was an issue with the invoice for the property and no one from the main office would speak to me or explain the cost discrepancy. I know it is because I paid the entire bill in euros, in line with options provided, at a time when Croatia was changing currency. This caused an issue to Hedera Estates and they were a bit faceless in dealing with matters and refused to engage with me. This will no longer be an issue now Criatia is in the euro zone. Overall, an ideal location to stay when visiting Dubrovnik.

Great location with everything in proximity to old town. The only thing I’d suggest is possibly the quality of towels and there were no bathroom amenities like soap, locations etc apart from that everything was great.

We had a wonderful time in Dubrovnik. The apartment was in a great location. It was small but had everything we needed. Be prepared for plenty of steps. The host was very helpful - answered all of my questions leading up to the trip. Only downside, your are dropped off outside of Old Town and have to carry your luggage down the hill and through the city. It wasn’t a big problem, we just didn’t expect it.

This property was perfect for my mom and I to end our trip in Croatia. Very well appointed and spacious apartments in the old city. The service was great and very responsive. I would highly recommend this place. My only very minor complaint was that there was not soap or shampoo but we managed to find some.

Everything about this property was great. It was quiet even though in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik. Location could not have been better. Even though there were stairs to climb, not as bad as many other accommodations within Dubrovnik. The entire apartment was very clean and newly renovated. Water pressure was great. Checkin staff were friendly and very helpful. All good. Truly have nothing bad to report. Would definitely stay there again when returning to Dubrovnik.
