AZURE has all the qualities required to meet the most demanding visitors and make their stay in Dubrovnik unforgettable!  AZURE is a newly built apartment with all the most luxurious materials: Dalmatian stone, solid wood from Siberia, Italian ceramic, premium parquet, etc. Its high quality has been recognized by Dubrovnik Tourism Office, which granted AZURE the Category of 4 STARS.  AZURE has an extraordinary south-facing position, on the seafront, on the edge of a magnificent lagoon. This position provides a breathtaking view, clarity, unparalleled sunshine, and the beach at your fingertips.  Its large, beautiful terrace of 46m2, in stone, is perched on the edge of the most beautiful bay of Dubrovnik (Miramare). It offers a magnificent view of Lokrum island and the whole lagoon, open to the sea. Indeed, from the terrace, you can admire the beach "Bellevue" and the entire bay shore to the Dance peninsula (with its monastery dating from the Middle Ages), behind which we can see the old Fort Lovrinac. This breathtaking view of the azure sky and the clarity of the water gives the impression of sailing the high seas!  The entire apartment ensures peace and privacy in a perfect Dalmatian atmosphere, harmoniously gathering the blue sky and the sea, the white stone and the green pines bordering the terrace. In fact, the 2 bedrooms, both terraces, and the garden overlook the sea and the greenery which makes AZURE a privileged place for children and the elderly.  Due to the nature of the land on which the apartment is located, relatively flat in this western part bordering the old city (unlike the eastern part, Ploce) AZURE is easily accessible from the street. It is an asset to Dubrovnik, and important for the elderly and children.  While combining all the qualities named above, AZURE apartment also has the advantage of being located roughly 600m from the ramparts of the old city, which will bring you to them in 10 minutes walk.  In addition, the apartment is surrounded by all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay: restaurants, cafes, theaters and open-air cinema, shops and grocery stores, newsagent, pharmacy and medical center, bus station and taxi, etc. Finally, visitors are welcome to use all the services of one of the most luxurious hotels in Dubrovnik (Bellevue Hotel, 5 Stars), adjacent to the private garden of the villa where the apartment AZURE is located. These services (massage, sauna, gym, swimming pool, etc.) are optional extras that may be ordered during one’s stay with the owner, who provides information on pricing and availability. Description of the Apartment AZURE, with a living area of 86m2, consists of two luxurious and comfortable rooms, including one suite with private bathroom. The two rooms are separated by a large central hall which gives access to a large principal bathroom and to all the other parts of the apartment, which also has a large and beautiful living room, dining room open to a large kitchen. With a modern style, the whole apartment is comfortable and functional. AZURE extends over the entire floor of a villa in massive stones, built in the typical style of the Dubrovnik region. It has a garden and two terraces: one of 8 m2, and a magnificent 46m2 fully equipped with comfortable furniture for 6 people. The latter is built of Dalmatian stone and has a steel and glass balcony revealing the sea view even from the sunbeds. All the doors and windows of the apartment are made of solid wood from Siberia with a double thermal and acoustic isolation. AZURE is fully equipped with high quality appliances: air conditioning, heating, TV Sat., Internet / WIFI, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The kitchen and both of the bathrooms are luxuriously equipped, functional and ready to use. The apartment has 3 beds. In addition to the two bedrooms (each one with a large comfortable bed), it also has, in the living room, a large upscale sofa for 2 people. A cot is provided on demand. Change of linens (bed linen and towels): every 7 days. Optional services: All optional services (cleaning services, cooker, driver, etc.) can be requested, and are payable to the owner.

WOW! That was the response we all had after opening the blinds and stepping out on the terrace of Azure. The view is amazing and when we were not sightseeing, we spent all our time out there. The apartment was spotless and welcoming. The owner, Sinisa sent very clear messages on how to access the apartment and also shared lots of information on the neighborhood which was very helpful. A ten minute walk down hill will take you directly to the Pile Gate of Old Town. It was very hot when we were there so instead of tackling the walk back up to the apartment we took the bus which depending on the route dropped us off across the street or a short block away. I highly recommend this apartment and will be renting it again when we return to Dubrovnik.

The moment we stepped into the apartment, we headed for the terrace. The view is spectacular day and night. There is comfortable seating on the terrace. The apartment was large, clean, and beautifully updated. It is on a busy street, but except for an occasionally loud motor scooter or passersby, the apartment was quite quiet. Good air conditioning. The owners usually responded to emails through VRBO within minutes, but no longer than an hour if they are sent during the waking hours. The owners were always willing to help and answer questions. We were easily able to walk to the Old City in 15 minutes. There are restaurants and grocery stores in the neighborhood. I would note, however, that unless you go to large "hipermarkets," like the large Konsum and Tommy about 15 minutes walking from the apartment, the selection of food is very basic. In addition, we were unable to find good prepared foods. The deli counters seem to carry only cheese and cold cuts. But, that's what makes travel interesting!

Lovely apartment in great location. The owner provided us with information about the unit that was very helpful. Check in was very easy. Located close to restaurants and grocery stores. The old city is about a 20 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartments is very spacious and clean, and the terrace huge with amaxing views both in the morning and the evening! Sinisa is a wonderful host, very responsive and kind. We really enjoyed our September minibreak in this apartment. I have rented apartments for 20 years on vacations abroad and have much experience. Parking spot on the street was sometimes a bit hard to find, furthest we had to park was a few hundred meters from the house - not a problem.

We had a very fun stay at this centrally located apartment right on the coast. Amazing views and the place itself had a panoramic view of the water, plus the beach down below. It was a short walk to coffee, pastries and our hosts gave us some great recommendations for dinner restaurants nearby. The city walls were an easy walk and we went to the old city several times. Check-in was a breeze, with our hosts very available in case we had any problems. When we go back to Dubrovnik we would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

We couldn't be happier with the apartment and our stay in Dubrovnik. It is ideally located - only 10-15mins walk to both the Old Town and down to the new port. Although the walks back were up hill, even for us being over 60yrs old - they were manageable. You could always get a bus or taxi if you're less mobile. Nearby were Studenac convenience stores as well as a bakery and fast food places - all less than 5mins away. The view from the terrace was spectacular, while the kitchen was well equipped for when we just wanted to relax and eat in. The hosts - Sinisa and Fany, made sure we had all the local information for a great stay with excellent communication both before and during our stay responding to messages quickly. They also arranged for a driver - Kresimir, for transfer to and returning to Dubrovnik Airport. If you haven't arranged transfer - I highly recommend Kresimir. I highly recommend Azure and hope to return.

The pictures of this place don’t do the view justice. Large deck overlooking the coast and a beach are just incredible. But in addition to the view, the apartment itself is large and clean and a really good location. Less than 10 mins walk to old town (downhill) and the return isn’t bad. Also a market right across the street and a bakery 100 feet away. The owner was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The apartment/villa is well equipped with everything you need. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The apartment is close (7 minute) to the best beach in Dubrovnik, by hotel Bellevue and in close proximity to markets, yet quiet and private. The owners were wonderful and communication about our entire stay was smooth and clear. Given the opportunity, I would definitely pick this place again and again !!!

I am so glad I canceled my first reservation . the original was in old town and had 100+ steps every time up or down. Azure was six steps down from street that we never heard . very clean and wow ! what a view from balcony overlooking Adriatic and Belleview beach . rooms were all large and unpacking was a breeze. host helped with everything , dishwasher , locking door ,and doing laundry.(running another counties appliances can challageing . we figured out stove .go us) . walked to old town almost every day . (10-15 min). uber back for 7euro. or walk its uphill. pick up for our tours was either at bus stop across street or Belleview hotel. I asked permission at front desk and they were happy I did because most just do it and they get annoyed sometimes . five stars all around . bakery , two convenience stores , and grocery store within 10-15 min walk . if you don't stay here your crazy . J.Shaw. only suggestion is zip line to beach from balcony so you can drop in water. lol

Our family had a great time at Sinisa’s apartment. It was a great location, 15-20 min walk to old town Dubrovnik(a little up hill on the way back), 5 min walk to beach and restaurants. The balcony provides amazing views, the apartment is very well setup, AC units in all bedrooms. The host was great to speak with and very responsive throughout our entire stay, including setting up transport from the airport when we first arrived. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting this area.

This was our first visit to Dubrovnik. The apartment was superb! Great facilities, very clean, great location, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, etc. Best of all, the view of Bellevue beach from the balcony - Fantastic! The hosts were great - They gave us all the information that we asked, and more, for in a very timely and friendly fashion. We had one minor repair issue during our stay which they also dealt with extremely quickly. Overall, superb location and great hosts. Thanks Sinisa and Fany for our great holiday in your superb apartment in beautiful Dubrovnik. We hope to stay there again in the future!

It was absolutely beautiful. The views cannot be beat. Clean with everything you need for a lovely stay. Close to Old Town with a beautiful beach below. Markets are nearby for access to groceries. It was magical. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment in a good location.

Apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean with great view of the Adriatic. There was building work carried out during our stay in the lower apartment but any noise disturbance was kept to an absolute minimum due to excellent communication with owner and contractor. The most expensive place we've ever booked but worth it.. 15 to 20 min walk to the Pile gate, the walk back up the hill could be tough in the heat if you're not in ok shape. We generally got taxis back, 60 kuna.

Great view, great location

This apartment has a spectacular view of the Adriatic, especially from the spacious deck, and is situated a short walk from old town Dubrovnik and the wall walk. Because old town is very crowded at times, we were happy to walk to one of the fine restaurants in the opposite direction. The apartment is spacious and very nicely equipped. We had unexpected problem with hot water in one bathroom but the manager and the owner got right on the problem and had it repaired. Highly recommend this property.
