Reception staff very helpful room was lovely and spacious breakfast excellent
The waiter in the afternoon wasn’t as helpful as other. And the same drinks were charged at different prices none of this would put us off but felt that was sad compared to all the good things

Great luxury hotel close to the centre of level in an epic location overlooking the docks . Hotel is full of character great restaurant and bar with great staff. I’d definitely go back again .

Amazing deco in hotel
Air con very poor spa staff not helpful in explaining where to get your towels etc. Once working out the lockers had to go to alot to find towels plus robes.nothing in showers to wash no soap in dispenser thing before opening these things need checking.it was our first time using this spa.so very disappointed to coming here.when we tried booking it took alot to get intouch. I think this needs looking at.
