Location is good with easy access to town and waterfront. Apt is small but has everything you need. Accommodations are new and very comfortable. We would recommend for a sweet little place to enjoy TC !

Nicely decorated, clean condo. Very comfortable bed. There is an AC unit in the living room area which worked well. In the warm months you’d have to leave the bedroom door open to get cool air in the bedroom. Condo is right on Front street close to shops, restaurants and water. Laundry is in a common area. We experienced quite a bit of road noise until midnight or so all three nights. Otherwise, a great place.

Perfect Location, within walking distance to all the great businesses on Front Street. Bed was super comfy! Host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! We will definitely be coming back!

This recently renovated apartment is quite delightful in so many ways! Very comfortable furniture, modest yet adequately outfitted kitchen, and conveniently located to many of downtown Traverse City amenities.
If you are looking for a QUIET lodging experience, this might not be your place. Interior acoustics are not sufficient to absorb the revelry of those returning at 2:00 am when the bars close or from retail/repair activities on the first floor.

The place was the perfect size for two people and was perfect walking distance to the downtown area. Most places in downtown were about a 10 minute walk and the central location kept any drives sorry. The property and room was clean and felt secure. I would stay again without thought.
