This was my favorite house I’ve stayed in while vacationing in Hilton Head. The house was perfect for our group of 9 (5 adults & 4 kids). The view of the lagoon and wildlife with it was so nice. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels were provided. Will definitely book again for another stay.

We enjoyed a five-night stay at this rental. My wife and I had been to Sea Pines before and were excited to revisit with our whole family. The open floor plan of this open accommodated our large family perfectly. We could all hang out together in the large living room, and all nine of us comfortably dined around the large kitchen table. The master suite was unbelievable, boasting a massive window overlooking the lagoon. The master bath had a beautiful soaking tub and a modern, spacious shower that seemed to never run out of hot water. The house was pristine. We are very particular, yet we didn't feel like we had to reclean anything before using it. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy several meals at home. It was a short drive (less than five minutes) to the beach trolly. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. The owners were immensely helpful, quick to answer any questions that we had. I would highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed everything about the house and neighborhood. It was well equipped with everything we could need as far as board games and many nice kitchen items. It is a large open space with comfortable furniture and beds. The decor is very nice and it was perfect for our family. We enjoyed corresponding with the host as well. Highly recommend it!

Where to start….First of all, we have used VRBO for several of our trips over the years and this trip by far surpassed our expectations with the communication with Casey the homeowner and Michelle the house cleaner. The house was extremely clean and very well equipped with everything that you would need. So much wildlife that can be viewed via the Kitchen window or the 3 season room. We saw Deer, 4 Kitty’s, multiple birds even saw an Owl and a few Alligators all without leaving the house. Just amazing. All of the beds were extremely comfortable with plenty blankets if needed. Also, Esme (vacuum) did a fantastic job with helping us maintain clean floors throughout the house. We also really appreciated the thoughtful gesture of the little things such as pump soap in the bathrooms. Plenty of towels, appliances were great in the Kitchen and the grill out back worked great as well. We also want to mention that the outside shower worked well and was used daily. You will be very hard pressed to find a better Owner/House Cleaner. This house is a must stay in our opinion even with our large group of 10 everyone had plenty of room to sprawl out and be comfortable. Kevin & Carrie B Portage, MI

We had a great time in HH at this location. House was beautiful and the common areas were perfect for our multitenerational family vacation. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable, and the place was immaculate. Communicating with host was a breeze. They were super helpful and response time was excellent. We did find it tough at first with 10 people and 2 showers, but once we worked out a schedule it was good. Would definitely stay again :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. There were 8 of us from three generations. The kitchen was well equipped and a table big enough for all of us to eat at. The living room is large with plenty of seating. The upstairs bedroom was great for the kids room, the ceilings were angles and we hit our heads quite often, so just watch out for that. The three downstairs bedroom were good-sized and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable beds too. Thanks!

This was our first VRBO experience and let me tell you, if all of them are as great as Casey and "Captains Daughter" (the name of the house) then we will VRBO everywhere we go. Casey was VERY thorough and helpful from booking, to questions we had about the house, to check in, every step of the way. I LOVE THE ATTENTION TO DETAILS. They left some flowers and a card when I told her we were celebrating my grandfather's birthday. The space is GREAT for a bigger family with kids. 3 spacious bedrooms downstairs with lots of privacy and a "loft" bedroom upstairs that comfortably sleeps 5 for the kids! The screened in back porch in the picture does NOT do it justice. We spent most morning out there with coffee watching the wild life. Its on a quiet cul-de-sac so the kids just rode there bikes with out a care. WE WILL BE BACK!

This home was newly renovated and nicely appointed. Our group of 5 enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and easy access to bike trails, beach club and many other amenities. We'll definitely book this home again. The owners are very good at communication and answering questions. Highly recommended.

This beautiful home is situated perfectly between the beach and Harbor town. Quick easy biking to both locations even for kids (our youngest was 5). There are also easy accessible grocery stores and restaurants within 10 min outside sea pines gates. Great communication with the host! Home was extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked with grilling items, gadgets and even some great items for kids to use. There was a huge common space with enough room for everyone to sit and it was made cozy with extra blankets & pillows for everyone. The back porch was perfectly cool in the morning to enjoy coffee and then to animal watch in the evening. We saw deer, owls, gators, etc. There is a separate laundry room well stocked as well. One of our fav additions was having a robo vacuum to take care of that random sand that seems to trickle in. Overall, we had a really sweet stay and felt like the house had everything we needed. There were 9 adults on 65 yrs old. Our property owner promptly addressed concerns from the thermostat to just looking for stuff. Nice neighborhood and quiet. Great transportation service on the Island, spa and shopping. Day trip to Savannah an hour away. We felt safe in the house, wonderful screen porch for a nap or morning coffee. Previous reservation cancelled on us 48 hrs before by email WITHOUT a reason or phone call. Never returned our calls to explain why. This family rescued us by accepting our last minute reservation and immediately called us. This allowed us to keep our reunion plans we had worked hard on for a year. This owner was very responsive to all of our concerns and requests without going thru an agency. An owner who cares about her guests., Excellent service!!! Beautiful home with everything you need from utensils to linen. Washer and dryer, 2.5 baths, 3 bedrooms downstairs and 4 beds upstairs. Very roomy including family room and dining room. Wildlife included deers and a cat. Peaceful environment indeed.

Beautiful house, well maintained and stocked. If you don't mind being a bit further from the beach, this is a great location in Sea Pines, close to bike trails and riding distance to the beach. We had 9 people (4 adults, 5 kids) staying there and had more than enough space. The owner was very responsive and helpful to the few questions I had as everything was in great condition.

We had an absolute great stay at this property. It was the perfect location, plenty of space for everyone, lots of wildlife to see from the screened in back porch in the morning (gators, deers, turtles, etc.), and the house was stocked with everything that a family needs. They really thought of everything and the owners were very responsive and great communication. They truly wanted us to be as comfortable as possible. We will definitely be back!

Casey was a very attentive property owner. The house is well appointed with everything from a throw on each bed to a large dining table to accommodate everyone. It's central location made it easy and convenient to take advantage of all HH has to offer.

This is the third year in a row our family vacationed in Hilton Head and this was the nicest place by far. The home was reasonably priced for the size and amenities. It is nestled in a wooded neighborhood which is very quiet. It was in biking distance to Harbour Town and the private beaches. It had a beautiful open floor plan with the kitchen on one side of the fireplace wall and the living room on the other. There was plenty of comfortable seating in both places. The screened-in back porch was also enjoyed by all with a beautiful view of the lagoon. The master bedroom and bathroom is lovely. The other bedrooms were beautifully decorated as well. The beds were very comfortable which is a high priority for us. We appreciated the prompt, helpful communication through the vrbo app and texting. I highly recommend this property and hope to return. This property was very impressive. We have stayed in homes before, but this one is by far the cleanest and most stocked home. It was a great location, the pool was perfect for our little kids and close in proximity. The owner was very quick to respond to eveything and very kind. Eveyone we came with felt the same way and cannot wait to return.
