Nestled in the most convenient location of San Diego while still boasting quiet, serenity-this location is situated high atop Point Loma. The Space: Well appointed, entire 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. You'll have exclusive access to the entire space! Bedrooms consist of Master with one king bed and attached full bathroom, Guest bedroom 1 with one queen beds, and the third room includes two small single beds. Nice outdoor patio space for grilling and outdoor dining. There is a washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Guest Access: Self check in: Prior to arrival, all guests will be provided a unique combination code to the Smart Lock on the front door. The Neighborhood: Take advantage of the amazing beaches in close proximity, yet only 5 minutes to all the world class dining, night life, events, and eclectic hippie charm of downtown Ocean Beach directly West. ust down the hill to the East is the San Diego Harbor, boasting Liberty Station, Cabrillo Monument, and Humphreys Concerts by the Bay. Only 10 minutes from the San Diego Int'l Airport. 16 minutes to Downtown San Diego. PLEASE NOTE: This is a neighborhood home. There is a zero tolerance policy for any excessive noise, additional guests, or disrespect to our neighborhood or community in any way. Other Things to Note: In order for us to continue to share the home with guests like yourself, it's VERY important that you're respectful of our neighbors and keep the noise down after 9pm weeknights and 10pm weekends and do not have any parties. Please note that the home does not include Air Conditioning. There is a tiny house in the backyard that we rent out longterm to our quiet tenant that has been there for several years. They have a separate fenced yard and property space and won't be a disturbance to your stay in anyway.
