The property is large enough to accommodate groups up to 10 guest however, it not a party house, it is a space to relax and unwind with family & friends. Master bedroom comes furnished with a Queen Bed & ensuite 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed 3rd Bedroom - Single over double bunk beds 4th Bedroom - Single over double bunk beds Kayaks, BIke’s & Stand Up Paddle Boards available for hire at additional cost from a 3rd party.

Fabulous location. Lovely beach walks, views and proximity to shops and Cronulla. We loved watching the planes fly overhead.

What a great property to have a family gathering
We were 3 families ranging in age from 1 to 70.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Having the beach across the road was so easy and Cook just down the road was a great place for a party.
Thanks again.

A great place to relax and connect with friends and family. The lounge, dinning room, and deck were perfect places to accommodate both small and large groups.
Even though it’s not far from Sydney CBD it’s nice and secluded.
