This was perfect for our short stay in Louisville. Very easy to get in and out and close to a lot of great places. Definitely recommend this spot.

Very nice place and very convenient location. Perfect for 2 people might be a little crowded for more than that.

First. Stay was great. Host accommodating, great communications, easy check in process, comfortable apt., good food nearby. We came for Derby weekend and it was perfect. If staying here, you might consider bringing your own towels, and potentially bedding. The bath towels are very small, thin, and worn. The sheets are fine, but obviously bargain barrel, and the blanket was thin and barely large enough for the bed. I'm not usually one to complain about such a thing, and realize the margins can be tight for hosts...but for the price paid (even considering Derby prices) I would expect to find at least decent towels and bedding. Again, great place - as advertised - would stay again...but would bring my own towels.

The rooms were very nice. Lots of character as it’s a very old building and modern updates. Homey and comfy, worth the stay. Tyler is a great property manager!

We came to Louisville for a girls weekend. The apartment was a great space for 3 women. It was walking distance to several restaurants, shops, and breweries. Tyler was a great host!

We booked this property because we were attending a wedding on a Friday night and wanted to stay for one extra night for fun! The apartment was a great space for us. It was very comfortable and relaxing. We loved how we were walking distance to so many fun spots and short drives to other areas such as the highlands and Frankfort avenue! Would definitely stay at this property again.

The property is a perfect blend of history and modern conveniences. The location was awesome with the proximity to NULU which became a new favorite hang out place for us while we visit. I would totally recommend this property!

We were only in the apartment briefly prior to a concert to drop off bags and then afterwards to sleep overnight but it met our needs and was a comfortable stay, it was smaller than I expected but that wasn't a problem since it was just my spouse and 7yr old son. Location was easy to get to and from the expo center and check in was easy, it was also nice of the host to accommodate us with an early check in (just a couple hrs) but that helped to make scheduling our day alot easier.

Such a cute and cozy space! Neighborhood was nice. My sister and I loved our stay and we'll be back.

The wife and I were passing through Louisville and were able to spend 2 nights here. We really enjoyed our stay and the property is clean, well appointed, private and comfortable. We were able to easily navigate to all the city had to offer and were able to walk to a few restaurants and bars. We definitely enjoyed our stay here and only wish it was a little cooler out when we were here as the building had a nice little side yard and sitting areas. The property is at the end of the street and neighborhood so it does abut a couple businesses, but it did not create any noise or excess issues, and actually provides a big corner lot for privacy. Would recommend and thanks again to the hosts.

My husband and I were in Louisville for a three-night "work vacation." We booked the property based on: 1. Price, 2. Photos, and 3. Location. We could not have been more pleased! Tyler was a terrific host; communication was warm, timely, detailed, and accurate, and the accommodation was lovely! It sparkled with Southern charm and character. The Memory Foam mattress was soooooo comfy, and the sheets on the bed were honestly the softest I've ever experienced! The one slight drawback for us was the fact that there wasn't much counter space in the kitchen for cooking, and very minimal dining space (small corner bistro table and 2 stools), but it was adequate for very basic meal prep. In all, would HIGHLY recommend! Thank you, Tyler, for a terrific stay in a lovely little Louisville oasis!
