Came to stay in WA for awhile to visit friends and a small vacation. Unfortunately the pool just happened to be under deck cleaning etc from the day we arrived till we checked out. Unfortunately that was why i chose the hotel other then location. Tv didnt work the first day. Food was ...ok. My experience with staff was good but sad that i wasnt informed bout the pool ahead of time since i called to check on the reservation multiple times. And even asked specifically about the pool.

Right when I walked in the smell that they must pump through their smell, so good, it reminded me of Hawaii, also, we have a puppy, and they were very accommodating

Good place to stay. Quality breakfast options at reasonable price. Nice restaurant. Lack of overhead lighting made room a bit dark unless you open window. No complaints.

It was a nice hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff. My one grievance was that the jacuzzi was being serviced so I couldn't use it when I had time.

Emily and Ian were amazing! Such great service!

The service, location and general condition of the hotel were great. The front desk was accommodating. However, the wifi did not work, and their TV On-Demand service was TERRIBLE. They have a movie rental service which shows the movie we rented at a very low resolution. We managed to get the rental refunded. We enjoyed the stay overall but they need a serious IT overhaul.

The staff was excellent and responded to every need.

This was a very nice surprise! Our room was exactly what I requested, except it was the cleanest hotel and room I've stayed all year. It was a good value, large room, comfortable bedding, refrigerator, microwave, safe, and a full armoire. Large bathroom and shower. Both restaurants are excellent. I'll make this my prefered hotel when I am in Bellingham. Also, it's easy access to I5 and Fairhaven.

The hotel staff were great, the bed comfortable, but the business center computer was down, the last night of course was a Saturday and the room above us was having a party. The hotel itself has very few extras, like breakfast, etc.

my brief stay was great

Clean, comfortable, convenient. We had a great stay!

Comfortable rooms, firm beds. Quiet. Walkable to downtown. Water pressure in shower is low. In wall heating unit is very loud even on low speed, I had to turn it off while sleeping. I would return again.

Friendly staff, nice clean rooms.

The hot breakfast was only available for an additional cost which I probably could've read the fine print and found out but it was still disappointing. The TV system in the rooms is outdated and only allows on demand movies to rent from the hotel (at $20 a piece) or local TV. No option to log into any streaming accounts of your own.
Hot tub and pool were great although the hot tub needs some tile repairs. Staff were all awesome especially in the restaurant.

Location, Location, Location! Perfect with my student on the North end of WWU. The staff was friendly but overall the hotel seemed a bit understaffed. Love the decor and never had a problem with parking. Nice room space just wished for a sink outside of the bathroom.

The parking lighting was very poor, that needs to improve.

Great hotel and staff. We enjoyed breakfast twice and dinner, all were very good with delicious choices.

Really nice place! The one downfall was the website and the pool deck say it’s open until 10pm, but they kicked us out at 9pm.

For the price the quality of the rooms were under par. Not sure if the property is going thru a revamp since there was some construction in the hotel.

Staff very friendly. Very clean. Like restaurant on property.

This is my second time here and it is very convent. My only complaint is no breakfast included.

The use of space in the room was not comfortable. A small chair was placed under a lamp right above your head instead of where a couch or even breakfast nook could fit. The coffee station basically accosted you upon entering the room where a closet for jackets and shoes would be more logical. You had to step into the shower to turn it on (smarter people will move the shower head first). Small details like this just felt odd. The people and the pool were wonderful. I also enjoyed the public spaces, they were pretty.

It was priced well and very quiet.

This overpriced old hotel looks and feels 1980s. Very outdated and needs to be drastically remodeled or bulldozed. Dirty bathtub and toilet with hair and urine. Poor lighting. Broken door hinge and lock, dirty linoleum floors, smelled like cigarettes, broken TV, peeling wallpaper, way overpriced. Charged $180 for a handicapped room on the ground floor, and that doesn't include breakfast. After a broken door and TV, they moved me to another room, and the bathroom was filthy. The indoor pool and hot tub open late and close early. This hotel shouldn't be charging more than $90/night.

The room was very clean and the staff was very kind and attentive.

For the $330 a night not anything special. I thought the condition of the hotel run down and a little dirty. I had a room that the hall and my door was open to the pool which is inside. Chlorine smell and noisy.

It was a nice hotel, the photos online including the lobby really paint this hotel as being higher end and “newer” than it is in reality. It’s an old hotel that’s been renovated and it served its purpose. But the photos (pool for example) make it seem much newer and nicer than what it is.

Beautiful hotel in a great town

Excellent staff at the front desk and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful.
Housekeeping was below average. I think they were short staffed. Only emptied our garbage and brought towels after we asked. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay and very convenient location.

If you need convenience to the I-5 and access to groceries and gas etc., great choice. Not great if you want a nice view.

The lobby is beautiful! The service was prompt and friendly. The room was clean and had microwave and refrigerator. The location was central to many things. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and pretty nice

Great hotel but terrible Wi-Fi. Asked the front desk about it, and they said they agreed the Wi-Fi was bad. I could only get signal if I stood by the door with my laptop.

This hotel was convenient to everything. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and was quiet and pleasant. We were so very happy we chose the Four Points Marriot, we will definitely be staying at this hotel when we visit again.

Amazing place to stay at in Bellingham, especially if you are MTB’ing Galbraith. Within a 6min drive/15min bike ride to the north trailhead. The attached restaurant was great as well!
