Everything was great until we needed to extend our stay. We then were instructed it wasn't a possibility and to check back the next day. When we checked back we were instructed that it would be better to book online via expedia or hotels.com due to the WILDlY difference in pricing. We booked through hotels.com and then had to check out and back in. But they couldn't find our reservation. So we had to wait for a manager to come assist us.

Had stayed at this hotel many times over th years. This year we came back and were a little disappointed. The updates are nice, but I fee because of this , the hotel has lost a lot of its classiness and charm . Used to remind you of a grand ballroom with a very welcoming feeling when you walk in. Now is very contemporary and cold feeling . No affordable breakfast for families, outdoor party and indoor pet going on were extremely loud. Overall people were friendly, but just not a place for families. Sadly we probably won’t be going back.

There was mention of breakfast at check in but we discovered the next morning you had to be some type of member that you pay $40/mo. Everyone was extremely polite.

Very nice modern upscale type hotel with friendly staff. Very clean room with good internet but hot water was not very hot. Good value for the weekday rate, there is a $35 per day parking fee.

Nice stay for a dance convention! Front desk staff and valet staff were fantastic. Elevator was super slow but hotel was very crowded so what can u do??

Excellent choice - we plan to stay there again, any time we're in Indy for a weekend or a night! Hotel was excellent and location is perfect.

We were there for a gymnastics meet and the hotel was very busy. There was always a little wait for the elevator. There are not any close restrooms. Staff was excellent and friendly. Hotel was clean. Disappointed that we had no refrigerator. I thought there was one in the room. Didn’t love the bathroom. Not enough light, no fan so when taking a shower it steamed all up and the toilet is right there by the door. A few minor things but we enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again.

The hotel is beautiful. I reserved a room with a city view and when I got there they tried to upcharge me for it. Luckily I had a screenshot of my reservation which stated a city view. The clerk was very nice and didn’t argue it and corrected the room immediately. The hotel is walking distance to multiple restaurants and the mall. Uber/lyfts were only $5-6. You’re better off using them since everywhere charges parking when you leave the hotel. Valet is $30/night.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I must have missed, when I booked online, that there was no refrigerator in the room - that was a little inconvenient for us but we made do. Everything else was great! Plus, we had a fantastic view of Lucas Oil Stadium!

This was my 1st time staying downtown and I loved the location. It was my boyfriend’s birthday weekend and everything we needed was close by. The valet was professional and courteous. The front desk staff greet you at the door and walk you to the front where they check you in promptly. The elevators were quick even with a tournament going on. The hotel had lots to do downstairs such as snacks bars, restaurants so we never felt like we “had to” leave. Would definitely stay again.

I love how beautiful the lobby was and the option to dine in or eat out. I also liked the option to use the elevator or escalator. The stuff was very nice and helpful.

There wasn’t a refrigerator in the room and someone else’s clothes were still hanging in the closet. The front desk service was exceptional, especially from Andrew. He went above and beyond to help with a billing problem. I cannot say enough good things about his service and professionalism.

Key cards were not working when we got there. Employee had to take us to our room to let us in. Also had to use a key card to use the elevator, so once we got to our room we could not go anywhere because we could not get on the elevator. Key cards finally started working after 11:00 pm, just in time to go to bed and get up and leave in the morning.

Great Location for Convention Events. Dining and shopping opportunities are above expectations. Hotel Panty is Terribly Overpriced in comparison to the hotel restaurants for someone needing a quick bite or not able to leave the property. $15 for a pint of ice cream. 😳 And the toilet paper is institutional facility grade. MARRIOTT CAN DO BETTER.

The location was the main factor for us to book this hotel. The staff was kind and courteous from check-in to check-out. The only downside we found was that someone had left socks and t-shirts in the drawers-signifying that perhaps these weren't cleaned before we arrived.

The hotel location was prime also everything pertaining to the hotel was just wonderful all the way down to all of the young gentlemen in valet they do a fine job easy access to lucas oil stadium was very convenient 10/10 for my stay

Overall it was an excellent hotel, close to everything . Wish they have a more comfortable pillows.
