Rooms were old and dirty. Changed room 3 times. 1st room bathtub would not drain. 2nd room they had left a bug bomb in the room with cockroaches dead everywhere. 3rd room stayed but did see bug....slept and left. I am glad front desk worked with me. But still paid full price....

My room had mold and no light in sink area.

The room needs a complete make over. The curtains could not be closed for privacy and someone before us had poked holes in them and tied them closed with a wire tie. Overall the hotel is in need of an upgrade

The room was next to the pool . Not what i preferred . But
The room was very clean and comfortable . Better then expected . Breakfast was sufficient .

This is a very nice place. The room was clean and pretty. Even better next door to cracker barrel. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel is VERY old. The windows still have wood frames and are not double pane which means we get to hear the freeway which was next door ALL night long. The guy to checked us in was not very friendly at all. I know he was stressed about "the audit" but customers just want to check in ASAP after driving 13 hrs & just get settled in & sleep. On one of the beds, the sheet looked like it was not washed & had a big stain in it. The mattresses were VERY uncomfortable and frame was VERY noisy. The breakfast left LOTS to be desired including the coffee. They only had styrofoam cups and powdered creamer. (yuk!). We normally stay at Hampton Inns so I guess our standards are higher. Since we saw Days Inn is owned by Wyndym, we expected something better.

The beds were ok, the bathtub was dingy, the floors had dust balls, but worst of all at 130 in the morning 4 greyhound size busses parked 20 -30 feet in from of our room and kept moving in and out for a couple of hours and the road and highway noise was too much keep us up a lot, and was exhausted th next day.

Last minute booking. Nice room at a good price. Fairly newly renovated. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff is great! Good location and fantastic breakfast.

We were comfortable but it’s right next to homeless alley apparently. Everyone was nice and room was comfortable and clean. The staff were pleasant. The ice machine didn’t work and the website said the pet fee would be per stay but actually was each day.

Smoke alarm not there wires only hanging, phone in room not working, mattress pad nasty, sheets old, floors gross. We left within 10 minutes! Dirty, found a bug in the bed! We got a full refund and went to the Marriott!

All in all it was a wonderful stay. Bed was uncomfortable but we enjoyed the stay. A plus was the room was not facing the freeway. We will be back. Thank you

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Clean beds, towels etc. The pool looked great (didn't swim, only there overnight).
I left my phone charger in the room by mistake, and just went back several hours after we'd checked out to ask if it had been turned in. It hadn't, but Eric (sp?) at the front desk took the time, after calling housekeeping, to go up to the room himself, and he came back with it. I really appreciated him making the time and effort to find it for me!

Excellent parking backed into the room first floor feet from the door. Bathroom sink very slow but clean rooms. Best ever dog walk aligns with the road safe behind the hotel

Breakfast was reasonable for two days then there was no milk or cereal.
No hairdryer available.
Denny's is next door and has a bright illuminated sign - however it was closed as a major reconstruction renovation is taking place.

Supposedly "remodeled" but left a crappy old bathtub in and maid should SWEEP and MOP the floors. Definitely DO NOT go barefoot inside due to dirt and rocks. Baseboards never changed. Electric outlet was missing cover. A/C unit was working IF you jiggled the cords that connected it.
Eric at the front desk was awesome and helpful. Breakfast was decent.

The bathroom had mold on the tile the water was warm not hot. Couldn’t lock the door and room smelled like cigarettes. Won’t be staying there again and they wanted their key cards back. We used the trail lotion and had it with our item the cleaner put back the same lotion to make me believe the reuse there items and it’s unsanitary.

Room was recently renovated and very clean. The outside of the hotel makes it look like an extended stay motel complete with some homeless people walking about. Seemed like some sketchy people staying there too. One night I came upon a domestic situation where the woman was trying to taze her partner. The outside could definitely use updating. It does not look as good as the pictures. As soon as I got in the room I noticed the smoke alarm chirping that it needed a battery. The second night my heat quit working and had to move to another room. The ice machine was broken the last two days I was there. I kind of need ice for my medical condition so this was literally a pain.

The property really needs an upgrade. I couldn't get past the torn, dirty curtains, dirty and stained light lamp shades and the tile in the bathtub was pretty bad. And no coffee pot in the room was a disappointment.

This is truly a 1 star hotel. It is dirty and falling apart. The key fobs deactivate easily, and in fact our key fob device on the door broke and locked us out late at night. The service staff were annoyed to have to help us get a new room, never offered to help us move our stuff or apologize and we waited hours to get this awful situation settled. Then the smoke alarm in the new room chirped all night. In the AM, we woke up to a broken shower which did not get fixed for hours. There was rude service people in the lobby that were totally unapologetic, unsympathetic and never offered anything to help us or make our experience better than awful. Our keys were deactivated over and over the next day as well. The freeway noise kept us up at night. You’ll regret booking this hotel so please avoid at all costs!

The service was good. The property was run down. Found bed bugs crawling the next morning, broken furniture, hot water took about 10mins to come out.

Room smelled like smoke. Bed looked not made well or maybe used? Seemed like more of a hotel room by the hour than by the night 😬 I asked for money back and they refunded promptly with zero issues.

There was hardly any water pressure. There was only one tv station, good thing it was the comedy channel but still. The walls need a good cleaning Everywhere. And the pillows were extremely flat. Aside from that, the employee. That checked me in was very nice.

There was construction going on at the hotel. Renovations. A good thing? Didn't hear much noise but there were walking detours throughout the complex. That was a month ago, could be done now. . . .

Front desk were not friendly. Make sure you take the Renovated rooms. The standard rooms are terrible. Continental breakfast was excellent variety but with very limited and awkward sitting area for a typical breakfast area. You can pay $30 for early check-in but at the same time knowingly they will make you pay even if it's 2 hours ahead of check-in time.

Housekeeping never came to our room even after I asked multiple times. I was told we were added to the list.

The property is in complete disarray. The walkway on the second floor was slanted giving the impression that it was about collapse. The room was not at all clean. Hairs on the stained sheets. The tub was broken and couldn’t be completely shut off and heard from the entrance to the room. The was a pair of dirty sneakers left in the dresser drawer. Also the comforter was ripped and burnt.
