There was a misunderstanding initially where we thought the room we booked gad Stove but it did not. Mitch at the Reception was very helpful and he gave excellent service and helped us by giving room that had kitchen. Overall I was very happy with the service.

Place was ok for the price and location but the whole night there was some weird sound in a pattern and upper floor creaking that did not let us sleep properly. Stay in upper floor if you want to sleep.

Hot tub in some units, perfect location and lots of restaurants and shopping in the area.

Mitch and Bina were really helpful and pleasant. Property is a good value for a budget hotel- the kitchenette was really useful, the heaters worked well, renovation was decent (though they should strongly consider painting the walls cream instead of the depressing gray color they currently have). Most importantly, walkable to the heavenly lift.

I'd stay here again.

Very basic room.

Property was nice. Only complaint was the person who checked us in was a little rude. Also the following morning he decided to call the room then come knock on the door at 10am to tell me that we were past our checkout time which was at 11.

The shower flooded. I had to ask management to use agent to unplug shower drainage.

Check in was quick & easy. We got the honey moon sweet which was nice away from other rooms. Hot tub was nice & relaxing. Room was a little run down & out dated. Walking distance to everything

DO NOT GO IN THE WINTER/SNOW. There space heater by the door stops working and staff will tell you to reset it, so you will be up half the night resetting it and praying it works. Then they have a second wall heater that stays on 24/7 so you will sweat your heart out.

This hotel has a great location close to Heavenly, the lake, and Stateline. The check in process was very easy and the inn is small so it was very easy to find my room and since the room I was in was essentially in the parking lot, it was a very short trip to carry stuff from my car. However, when I went to shower after a long day of traveling, I found that the shower was completely out of order. I called the front desk and they didn’t answer, so I went in and the woman working told me that they might be able to get someone to come out the next day to look at it, but that was the only option I was given. I was only there, with my dog, for two nights and one day, so I didn’t want to have my day revolving around a repair when I had such limited time already. Luckily the jacuzzi tub was working, so at least I had that. The floor by the door was lifting a lot and the room was less clean than most hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. I read a lot of reviews that mentioned the rooms weren’t given a very in-depth cleaning, and I’m definitely glad I brought my own top sheet, blanket, and pillow case. Overall, this inn served the purpose that I booked it for and has a great location, however, for the price and quality, I think there are probably better places.

The heater at night was wayyy too loud. Thin walls, we could hear when someone walked by. We were in the first floor, bottom unit, neighbors to the side of us and upstairs making lots of noise/walking stomping.

Very basic accommodations, but OK for a place to sleep and leave your stuff. The room was basically a bed (a comfy one), a small table and two steel chairs, and some storage shelves. So, not much in the way of creature comforts for lounging around or entertaining fellow guests.
Room was very clean, everything was functional. The heater is quite noisy, so not the best for light sleepers. And, the walls/ceiling are also rather thin so every footstep and conversation nearby is easily heard.
Be aware that desk staff hours are quite limited, so you'll need to plan ahead for picking up your key..

Hotel was clean, well stocked and close to downtown area

Great little place very nicely located. The lake is only a few blocks walk, the village is the same, and the casinos are a short drive away. We didnt like that it was advertised as pet friendly and then a 50$ per night charge was added after the non refundable stay was booked. The TV also didnt have apps and only some sketchy cable. Great cute place tho to stay for cheap!

Clean rooms! Would definitely stay here again

Nice hotel, not a lot of parking. A lot of stuff was worn out in the room. I.E. one of the lamps was unplugged due to a broken electrical cord, broken security latch on the door, paint chipped off walls.

We stayed in the kitchen unit, it was great but my only recommendation is to provide more cooking equipment in the room. There were only 2 pots. It would be nice if there was at least a pan and a baking sheet. Other than that it was convenient and perfect for what we needed

Arrived at 1:30 after a long drive. Check in is at 3:00. Room was ready but they charge $35 for early check in. We figured we would park and walk around. Unfortunately they wouldn’t allow us to use a restroom unless we paid the $35 early check in fee. Was really disappointed since we did have a room booked.

Honestly this is a little gem! I had my service dog and they were accommodating of us. We got a very nice secluded room, 301, and I was surprised at the size of it. It was the couples suite I’m assuming, with the fancy soaking tub. And a separate shower and toilet. Fireplace was amazing, TV rotates and is huge. I think they were nervous seeing the dog so often, but he’s professionally trained so hopefully I can come stay again. Compared to other hotels in this area, this is honestly the place to go. The others just looked run down! This place is quiet, clean, lots of cameras and the customer service was awesome. I will be back and I will suggest this hotel to my friends and family!

Rooms were decent size, a bit older of a building & rooms, but clean and quaint. Easy walk to casinos and shopping areas.

I stayed in room #108 which was right across from the office. The room was decent and nicely renovated for the price.. The bed wasnt very comfortable and we had a few issues... First off there was a small jumping spider on the pillow... We brushed it off and carried on... Secondly that night I was a bit restless as if something was in the room with us... not sure what it was.. I then felt something on my head and immediately turned on my cell phone light and found a small beetle I brushed off my head which then landed in the bed.... Which I found odd as I had already showered and had been sleeping.. the third issue was in the morning I had gone to go and wash my face and found a flying bug next to my toothbrush... They also put chairs and a table right outside of my room which people would sit in the morning and talk loudly into the thin walls of my room. Basically you could imagine how my experience was.... I didnt report anything because we were only there for 1 day but that was our stay.. Also you should have someone kill the mosquito that was clearly smashed above the door... its not cute.

After $146 a night they asked for another $75 a night for pet fee. The room was in the corner with street noise. Not worth it. Will never try again.

We enjoy this little spot. For the price for 3 days we were happy. We came back to a clean room everyday. We got the room with the kitchen so there was more than enough space. Tv worked great. Bed weren’t queen but fit to people. Bathroom is small but everything clean and taken care of.

Mitch was the best hotel Conceirge we ever had.
He was extremely helpful and accommodating.
The hotel property was comfortable but what really made our hotel experience enjoyable was Mitch.
We will definitely be booking our stay again every year as we come every year for the celebrity golf tournament

Worst inn I’ve ever stayed at. This is an old building—floors were very uneven and steeped to one side. Construction & paint job were horrible. Furniture and appliances all very old; mattress was old. Shower water never got hot & turned cold halfway through my shower. Smell of room was strange; opened window for fresh air, but odd smell coming in (may have been pot); had to leave A/C on all night to keep it away. Will never stay there again- not worth the money.
