Hotel check in was quick and they were able to accommodate an early check in for us. Our room was on the backside of the hotel do it was very quiet. A/C worked great too. Breakfast buffet had many selections. Location wS a quick walk to old town square.

A great stay. Friendly service and Gold member benefits. I don't think we were offered a room upgrade, though, and we forgot to ask.
It was my birthday, during the stay. something we hadn't told the staff, but nevertheless I got some chocolate and a nice card to my room!

Just returned home after the most incredible stay. We were upgraded to a beautifully decorated suite which was on 2 floors, the comfiest bed, bottled water provided daily and a prosecco. We also went to the onsite beer spa, completely recommended on your stay try and do 2 hours as an hour goes so quickly so thankfully we booked 2 hours. Lovely variety at breakfast and if we returned to Prague we would no doubt be returning here!

I ordered a twin and got a single with extra bed, not much of a problem but i paid for a twin and didn't get one. Hotel was nice, good location and nice breakfast. Would book again but didn't like being overcharged for a single.

Great hotel, very welcoming at reception with a lovely welcome drink of proseco. We had a lovely room with a balcony and a bottle of proseco as we are gold members of hotels.com. Also all the rooms had a free bottle of water every day. Really close to all attractions and site seeing. Lovely bar in hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff were friendly. Rooms were spotless. Th bed was so comfortable and the towels extremely soft and good quality. Great location from which to explore both new and old towns. Highly recommended!

Excelllent cleanliness in room,towels and linen changed regularly,plenty of bathroom products, and slippers and dressing gowns gave a touch of luxury.
Delicious and plentiful breakfast with lots of choice. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and I will reccommend it to my family and friends.

Rarely do Hotels live up to expectations. That said The Michelangelo Grand Hotel does just that. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was large and comfortable. The free buffet breakfast was amazingly good with plenty of choices. Just what we needed to fuel our explorations. The bar was a nice place to relax for a drink before heading out again. The one highlight that stands out is the beer spa in the hotel. So glad we decided to try this. It was a pleasure. The other benefit was the location. Very close to the tram lines. But we found everything very walkable. Everything felt like it was just a comfortable stroll from the hotel. The area is very safe. We loved walking around at night and exploring.

We booked connecting rooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was super too as it kept you going until early evening! Great staff on reception too!

The hotel was more than fine, great, tidy and comfortable rooms. The bathroom was a bit small and the staff in the breakfast rooms could smile a bit more as they looked rather depressed. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

The property itself is lovely and the Beer spa is a nice little extra, Dasha was the friendliest person in the place she worked at the beer Spa, however the majority of the staff were just downright rude/ignorant, we weren’t offered a welcome drink or maybe more to the point unwelcoming drink, breakfast staff all look Mardy , we were vip , no room upgrade given even though rooms were available we are now in Zürich and it is taking us by surprise people saying good morning after being in Prague 5 days
