Housekeeping only came once over a week, and a roach in the bathroom

Bathroom needed detailed cleaning. Linens were worn. Furniture in room in need of minor repair. Doors leading into a separate area on the 3rd floor needed repair. Staff were very nice and breakfast was good.

Upon arrival, staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and located in a great location near restaurant and shopping areas. The only thing negative is the walls are so thin . I heard the entire conversation from the people staying in the other room next to me.

It Was very nice, quiet and restful night, The only complaint was it did have a few roaches that were sizable in size, that was turn off but it was surprising because the room smelled and looked so clean. We didn't complain about it because roaches are like another insect, they can get in anywhere and it doesn't have to come from poor housekeeping. The shower was amazing and powerful, not at all like a trunk of water but they had the ability to really get hot and really push the water through which made for a clean experience in the shower. Our stay was pleasant and very restful. We would stay again.

Everything was outstanding until bedtime. The compressor for the air conditioner was so loud and cycled off and on every 10-15 minutes we didn't get any sleep until we finally turned the a/c off which made what little sleep we did get feel very uncomfortablely hot.

Our stay was marred by a child running back and forth on the floor above us. From early eve to 10 at night. We complained to the hotel staff who had to call that room twice.

The facility wasn’t as nice as I expected. Tile broken in bathroom and overall just not kept up well with maintenance to rooms. Otherwise quiet and nice stay.

I would like to comment of the young lady that was the desk receptionist, on my final night stay, I asked to be woke up at 3:30 am because I had a flight out of Tallahassee at 8 am. Needless to say she didn't wake me up. I was pretty upset about this lack of following up on what was ask of her. She was nowhere to be found when I came down stairs. I resided in room 213 on my stay. This lack of action is bad for your business and will reflect negative on your business image. I am a business owner as well and I know about image, how it can make or break your business.
