Two of my hand towels had someone else's long black curly hair in them - gross. The shower and floors looked like they had not been cleaned at all from the prior guest. The prior guest's toiletries were still in the dirty shower. The shower also did not drain so I had to shower in my own dirty after and managed to get it draining a bit by showing a comb under the plug to keep it open. However, it was still a VERY slow drain and desperately needed some drano. Beds were comfortable and clean.

The only thing negative was the cleaning products or carpet fragrance was overpowering and gave me a horrible headache maybe not use such strong fragrances alot of people are sensitive to those.

We have stayed several times in the last few months and the facilities are always clean and comfortable. Breakfast is always yummy and the staff are very friendly and accomodating.

The only complaint I have is the power outage issue. I understand you can’t control the weather but have a generator so your guests will be comfortable

Coffee in lobby in evening was cold. Staff suggested I microwave it or make my own in my room. Cleaning staff did not restock coffee items from the day before.. was on first floor and internet was only 1 bar constantly in and out, that was very inconvenient as I was on a work trip and relied on that service.

Comfortable, quiet room. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Marie at reception and the breakfast room staff.. Need a light in the room coffee alcove. Overall temperature in the hotel too low, as in all Holiday Inn Express hotels. Should not have to wear a jacket at breakfast to keep warm!!.

Nice location with very clean room and with comfortable bed. Would be helpful to have USB ports near bed and at desk. Room above us was very load with children and heavy walkers.

Too expensive for what you get. Older facility that is need of renovations in common areas and rooms. Had a suite with a stained sofa and instead of a tv, there was a mirror in front of it. Bathroom wasn’t very clean and sink did not drain.

Our room was not cleaned. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Our room was a suit and you would think with the amount of money that was paid, the room would be super clean. However, that was not the case. Due to extreme circumstances of an unfortunate family emergency and a late check in, I decided to stick with the room due to needed to rest. My experience with the room was h pleasant. However, the gentleman who checked us in was nice and the breakfast was decent.

Ice machine on 2nd floor just outside my room 227 made unbearable noise off and on throughout the entire night. Property mgr did agree to refund 1/2 of my stay.

Got into our first room and the chemical smell in the bathroom was so strong we had to request another room. Next room was a little better but we had people in the room next to us that were loud all night.

The hotel itself was very clean and friendly however the hotel is poorly constructed. The doors slams shut with a load noise and I can clearly hear the other visitors conversation. I had two separate charges on my debit card for the stay, for 211.99 and the other for 231.99. I asked about the charges and still waiting for a reply. I only stayed for on night
