Nice simple place in motel row north of Savannah. My room was a suite, with a huge spa in the living room. Unfortunately the second floor has been condemned by the city, with menacing signs posted…not a confidence builder.

Both Jennifer and Brenda were wonderful but we had to leave as the accessible room was substandard and was very dirty. They gave us a full refund but I do hope they work with cleaning staff

This place was very very dirty. If we wouldn’t have rolled in at midnight, he would have left and paid for a room at a different hotel. As soon as you walk in, you can tell the place is unkept and not repaired. The door was missing the people filled with toilet paper. In the bathroom needed clean the vent was hanging from the ceiling and the tub was dirty. The bed comforters had cigarette burn holes. Mind you this was a non-smoking room. Everything look like it had not been washed so I slept in my clothes. Went to put stuff in the refrigerator It did not work and Had mold in it. Bedframe molding was peeling and dirty. The table had food on it along with the table lamp had food on it. These rooms were nowhere near what was in the picture I would stay far far away from this hotel.

So terrible! I have never experienced such a disgusting stay anywhere. The room was not clean at all the TV and toilet were broken. And the worst part was that they had roaches. Needless to say we would never want to go back.

Staff was rude. Motel unclean. 2nd floor scheduled for demolotion. Due to safety, i decided i could not stay here and staff refused a refund DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE!!

I didn't expect much from this very cheap motel, but it was beyond bad. After 5pm, you have to use a kiosk with a video terminal to check in. The lobby is locked. If you need anything from housekeeping, you won't be able to get anything in the evening. The room was not properly cleaned. Lightbulb missing from the lamp. Sink barely ran. No hand towels are provided at all. We were in the room one morning when housekeeping came by. We told them we were leaving in 10 minutes and they could come back then. They said no problem, but never did come back, so we had no bath towels for that night and could not take a shower. At breakfast, the coffee machine was broken, so for the first two days, no coffee. They eventually got another machine. Dead batteries in the TV remote, internet was hit or miss. And then there are the signs posted by the fire marshal that the second floor balcony and stairs were unsafe and not to enter. I'm sure the second floor was unoccupied, but still didn't make me feel good about having to walk under it. I'll just leave it at that.

The filth was incredible. I don’t believe anyone has cleaned a room here in 20 years. I know the saying, you get what you pay for, but if that’s the case they should be charging $1.50 a night. Disgusting.

The beds were so high one elderly person could not get into it and the metal base on the bed was noisy. TV didn't work.

I felt unsafe in my room with my family as we stayed there overnight during our trp. There was drug and prostitution criminal activity going on in the room next to ours into the early morning.

It is old and very worn. Easy access to the room. A nice reception area. Batteries in the converter caroded , fixed right away. Everyone helpful. The cost was very good. The breakfast appreciated. It looks unclean but when you try to clean, it still looks the same. Definitely needs upgrades.

The moment we walked into the entrance and could not get in the lobby around 7pm and had to use a check in kiosk without any directions we felt uncomfortable .. a face on the unit helped us check in. No ice machines, filthy bathroom floor, no instructions for the tv, the second floor was condemned. Was our ceiling solid ? We got up at 5;30am to leave.the breakfast area needed to be attended to. Welcome through this area twice a year and will never stay here again.. check your back files on us staying here in the past..

No one at the reception desk all they had was a virtual assistant and once I checked in and went to the room to check it out it was super dirty and even though it was a “non smoking” it smelled straight like marijuana and my friends room had the TV on and smelled like someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes!! There were ashes by the ac and we couldn’t get a hold of anyone since it was past 11pm and we did not stay at all we had to go look for another place. So PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

I would not stay here again. Upon arriving keys would not open the door. After several "re-keys" we were switched to a different room. The TV remote had no batteries or battery cover. The toilet ran all night and did I mention peeling paint and dirty?

We all slept in the clothes we arrived in, we did not unpack, we did not shower there (we showered at our next destination), the breakfast was not as pictured and the four containers of yogurt were out of date, and I'm not sure if the place has ever been cleaned.

The floors looked as though they haven’t been swept. I did bring a swifter sweeper with me, the floors were filthy!! The door to the room had a big gap between the frame and the door. The rooms look nothing like the rooms online. They need to update the website. The front desk people were friendly that was nice..

There were huge stains on the walls, dirt everywhere, the shower was gross, there was some unidentifiable brown substance on the wall and shower curtain, the air quality was terrible, there were people outsode our room talking loudly at all hours of the night and the refrigerator sounded like it had some animal in it.

This property is in horrible condition and has been deemed unsafe by fire marshal. A warning sign was posted in the hotel lobby indicating this. The rooms are dirty, not dusted or cleaned. Bugs & left over wrappers were in the drawers, lamp light rusted, bed blanket dirty, and door missing part of hinge lock. The air did not cool in the room initially and the room smelled of mold. You could tell from the ceiling that there had been previous leaks. They say they serve a “hot” breakfast yet there was no one there to refill any items that ran out. It appeared that someone dropped off hot food very early in the morning and left, kinda like a first come first serve kinda deal. When I asked the front desk about it they said they had nothing to do with it. So if you value health & cleanliness and need a “hot” breakfast please, please, find another place to stay. Do not stay at this property!

It had to be the dirtiest place I have ever had reservations for; it surely did not look like the pictures online. The person on duty did not try to make any accommodation for not giving us the type of room we reserved (nor the people with whom we traveled). To have a condemned sign out front would seem to be embarrassing to Econo Lodge, but it did not seem to bother anyone except the people trying to stay there. As we left, there were others leaving saying they would not stay in a place like that. The sheets were dirty. The mattresses were mildewed. The floors were nasty. There were roaches. For people on limited income, the online rate seemed okay according to the online pictures. Basically, this seems fraudulent and deceiving. Obviously, there is no element of decency in this place, or the management would give refunds and then try to rectify the issues that many dissatisfied customers have written about. Someone needs to pay attention and step up and be morally, upright citizens. What happened to customer service that makes people want to use a hotel or restaurant again? This place obviously does not care. They just take people’s money!

Room was clean, if a bit dated. Property stairs outside had cracked concrete. When we arrived a couple was using the outside grill area. They left several beer cans and trash in that space making it unusable for anyone else.

Pleased with the accommodations for a one night stay on our way from South Florida to Virginia Beach. Great location, easy on/off I-95. Issues with TV were corrected by maintenance very quickly.

I rarely give a bad review, but this place was terrible. First room when I opened the door, the beds were unmade. I think there were people staying in there. Second room was filthy. Long dark hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor, toilet was filthy, table lights were all rusty, furniture was orange and filthy with black stains. In the morning the cops were there to arrest some drunk guy who had problems with a prostitute.

The pictures need to be updated online. The place looks rundown. I requested a non-smoking room but the room smelled so bad. The beds were made but the room has signs that it wasn’t clean. The toilet didn't flush. The room show sign of damage. If anyone with a health issue, I don't recommend this place to stay.

This property has a sign out front that says "newest hotel in town"? It needs a complete rehab. A customer was complaining they were waiting for two days to get something fixed in their room. The exterior is awful. Interior of room not much better. We had a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke and had a burn hole in the comforter. The only dining in that area is fast food. Pay $20 more and stay at a 3 star down the road.
