We had an amazing time! The staff was friendly and very helpful. They gave us great food recommendations and things to see and do when it rained.

We have stayed at the flamingo for the last 5 years it is a great location the rooms are nice with a kitchen we love the pool and beach front rooms the only complaints i have this trip is the 1 queen bed close to the entry door the mattress is shot lumpy and springs broke and the couch is disgusting room 451 !!

It was just me and my wife for a 4 night clarion and it was perfect for us! The kitchen rooms on the tower with a beach view are the best!! Even cooked a steak in the room one night and it was great! Super easy beach access! Will stay there again definitely!

Stay was ok. There was obvious water damage in the bathroom and mold on the ceilings. The doors were very hard to open. The bathroom was very small. You get what you pay for.

The staff was very friendly. The beds were soft and comfortable. The environment was dirty and musty. There was black mold in the kitchen. The air conditioner kept making a terrible noise the whole time so it would wake me throughout the night. We were only there for three nights but I will never stay there again. My daughter has horrible allergies and I had to give her Benadryl every day of our trip. The toilet seat was gross and worn, there was makeup smeared on the walls in the bathroom and the floors are disgusting. We wore our shoes the entire time. If they would give this place some TLC it would be amazing, unfortunately I think the rooms across the street are forgotten.

Excellent Hotel for me, I really enjoy the location walking distance to everything we like to eat and spend time doing. The staff and the office people are so friendly. The bed slept so good, this is my second time staying here will definitely be staying again. The pool was nice and clean and warm. NO COMPLAINTS FROM ME!!! I do wish the BAR outside would be finished to open.

We arrived early and the girl at the front desk said they would call when the room was ready. We never received a call. We came back after check in time and it was ready. We ran out of toilet paper half way through our stay.

The location is great and within walking distance of two great PCB spots, Diegos and Shuckums. The staff was amazing throughout my stay. The hotel is an older beach hotel but it is well maintained. I enjoyed my stay.

We had a great stay. Wish one of the 2 pools would have been heated since it was still cold in the mornings and at night but otherwise everything was clean and spacious. Had a beautiful view from the balcony. Will definitely stay again.

We had a good stay. The staff was nice. There was an issue though... I called the hotel before booking to make sure the pool would be heated. I was told it would be heated for the dates we were staying. When we checked in I was told the heater had already been turned off. That was very disappointing because we really wanted a heated pool. The water was very cold.

restaurant was closed , didn't say that on their website at all. the first concierge we interacted with was rude they other 2 were great though! My room wasn't cleaned and had a awful smell . toilet seat loose

Facility is nice. The only issue that we had was that their website with their terms & conditions does not state you have to be 21 to checkin. I booked this place for my daughter & her friend to stay. Upon. He kind they were told the person checking in had to be 21. I did my homework before booking and their site did not state a 21 age requirement. I had to scramble to find a family member to drive to stay with them. I called the front desk and talk to them about this issue to get their site updated to mention the minimum age requirement.

I liked the place it’s just when I turned back the bed sheets was dirty, what really pissed me off was making excuses for the housekeeper ? A dirty bed is not acceptable, we asked for room service it never happened I cleaned up myself cause surely if bed dirty so is everything else, they did come remake the beds tho as I watched, I went there for vacation not to clean up, the tile was also broken in bathroom and kitchen which is a safety hazzard when I mentioned it they said they was aware….WOW

Cute hotel on the beach! 2 minutes from pier park, dining, and shopping. Room was great, clean and door led right to pool and beach access. Will definitely stay again.

Nice room. 2 TVs. 2 beds and a pull out couch. Balcony with ocean view. We were on floor 7 in the tower. Hot tub on site.

The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom needs a well deserved renovation.
The staff was nice and helpful. The area at and around the hotel was clean.
Only downside was the restaurant in front of the hotel keep the music very loud for hours

Almost cute close to the ocean with a pool outside the door. Staff in the front office were very helpful and answering questions..
The only problem seems to have is some of the outlets in the room did not work and the lights in the bathroom and the fan seem to be shorting out coming on and off constantly. Convenient location for the flamingo within walking distance of restaurants and the beach plenty of parking and just the right time of year in February to visit.

This older hotel is clean and well maintained
We even had a stocked kitchen. We just needed to add groceries. Right on the ocean. Leave your room, walk past the pool and you are in the beach. We will stay here again. It was cheaper than the rest with good ratings. We went in January

Super cute little place. Good value for money. Friendly staff. Awesome view and can walk directly out to the beach. Great food place across the street

The room was very clean and we were happy to see the room. Only downside was the bathroom lock was broken which they need to be fixed. I didn't bother to ask them to change the room. Otherwise, everything was perfect. I will stay there again if I visit Panama City.

I truly enjoyed my stay ,my daughter and i came for my birthday, everything was clean and staff was really nice. We loved the hot tub and that we were right on the beach. Only down side was waiting a few minutes for hot water and crossing the street for parking but that was minor. It was honestly amazing and my daughter wants to come back in March for her birthday! Thank you guys for giving us a nice place to celebrate my birthday and NEW YEARS!!
