Don't pay for the breakfast. Definitely not worth it: crowded and unappetizing. The rest of our stay was fine

Great location and a super clean hotel. Breakfast was included/good quality and fabulous service. We stayed for 4 nights and got a good idea of the hotel. Most of the staff at the front desk seemed to be on their phones and it felt like we were bugging them when asking for information. They also missed a wake-up call which thankfully we had a phone on to wake us up for the airport. The hotel is clean and newer inside. The elevators were super slow and occasionally got stuck sending you to the wrong floor. They were a bit scary TBH. Would stay here again.

The standoff with his property was the amazing service given by the front desk staff on a daily basis, as well as the breakfast cook everything was fresh and delicious and they were very hospitable. Typically people do not mention kudos to the breakfast department, nor the front desk so I’m taking this opportunity because these folks made our trip to New York. Wonderful

Our stay at Springhill Suites was excellent. Even though we requested housekeeping, we didn't get it one day, but I realize that happens. The breakfast area was not crowded, surprisingly, and the food was hot and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I enjoyed a fantastic stay in this property from 19th-24th October 2023. This is not a huge hotel- but has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The staff- all of them so friendly and accommodating. Complimentary breakfast set us up every morning. Quiet bedroom with 2 double beds and everything we needed- including fridge/ microwave/ coffee machine. It is positioned between Park and Lexington Ave. Very close to a subway station. Easy walking to 5th Ave and all the main attractions. Very easy to access from JFK- Airtrain to Jamaica/ subway to Lexington ( 53rd) then down to 23rd. Honestly we were so impressed with this hotel. We had looked at lots of hotels before booking- but this one just seemed so well positioned and a bit smaller and homelier than some of the more popular ones. We chose very well. We could easily walk to local eateries / coffee places and bars. Would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone who was visiting NY. Thank you Angela and Isobel

Staff at the front desk were excellent. Stayed 3 nights for business, breakfast was included which helped my day get going without an additional stop. Only criticism I could find was that the elevator was a bit glitchy, but everything else was wonderful. Staff at front desk A+

Lets start by saying that check-in was very easy. The mobile app was perfect to welcome you before you even arrived. The hotel is a 20min walk from the train station which was perfect on a beautiful day. 5min walk from madison park where you can sit and chat or have Shake Shack. Restaurants in walking distance everywhere for everyone including vegetarians and vegans. When you walk in the main lobby lemonade and coffee is complementary. Front desk clerks greet you with love. The lobby is clean and the small snack corner is perfect. The room was so comfortable and clean. Sheets were white and water pressure was perfect. I love the ability to sign in the tv for streaming. If I needed anything for the room it was brought to me. The complimentary breakfast and eating area was immaculate. I love the sanitary practice and how well organized the food was on display. The coffee was amazing and the staff greeted us with kindness. Thank you Darrin and Karina for your amazing hospitality and professionalism. I would recommend this hotel. It is a hidden gem but well worth the stay. Thank you!

This was a great stay. Free breakfast (though crowded), small but comfy and up to date hotel rooms. In a very safe area and easy to get to lots of restaurants and transit. Would stay here again for sure. Only complaint: 2 elevators not enough; much faster to take the stairs.

Except the very noisy bachelorette party in one of the rooms, the hotel is outstanding. Everything and everywhere was within walking distance. Soooo many restaurants around to choose from and conveniently located to most tourist attractions. The hotel staffs were great! Even offered to move my room away from the noisy bachelorette party. Hotel also has a good gym.

I was trapped in Montreal Airport because 3 flights were cancelled on me in a row due to weather excuses. I called Springhill Suites to let them know I was trying to get to NYC, and the person I spoke to assured me he would hold on to my reservation by checking me in. Apparently, he did not have the authority to do so. The next time I phoned Springhill Suites, a very inconsiderate receptionist-manager said that my entire reservation was cancelled. Instead of trying to help me find a solution, she made it sound like it was my fault that 3 flights were cancelled on me. I was beyond exhausted, and their employee made me feel even worse. I will never support another Springhill Suites or Marriott property anywhere in the world from this day forward.
