Super friendly staff. Room was nice but the mattress was uncomfortable. The property was very clean, in a nice area, with great restaurants and shopping nearby.

Great lcoation - less than 1 mile walk to the aquarium and very close to Fells Point. Bummed about very loud music from 2am to 4am that was unable to be located by hotel security- they let us know they tried to find the culprit but were not successful. Other than that, very nice hotel right on the water.

Hotel was very nice but on the website it states self parking for $26 but that’s not accurate. Valet parking was $49 and self parking is $56. Also paid for harbor view but room window faced the building across the street.

Very nice newer hotel. Didn’t love the soft bed but everything was clean and well managed

Hotel is gorgeous, newly bit, on the water, stunning views. Worth it to get great views of the Harbor and River. Restaurant there is top notch. Room has a divider between the beds and the bathroom, and lights to bathroom cannot be turned on without turning on the master light in the bedroom, awakening those with you if you go to the bathroom. Parking is also expensive at $50/day. Would also be amazing to have a fridge.

Not great

Great location and view. Poor interface with Expedia, however - we reserved a "harbor view" but that means facing the office buildngs that line the harbor; the correct request would have been "river view", which wasn't an option. Big room but rough sheets, no water or minibar or bathrobes in the room, weak room service, etc -- not complaining about the value proposition, but just realize what you're getting into.

Room was so dirty and front desk was rude. It was late night and just for one night so, we stayed but we won't be back for next trip. And the breakfast food was horrible.

The rooms were great, very clean, nice views, my biggest issue was parking and in the garage we took the elevator up to the "room" on our room key which matched an apartment in the building we accidently entered instead of the hotel. It took a sexond to realize we weren't in the right building. Would be better to have clearer signs.

Stay was amazing. Hotels.com’s description of the room I booked was not accurate and misleading. Hotel staff made everything right and were absolutely amazing in accommodating my request.

The view was nice even with seeing construction! The canopy style design and lighting gave the stay an elegant touch. The concierges were very accommodating from the night to the day shift.

Excellent hotel. Location was convenient to reach the harbor from and had several parking options. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The lobby had a nice ambiance and views of the harbor from the bar and restaurant there as well. The rooms were updated clean and well accommodated with nice toiletries. The only issue I had was that I paid for a waterfront balcony room and was facing a building under construction. A little disappointing.

This is such a nice place to stay, just limited transport and expensive parking.

As we were checking out of the hotel,we asked for a bottle of water to take with us which they did not have on hand. The owner of the property overheard our request and came running out to our car with a bottle of water to give to us for our long drive home. Thank you to the Canopy Team!

We have booked 3 rooms and had to extend 2 of them staying from Sunday to Thursday. First of all, rooms are very noisy, one room had water pipes running behind the wall and there was a constant noise of flushing water and showers.
Second room appeared to be close to ice maker, which started making ice at 5.30-6am.
Hotel design is pretty but the noise just doesn’t allow for relaxation after a busy day.
Stuff or management’s answers are usually NO to anything that is asked, then it takes few tries to explain so they even try to fix a problem.
They were unable to extend our rooms unless we book through 3rd party again, as we travel so much this is something we do a lot and usually it’s not an issue to pay a rate at the hotel. But they couldn’t figure it out even though they had rooms available.
Lots of excuses, lack of training and customer service.
There was another large group staying at the hotel and front desk was covered with gift bags they were packing in front of customers who were trying to check in to get help.
No help with luggage, front deck personnel saw me struggling out of the elevator with bags for two people but just looked and continued friendly conversation with another stuff member.
Restaurant has a nice water views, but food is marginal. Don’t order crab cakes or Mac & Cheese.

The hotel, property, views and surrounding area was amazing. Yoga clases at the park nearby…It’s in a area that’s under construction, so a little desolate at night. Would stay here again
