Great stay. Clean, updated, good food, good location along Riverwalk. Only difficult part was parking.

Very nice hotel! Love the location & easy to get to the river walk at the lower level of the hotel. Will be back again!

We stayed for two nights. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great and we loved the 3rd floor bar.
I really don't care for the concrete floors in the rooms, they are cold and uncomfortable. Otherwise good bed, good bathroom.

We stayed in a suite and the bed was not comfortable, pillows were flat, expresso machine did not work, and the room was not serviced.

All great. Front desk wonderful. Restaurant great.
Elevators a bit slow in coming at peak morning times.

The best customer service I have experienced in a while! Great location on the river walk. Restaurant food was delicious.

Great stay, everyone was really nice. Everything was explained really kindly, and really helped us with any issue we had almost immediately (nothing major, more like we forgot to reserve a table at the Domingo during a holiday weekend..oops! and one of our sinks drained a little slow.) We waited for a free table and was texted when it was ready, which was convenient and allowed us to walk around the riverwalk while we waited.
Even when we took the last luggage cart on check in, a staff member asked to take us to our rooms so they could take it right after for another family that had a baby and a lot more stuff than we had. They worked hard to help everyone as much as possible. I really appreciate all their hard work.

My daughter started to feel unwell during our trip; I requested an extra blanket and was told it isn’t possible since they are at capacity with not blankets to spare. Running a business, I find this nearly impossible to believe, so can only assume a lack of an above and beyond service mentality, which is disappointing in a hotel that bills itself so highly.
Also, when there is a line of people waiting at the desk, it is good customer service for the person sitting on the side to jump in to help. If that person has other pressing duties, then I suggest she should have a different work space out of sight.

Very comfortable, no regrets. The only improvement would be housekeeping. Sheets were not changed, I accidentally spilled my drink and saw the same sheets used the following day. The bathroom mirror was not cleaned nor the bathroom counter top. Other than that, very nice hotel.

Opting for a King Balcony Room with a river view, I was pleased to discover that it lived up to expectations. Unlike many instances where promised scenic views disappoint, this room boasted a well-appointed layout complemented by elegant shower tile work and a tastefully retro aesthetic. The harmonious blend of beige, light blue, and wood accents provided an inviting sanctuary for guests of all tastes.

The hotel impresses with its array of amenities both within and surrounding the property, including some innovative features. The third floor's inviting communal space encourages relaxation and socialization, while the well-equipped gym caters to fitness enthusiasts with an assortment of equipment. However, the exclusion of Peloton membership access for the bike rental service was a minor disappointment, easily remedied by a nominal fee. Adjacent to the gym, the balcony bar adds a unique dimension to the hotel's nightlife offerings.

Initially lauded for its touchless water bottle refill stations on each floor, the hotel's attention to hygiene faltered upon closer inspection. The unsanitary condition of the drip pans and the impracticality of refilling bottles without touching the spout detracted from an otherwise commendable feature.

Regrettably, a notable flaw within the room tarnished the overall experience. Despite the importance of charging devices, encountered issues with lighting and malfunctioning power outlets marred the initial impression. The inconvenience of

The location is walking distance for the Alamo, historic churches, and river walk. This is a brand new hotel and would highly recommend it.

The property was very well kept and you're in the heart of San Antonio on the riverwalk. The food and cocktails at the restaurant are very good, and the views from the upper floor rooms are great. Staff was also very friendly from the front desk to housekeeping. Thanks for a great stay! hopefully there's rooms available when we plan to come back.

The staff is courteous but this is over shadowed by the lack of process and professionalism in various areas including pre planning for large groups at check in, efficiency in valet and lack of staff in general. Leadership seems to struggle, as staff pick up where they leave off. Restaurant was amazing. Best part of stay! Rooms were adequate considering cost of stay. I would not choose to stay here again, however I will definitely visit the restaurant.

Loved everything about this hotel!!!

One of the best Riverwalk hotel experiences I've had in awhile- quiet, across from various theater venues, has access to Riverwalk, within walking distance of good restaurants, very helpful staff, easy valet parking, clean and comfortable room, roomy shower. highly recommend.

Convenience of a restaurant and bar in the hotel. It was very clean and the shower was great! Ours also nice to be right on the river walk

Excellent. Will stay again when I’m in San Antonio.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Bathroom has great water pressure although I am not a fan of the sink being outside. Location was very convenient. Everything is either walking distance or a short ride. Although the hotel wasn’t able to accommodate connecting rooms due to a glitch in the Expedia reservation system- somehow it wouldn’t allow me to choose 2 different types of rooms at the time of booking (such as 1 handicap accessible and the other regular)-the Front desk was very accommodating and arranged for us to be on the same floor, one door apart, after I explained what happened. I truly appreciated that gesture. We enjoyed the food and the service at Domingo’s restaurant and dined there more than once during our stay. I am happy to stay at this hotel again and will recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in San Antonio.

I was disappointed. The room was cold and not very comfortable. My dress fell down next to the closet area and came back up full of dust. The bed was great but with cold floors and dust, it was not what I expected.

The location was perfect with the stairs to the riverwalk right outside the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Overall a pleasant stay. The staff were all friendly and personable. One elevator was out of service for the majority of our stay, so the wait times were pretty annoying during peak morning times, so I resorted to walking up and down 8 flights of stairs a few times. Also, it would have been nice to have a working ice maker on our floor. I had to go up 5 floors to find one that works. Besides these minor issues, the room was in excellent condition and the property has a modern, upscale finish.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Opted out of daily housekeeping, however was able to refresh coffee, get towels, etc easily

The reviews made it seem like this is a 4 star hotel. This is just a run of the mill hotel like a Hilton garden inn. When we pull up to the 3 car valet, we get out to two homeless men fighting in the street 10 feet away. There is no parking at the hotel. You have to drive a couple blocks to search for parking unless you pay the $55/day valet. Very small lobby, only 3 elevators and only 2 were working. You also shared the elevators with the wait staff and employees moving trash down the floors. Room was moderate. However, we had no hot water and the shower would not drain. So you stand in a pool of dirty cold water if you wanted to shower. I would have rather stayed at the Omni or even the Hotel Contessa that are nicer.

No coffee, only espresso, horrible.
The faucet of the bathroom sink was placed so close to sink counter to cause water EVERYWHERE!!!!!

The hotel staff was very nice and approachable. Great location, close to the Riverwalk.

Everything was perfect except the door handle in the room fell off and hit my son's foot.

The property is on the riverwalk and very close to many attractions. The Aztec theater is across the street. There is a restaurant and bar/lounge on site overlooking the riverwalk.

* waste basket not emptied in bathroom, full to top
* kleenex empty and not replaced
* water around sink and small and long hair on sink counter and in sink, sink was not wiped up
* bedsheets were not changed. We requested them to be changed today last evening and were told they would be changed. False promises are no good!

will definitely stay here again

Excellent service. Clean rooms. The valet team were amazing. It’s was cold and rainy and the three young guys working Christmas Day were prompt and had great attitudes. This place is perfectly located and has two well known delicious restaurants
