Nice stay in Dublin. Walking distance to the main points in Irish capitol

No hotel parking and on street parking only allowed for 3 hours at a time.

The hotel is well located and modern. The room was lacking anywhere to set toiletries including in the bathroom. There are no tables or free surfaces for storing items. The room temperature was not very adjustable. All the bedding is feather (I’m allergic). The breakfast is by menu which is fine but the vegan options were lacking and extremely small compared with the meat choices. The hotel should consider a buffet as it is more convenient in the morning.

It was a weekend away, the hotel was clean and friendly. Hotel staff couldn’t do enough. Breakfast delicious
Would definitely recommend. You are a little way out of town but easy enough to get a taxi or public transport or 20 min walk in to the centre. Definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Rooms a little on the small side. Great food & location.

We were really looking forward to our stay at this hotel in Dublin. The checkin was easy and smooth and we were please with our room, all be it a little on the compact side. Sadly that’s as good as it got. The following morning I had to shower with only cold/luke warm at best water as no matter what I tried I couldn’t get the shower water to run warm, never mind hot. We reported this to reception and they said they would get maintenance to sort it. So imagine my frustration when I showered this morning to find the water was even colder than yesterday! Now I know it’s not the worst thing to experience but a hot shower should be a given in any hotel. To make matters worse, when I mentioned this to reception on checkout they literally couldn’t give a monkeys. Their attitude stunk and has left a very bitter taste on what should have been a lovely trip for my birthday. They made me feel like I was an inconvenience for staying at the hotel, a paying customer! I’m not one to complain easily and I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I felt compelled on this occasion. It’s a shame as the hotel itself was ideal for our trip but the cold shower and complete lack of concern from the staff has meant I will avoid staying here ever again. If you’re looking for that famous friendly and caring Irish welcome then I’d avoid this hotel at all costs!

I stayed here for close to two weeks and enjoyed my stay. The staff are great and the rooms are clean, although some of them may have some wall scuffing, etc. there was good eco friendly measures in place. I wish there had been even a small mini fridge, and the walls were VERY thin so you could hear the people in the next room clearly, as well as people out in the hall. Probably not the best location if you’re a very light sleeper. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Property exceeded my expectations. Was very clean, staff were friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were delicious and loved the quirky decor in the lobby area. Room clean and bed comfy. Very quiet despite being on a main road. Would definitely return.

maybe a discount for resident to use the restaurant would have helped?

Nice rooms, good facilities and very clean, although a little small, staff very helpful and accommodating. Food was good, although bar seemed to shut early and getting service for the bar late evening was hard work!

Lovely hotel in a great location. The restaurant was great too - nice and chill. The chicken and chorizo linguini is really tasty, the perfect amount of spice.
David in reception has been a great help - he is very welcoming and very accommodating. I would certainly stay again and would recommend also. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely hotel and in a great location! It was right around the corner from a bus stop, which made sightseeing easy. The restaurant is also delicious- we ate there one night for dinner and it was very tasty! The service is wonderful as well.

For the price it’s worth the money. Located next to a main bus route into Dublin (15 minute bus). This one’s a dead cert for a traveller wanting competitive price and reasonable quality. The two downsides to the room were storage space was limited and we had no window. But if you just wanted somewhere to crash and reasonable quality furnishings in all areas of the hotel this one’s a good bet.

Really nice place. Modern, good value, clean. All you need. It’s a 15 min walk to the main attractions, but for the price, it’s great.

Sadly disappointed.
Sink had large crack, security door broken for ground floor rooms, mattress springs made bed uncomfortable, surrounding area isn’t great. Breakfast was good and the blackout blinds worked well. Shower was also good.

Property was lovely. Bedroom and bathroom were both very clean and even though I was on the first floor, I could not hear any noise going on outside my room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
