Everything was great, except that we never got any kind of housekeeping because we only stayed three nights. We should’ve been told that at check-in. To only have two towels for three nights didn’t work for us.

We loved our stay at Staycity Aparthotels (Tivoli) and would definitely return. The location is fabulous.. you're close enough to everything to walk but far enough away to not hear anything at night. The area felt safe and had conveniences on its doorstep too. Rooms were spacious, clean and offered loads of mod-cons. A well equipped kitchen with dishwasher meant we could easily keeps cost down by eating some meals in. We had two rooms, one was seamless whilst the other had issues with air-con and the TV not working.. when maintenance couldn't fix the issues, we were compensated with a bottle of bubbly. You can't open the windows so the room did get stuffy without air-con but they tried their best with a full hotel. Customer service was great and reception very kindly decorated the room with banners, balloons and treats for our friend who turned 30 during our stay. Would 100% recommend staying with this friendly bunch.

Ok stay, good location. We are family of 4, the teenagers have a sofabed, the sealed comforter smells bad and have a tellow stain, receptionist gVe us new and clean comforter.

The whole experience was amazing the beds were so comfy i slept so good no complaints and i loved how they provide a nice kitchen and other things with it great experience and definitely will be coming back again soon.

We love these hotel/apts. So clean very safe staff is always perfect. The little bar in the bittim is so reasonably priced, clean rooms l, hot water and great all you can eat breakfast for a fee. Its a full 12 out if 10. Definitely stay here!!

The Room and overall condition of the place is really good and clean. The room was big enough for us, 3 adults. They had a place where you can cook, a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, pretty much everything you need to make a meal. Will come back here again.

Very nice and spacious room/apartment with a nice kitchenette and a Nespresso. We had some interesting interactions with some of the clientele coming in and out of there… Also, for parking, it is about a 5-min walk to a gated parkade that seems safe-ish for 15£/24h, otherwise it’s free street parking between 19:00 and 7:00, and it is very limited.

Second time here for a Vicar Street concert. Reasonable price and everything you'd expect. Nice walk to Temple bar and river etc. Recommended.

The room was clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly and the lobby was conveniently stocked of beverages, snacks etc. the area is quiet but easily walkable to downtown eateries, shops, sights etc. parking was close by and easy to get to with help of staff directions. Would recommend and stay again.

Good solid hotel in a great location in Dublin. Staff are lovely and very helpful.
Room is very well equipped, bathroom isn't the biggest and wet shaving was a pain but other than that, really excellent and would definitely consider again

The property was in an area where you could easily access Dublin by walking. The lobby area was nice and vibrant.
However, I had to move rooms 3 times. The first room I had flooded. The second room I had smelled like mold. The staff was kind and did their best to address the issues in the room. There tended to be a lot of noise at night in the hallways.

First things first: The staff is friendly!
The check in (and check out) process was quick which was great, because we wanted to explore the city since we were only there for one day. The room was ready before check in time. Sofa bed was not made up. Not sure if it's normal for guests to do it by themselves, normally it's already done. But it was no big issue. The sheets were in the room so we did it by ourselves. The room was equipped properly. Iron, iron board and blow dryer in the room. It was super clean and spacious enough for a short stay for 3 persons. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was within walking distance from the center. Felt safe coming back to the hotel late at night.

Great hotel, excellent location. All amenities of a serviced apartment at a great price which is rare for Dublin where hotels have become notoriously expensive recently!

The front desk staff were excellent and very knowledgeable we enjoyed talking with them. We had a twin "cozy" it was small and not much storage space but we left early each morning and came back late afternoons so not really an issue for space.
