It’s in good shape for a rental! We are so appreciative of the effort that went into it. It was all decorated for Christmas and our host was very responsive when we needed to communicate with them. The game room was the perfect addition for traveling with kiddos. Thanks for a great stay!

I was disappointed with the floors. They were dirty and tore up. The manager said they were going to be putting new floors in. (2 weeks later) I clean houses for a living and you are paying way to much for the job that they are not doing. My biggest complaint is that I booked through VRBO but somehow it was through Evolve. I am going to look to book somewhere else. Too many fees. I think I paid VRBO 500 and the same to Evolve. With all that we did have a great time at the house. Great views and not far from town.

We had an adult/ spouse/children family get-together and this location was perfect! Lots of seating, comfortable beds, beautiful decor and very spacious !! Had some cleanliness issues but still had no issues! There were a few things damaged but the property manager was already aware I highly recommend for family events !!

We had a blast. It was a beautiful house and view. The kids loved the game room. Plus a short drive to get everywhere. They sit out some bathrooms for the bathtubs and it was amazing to sit back and relax with a glass on wine with a view outside.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was incredibly clean and everything looked just as wonderful as they do in the pictures. Plenty of space for 3 families, which included 4 kiddos aged 3-5 and 3 babies! Our view from the balcony was beautiful and we even got nightly viewings of a mama bear and her cubs. Our littles enjoyed playing the games in the basement and we had access to a pool just minutes away—swimming with a view! Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. Highly recommend!

Love love loved this place. Can’t wait to come again! The views are breathtaking the hot tub was great and the space was amazing for our group and dinner at the table was beautiful. I can’t wait to come here again.

Beautiful home! It was perfect for our families. We watched the bears each night from the deck! Eric, the host, was always very prompt with replies and very nice. If we had one criticism, it would be the space between the large island in the kitchen and the main counter-pretty tight. Definitely not a deal breaker. Wonderful family vacation!

This house was exactly what we was looking for. It had a beautiful view from inside the home and outside. We had plenty of things to do without leaving! The kids loved the game room and bunk beds. We enjoyed the fireplace for a small date night when the kids went to set. 100% plan on booking it again.

The home is BEAUTIFUL as pictured but even nicer with the holiday decor. The view was probably the best in the neighborhood, absolutely stunning! There were a few concerns that were not address during our stay but it did not ruin the overall experience despite, not being offering any adjustments to the cost. The fireplace was out of gas, the cleaning crew was not efficient so additional cleaning of the refrigerator, cabinets doors took some time to get settled and throwing out left over grocery from the previous guests left us with only 2 garbage bags, and the blinds were missing from one of the hugh bedroom sliding door/window which made it uncomfortable for guests. The owner was responsive to messages and apologetic but was unable to have the issues addressed in the short time we were there (3 nights). I would definitely recommend this home for a family with children and teens. They didn't want to leave to go snow tubing because of how much fun they were having in the massive game room! We can't wait to return!🤗

A very nice cabin with expansive views looking to the north. Everything was nice, new and fresh. Bedrooms were great. The bunk beds and game room was a hit for the 6 grandsons. We stayed two nights and used it for a jump off point for the University of Tennessee game (we won!) and hiking in the Smokies (we saw a bear and her two cubs!). Parking is tight, but that's a minor consideration.

An absolute delight!!!!

This house is the perfect place to share with family and friends!!! Brand new house that goes above and beyond our expectations. Staring with the great taste on the house decor to the spacious rooms that accommodate four families a total of thirteen people! The kitchen and living had enough room to cook and entertain our crowd! Love the long kitchen counter!! The four masters bedrooms were perfect for each of the couples who had plenty of privacy as every single room has its own master bathroom! On the bottom floor the game room and the kids bunk beds are in the same area which it was a great idea to keep the kids entertained at all times , the bunk beds were super comfortable to the point that my little one still missed his bed!!! And the jukebox was big hit it sounds amazing!!!! After a day full of activities coming back to relax in the super nice hot tub while enjoying the beautiful view of the smokies was a treat for all of us! For my husband and I our favorite part of this house was the balconies and the wonderful views that it has to offer, where we can view miles and miles of valleys and mountains , we enjoyed the beautiful scene of the sunsets and later on at night the great display of fireworks coming from Dollywood. We definitely had the best time ever in this beautiful house where we shared with family and friends! Can’t wait to come back next year!!! Absolutely recommend it, is a dream come true!!!! PS forgot to mention the bears!! We saw a mama bear and her three cubs it was awesome to see them so close by passing right in front of the house down the street till disappears in the woods!

A delightful place to stay with friends and family!!

This cabin was an absolute heaven!!! Starting with the great taste of the cabin decors! We got plenty of space for cooking and entertain 13 people at the same time!! Plenty of space for everyone to have their own privacy too. The kids loved the bunk beds and how much space they have in between, the jukebox was a hit for all of them!! Lots of fun with the pool table, the arcade machine and the basketball arcade. The hot tub was another hit specially after coming back from the activities of the day, everyone was ready to jump in and relax! For my husband and I the best part of this beautiful cabin was the breathtaking views from all of the balconies, you can’t really decide which side has the best view! Specially when you can see miles and miles of mountains view. In the mornings you can view the sunrise(amazing) and at nights you can watch the Dollywood’s fireworks in full display!!! We also saw a mama bear and her four cubs walking around in the morning. That itself was a plus!!! Very very please with this gorgeous place, it has all you can ask for and more!! We definitely will come back to Close enough to perfect!!!
