We have a huge parking area so you have room for your boat and trailer with plenty of room to turn around.

This was a great unit—the bedrooms were spacious, as was the living area, and the kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked with everything you’d need to enjoy your stay. We would definitely stay here again!

This space is just as advertised- roomy, clean, and comfy. The two bedrooms are spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Even though this unit is not on the coast line it’s in a very convenient location and we did get great sunsets out the big windows. The host, Sharon, was responsive and I would definitely stay there again.

This is a nice, basic place to stay. Very clean with all the things you might need. The host was amazing and fast to respond. The location is great as it’s close to the Spit and not far from the downtown area. However you can hear road noise and floatplanes taking off, so bring earplugs.

We really enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the little extras like bottled water and some snacks. We also liked how well stocked the kitchen was for cooking our meals. The only thing we could think about to improve on would be adding a taller toilet as that seemed to be the only thing not newly replaced. I would highly recommend staying here.

The unit was spacious and clean. This was not our first choice as our prior rental was cancelled on us. We were able to get into this one and were relieved when we did. The unit is over the top of a business but over the weekend no one was there. It is well stocked and the water/gift basket was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable and the shower hot. We used the washer and dryer and it performed as expected. Homer is pretty small so things were close by. The unit has everything needed for easy stay in Homer.

This was one of the best VRBO rentals I've had the pleasure of staying at. From the booking to the exit it couldn't have been a smoother transaction. Very spacious and very CLEAN. Sharon had water and snacks waiting for us. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths, soap and dryer sheets for laundry, paper towels and toilet paper were provided. We really didn't want for anything. One night we were visited by two Moose snacking in the parking lot and there were a few Sandhill Cranes putting on a show. The Farmers Market is directly across the street, which would be perfect during the summer. We definitely joyed our stay and will stay here again on our next trip.

We were very impressed with how spacious the place is. The living room, kitchen, dining room area is massive. Beds a such nice. We loved the location being between the Spit and Downtown. Owner is wonderful to work with too. Planning to stay there every time we are in Homer. Was perfect for our family of 4 with all the room!

My family and I were very pleased with the place; surprised by snacks, water, tea, coffee, candy and fully loaded kitchen pots, pans dishes etc. The washer & dryer were a plus too. Very nice!

This apartment was nicely located and having the Axe Throwing business share the parking lot was a fun perk. The owner was very prompt to reply to questions. The kitchen was really well stocked (with snacks too!!) and the beds were very comfortable.
