This was actually a really nice stay! The pictures and reviews were just what they displayed and accurate. There was really nothing to complain about. The breakfast buffet was good the grill and bar were also awesome! All in all a great stay!

This was our first stay at this Hyatt and definitely won’t be the last. This is a relatively new hotel and I hope it doesn’t lose the excellent vibe over time that so many hotels do. Every single employee we encountered during our stay was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Cleanliness beyond what I was expecting- from catching a staff member vigorously cleaning the ice machines to the employee cleaning the elevator. The grounds and pool area immaculate. Our room was very roomy and so comfortable and even the balcony furniture was comfortable. The large pool has a heated lazy river, jacuzzi, and shallow area to walk in (great for small children). There’s a pool bar (pricey!) and music playing most of the time. I do wish there wasn’t a “resort fee” (I really hate that this is the norm now) but that does give you parking, an excellent breakfast bar with a wide variety of hot & cold and healthy options, and the use of 2 beach chairs and an umbrella (best perk ever!) Hotel is very close to great shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here any time we head to PC!

Highly recommend this place it’s very clean, comfy beds staff very nice and friendly. The check in was fast. The beach view was perfect and I loved the pool. I will most definitely book this place again.

Beautiful hotel - a little disappointed in the “pet area” which was just a little bit of sand between hotels. Overall, lovely stay.

The Hyatt Place was very clean, comfortable & inviting!! The views were to die for and the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've experienced! I would definitely stay here again!!

Hotel added a ~$60 resort fee, which is annoying but pretty standard now. But then they ran out of towels by the pool and said they weren’t going to restock them, the pool bar was closed, ice machines were all turned off, etc. Not major issues, but pretty annoying when you’ve prepaid the hotel and are charged an incremental fee for amenities at check in, to have those amenities end up not being available.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were nice and friendly. The only issue I had was with the breakfast. On a scale of 1-10 I’d rate the breakfast a 5.

the hotel is just 2 years old with a very nice pool area. New is always nice. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Mo in particular did a great job of making us feel welcome and informed. Complimentary breakfast was very well done every morning. We had a premium room with ocean view so no complaints there. Great water pressure for the shower.

Wonderful stay. Accommodating staff and best Starbucks coffee ever (brown sugar shaken espresso) nice and clean facilities, pool is secluded with easy beach access.

This property is relatively new. Customer service was awesome and the included breakfast was a great bonus that has a selection to ensure everyone can find something they like as long as the do not have a restrictive diet. The beach view and access is like that of a resort without the exaggerated resort and cleaning fees. I usually stay away from regular hotels/motels because of the cleanliness, price, and space for the price. The only issue I had was our sink had a wad of hair in it that caused the water to run slowly. We did not report it because i figured it out when it was almost time to go. There was a few crumbs in the chair but the chair was overall clean. This could have flew from another part of the chair during cleaning. I would definitely return.

Only “con” if you can call it that is that the pool isn’t too big for the size of the hotel.

Very nice rooms. Comfortable beds & great view of the gulf. There is a star bucks and a restaurant in the building so no need to go anywhere, except to shop, which is right across the street. We didn't utilize the swimming areas because it was cold and windy. The parking garage is across the street, so a bit of a walk. Professional front desk worker and very informative. Overall - a great hotel.

Completely self service arrival with no one to help. Building is only two years old yet artwork was falling off wall in bathroom and toilet didn’t work overnight after arrival. No maintenance on site till next day. Actually a beautiful building and magnificent view/location but doesn’t seem to be managed well

Hotel was beautiful and clean. Room cleaning was delayed. Breakfast and staff were great! Disappointing with all the extra taxes and fees added. Resort tax should be 1 time not per night. And shouldn’t have to pay extra taxes for resort fee. Hotels.com should include or give estimate on total charge with fees so I can compare to other hotel rates when booking.
