The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum(including children and infant of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632.  Having more guests than the maximum of 4  allow by law could result in fine starting at $500 and ejection- NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. ALL GUESTS will have to register at the HOA office upon arrival to receive your parking pass and wristbands.
