Located in Folly Beach, this charming house for $1,136 per night is a great choice for your next trip. The memories of your perfect Folly Beach vacation at “Coastal Blue” will last a lifetime. This five bedroom, three and a half bath, newly custom built home will make you wish you lived here year-round! Coastal Blue boasts all the comforts and amenities desired for a perfect family beach vacation. With porches galore, two living areas, ocean views and an easy walk to Center Street, you will want to return year after year. The home utilizes a reverse floor plan with the main living, dining and kitchen up top and the majority of the bedrooms on the first floor and features beautiful hardwood floors throughout with top of the line furnishings and finishes. Upstairs you will find a tastefully decorated, spacious, airy & bright open floor plan featuring a living area with Roku/Sling TV, floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors that open onto an open area porch. A dining room with seating for up to 10 family members and a gourmet kitchen, with a gas stove, large island and plenty of prep space, is perfect for the chefs in the family. On the opposite side of the kitchen you’ll find a gas grill on it’s own deck to make grilling dinner easy and convenient! The main master bedroom with a king bed is also located upstairs. This bathroom features a large, walk-in steam shower perfect for after beach refreshment. The top level also has a half bath. Did we mention the ocean views?! You can see the Folly Beach fishing pier from the house. The beach is just a stone’s throw away! Downstairs, check out the ocean views from the spacious screened porch, or relax in the living area complete with a queen sleeper sofa. The first level of the home also features 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a master with a queen bed and a private bath. The second and third bedrooms also have queen beds. The fourth bedroom has a full bed and 2 twin beds (bunk style). There is a full bathroom for the guest rooms to share. The well manicured yard provides an extra feeling of resort living! Dine under the grand oak trees in the back yard or just relax in the shade after a day at the beach. The home is equipped with an elevator for those who need it. House is well laid out with plenty of space for everyone without being on top of each other. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there - would definitely go back. Short walk to the beach- very quiet and peaceful.

Went to SC for a girls trip and absolutely loved this house!! Location was perfect, house was beautiful, and had a great view. Driving into Charleston was was a breeze and very manageable. Folly Beach had a lot to offer as well. Would definitely book this house again!

My husband and I took three of our adult kids and their spouses to Charleston on vacation. The 8 of us loved the house. It’s a VERY short walk to the beach, and the beach in this residential area is pristine but not at all crowded. Great location for Charleston tours too. The house is gorgeous and seems new. Master bedroom, plus 1.5 bats, kitchen, living room, dining room and outdoor balcony on top floor. Three bedrooms, a living room, a screened in porch and two baths on main floor.
It was absolutely perfect. Quiet at night and great linens too. Not a huge thick comforter which would have been so hot.
Loved it and will be back!!

We loved our stay at this property. We had eight adults, and we had plenty of room. We liked how there were multiple places to gather, both inside and out on the porches. You can see the ocean from the kitchen and the upper porch! When you are facing the house, the lot to the right does not have a house on it, so this added some privacy. There is ample parking underneath the house. We enjoyed the bikes we rented with our rental credit. We often rode them to the main street for dinner. The house is a perfect distance away from all the action - maybe about 3/4 mile or so. And of course the beach was lovely! The public access is just a couple of houses down. The only thing we wished we had was a rug underneath the kitchen table to keep the chairs from dragging on the floor.

Coastal Blue is a lovely home with a great view of the ocean across the street. Kitchen is top notch. Home comfortably handled our kids and the grandparents. We intend to stay again.

There was an issue with door code, but was worked out with secondary code. Pictures showed a fridge with ice/water so we assumed there would be a way to make ice. However, tge fridge had been replaced. There was a counter ice machine but it was moldy & there was no instructions on how to use. Would suggest ice trays for clients to make ice.

There's a lot positive to say about this property, and unfortunately, one big negative.
First of all, the layout of the home and the features/ design of the home are quite nice.
We were also thankful for the elevator for luggage, groceries and elderly parents.
Even though you're on the second row, there is a perfect ocean view and a wonderful deck to view it from. The beach access is super convenient! We rented bikes with the credit and enjoyed using them.
Sadly we had a big issue with the quality of the beds / mattresses which affected our sleep and ability to enjoy the vacation in general. Between "doughy" mattresses, scratchy sheets that didn't fit properly and constantly came off at the corners, and flat pillows, my husband woke up with more pain as each day went on. Even one of our kids was mentioning back pain after a few days sleeping in the bunk room. I think if you're going to have a luxury beach rental, you should invest in quality beds / mattresses so at least your guests can sleep well. My husband also noticed that under our King bed, all the supports for the bed were twisted and not supporting the bed by touching the floor. The bed situation was bad enough that we actually stayed at a nice hotel in downtown Charleston for our last night just so we could have a good night's sleep.
Also I thought the kitchen was about a 6/10 in terms of being well stocked compared to most we've experienced at this price point.
However, it was a lovely home and had many things we appreciated.

Beautiful home with beach access across the street. Large screened in front deck and open air porch/deck with view of the ocean! Large family table and bar seating for all guests to eat together. Only downfall is only one full bathroom for three bedrooms to share. Two in-suite bathrooms. Shaded backyard with table (which we didn’t find til our last day)! Home had all needed kitchen amenities and starter kit for things like soap, laundry detergent, trash bags and toilet paper. Linens and towels provided. About 3/4 mile walk to downtown Center St. Highly recommend renting a golf cart for the week!

The property is in a fantastic location to easily access the beach and downtown Folly. The elevator was wonderful for our older family members. We loved that the outdoor shower had both hot and cold running water. Access to the gas grill allowed us to grill several of our meals without concern of running out of propane. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. It was unfortunate that a couple of the guest beds downstairs were uncomfortably firm. A couple of bed toppers could easily fix that issue. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay and we enjoyed our trip.

We absolutely loved the house! It was perfect for 12 girls/ladies to celebrate our 88 year old mother. It is beautifully decorated and the elevator was a must! Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Absolutely beautiful home located just a short walk to the beach. Tons of space for a few small families to hang out and relax. If you plan on cooking bring everything you need as their supplies are very limited (no salt or other spices, or basic cooking essentials). Also bring your own beach towels, hair-dryer, trash bags liners, and soap and shampoo as none of those are provided either.
Overall wonderful stay with great views and very convenient location to walk to downtown Folly for dinner/drinks. Highly recommend! Would stay again

We had two families and my mom stay over the weekend and we had such a nice time. The house has the best location- walking distance to town, directly across the street from the beach. All the rooms are spacious and we had plenty of room to gather in the main living area! House was clean; kitchen was sufficiently stocked.

My friends and I lived at this house for a month. It was truly an amazing time that we won’t soon forget. The house is very clean and well kept with everything you would need and more. The location is right on the beach and the top patio has a gorgeous view of the area. Would absolutely recommend to anyone

Awesome view of the ocean with an occasional dolphin in the background. Great open space to gather around inside the house. Top deck was pretty cool at night. Overall, the house was pretty welcoming and would recommend.
