Located in Folly Beach, this charming house for $1,155 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Stay @ Saylors' Malibu. The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing. We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average. Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you. In the small chance the project directly affects your beachfront vacation, we will work closely with you to discuss options. We lovers our stay, the view out the windows was spectacular and having a bath room for each bed room was really nice. I would rent this place again, in fact I checked with the company to see if they would sell it. .

What comfortable beds! We're concerned that the house won't be here much longer, though, as high tide literally washes around the car port. Our only real regret is that we only stayed six nights!

We had a wonderful time in Folly Beach and the house was responsible for most of it. It is literally the beach version of ski in, ski out. We woke up and either enjoyed the sunrise and beach from the master bedroom with views of the beach on 3 sides, or one of two decks, or we walked 5 feet to the beach. We ventured a number of times to Charleston for dinner but outside of that, the house had everything we needed. And, Bert’s Market is amazing (I’m craving one of their cheeseburgers right now).

Perfect location. Other than that, the house was a disappointment. Was not cleaned very well when we arrived. House is in desperate need of upgrades, seems as if owner just stopped caring. Couch was filthy and that was about the only comfortable seating in common area. Just not worth the price you pay. Many other rentals to choose from that are more well maintained at a better price. Could be spectacular if some effort was put into the interior. Would not stay here again unless the house has been given some serious TLC.

The house was amazing and the views from nearly every room of the house could not be beat! Beach access was incredibly convenient and the beach directly in front of the house never got crowded and felt very private. The house if far from pretty much everything, so I would definitely recommend either having a car (if you need to get far distances) or renting a golf cart to make your way around the Folly area.

The property is located in a perfect spot for a 6 day stay. At the end of the street, in a cul-de-saq. Close enough to the town center, fantastic view of the ocean and surfers all day. Plenty of on-premise parking. When we arrived, the house was not cleaned from the previous guests, they definitely had a birthday party and were not thoughtful in their departure. The 2 property managers from Dune Properties were quick to get us into another rental location till the property was cleaned. We were not able to officially check in till 8:00pm that evening. Dunes was great about compensating us for the inconvenience. The house was spacious with amazing views from 3 of the 5 rooms. Beds and lines nwere comfortable and bathrooms were updated and clean. The kitchen has a beautiful view, we stayed in that area the majority of the mornings and afternoons. The kitchen has a good supply of cups and dishware. However, there was not a lot of actual usable kitchen equipment. I think there was only one badly worn frying pan and no reasonable sized sauce pot, only stock pots. We ended up buying another frying pan, sauce pan, cutting boards, and a broom. Not an issue for those not cooking, but our group planned on staying in for most meals due to covid. (For the price we were charged, we expected something better than a college-like set up of random rusted kitchen utensils and a plastic burned cutting board. The first knife we used, immediately broke in half cutting lettuce.) The house needed some loving... a quick touch up of paint would go a long way. Whoever took the photos of this property did an amazing job, much better in the pictures.

The views at this property were amazing! However, the inside left some to be desired. The house wasn't clean when we arrived (dirty panties in downstairs master) or kept up well (bathrooms with lose fixtures, toilets with lose handles, refrigerator with missing shelves, dirty kitchen cabinets etc). Also there is no hose or spigot to wash your feet when you come off the beach! Major oversight. We wanted to love this house but for the money it just wasn't the standard we expected. The realty company was fantastic about response to our issues and we would definitely use them again for a different rental!

The house is the closest to the ocean as possible with wonderful views from both porches. Beautiful ocean views from kitchen and dinning room. East access to the beach right off your deck. Great location for surfing or riding waves. The property management team was just great. If we forgot something or was missing something like a mattress cover they would have it sent over ASAP. Would rent from crystal coast/Dunes property again. The oven does cook a little slow but other than that it was a great place.

Great location. Excellent beach house to accommodate our whole family. Beautiful sunrises, lots of dolphins cruising by, pelican shows, turtle watch, and a double rainbow. We can’t wait to come back next year. Management was very receptive when we reached out to ask for a few things. You won’t be sorry if you are lucky enough to stay at Saylors Malibu❤️

We loved our stay here once again! It was our second year at Saylor’s Malibu and we always have a great time!! Love the decor, the location, and the incredible view!! A few places need a bit of TLC— the deck could use some paint, and some other areas could use paint/repair, but none of these should deter anyone from renting this awesome property!!!
