Can’t say enough great things about the location of this house, especially with the 3 balconies that have ocean front views. Having said that, there some minor maintenance issues. Also expect to have to get basic necessities like extra tp, paper towels, trash bag, salt, coffee filters etc as the property only has very basic paper products and nothing kitchen wise, like coffee filters. Other than that the house is amazing!!

We enjoyed our 3 generation family time at this property. The beach views are lovely and the house(s) are comfortable. There is a lot of construction along the street making it difficult to maneuver at times. There were a few issues that need to be addressed: - lower window on 2nd fl was left open and was not close-able- repair was made after this was reported - 2 Shower Heads in 4th fl Bath were not operational, only the Shower Wand worked - this item was not rectified - Outdoor grills were very dirty as was the outdoor counter on the Main House First FlOutdoors - Bedspread in the 2nd King Rm was full of pet hair - Garbage cans at the Main House were overflowing from the previous rental and we had to put them out to the street on Monday eve - these should have been cleared before we arrived - Upon using the dryer in The Main house several items came out with rust stains on them, we resorted to using only the W/D In The Guest House - Some of the blinds could not be easily raised/lowered and/or opened/closed - only 1 roll of TP per bathroom, 1 roll of Paper Towels per Kitchen, No Kleenex, Only 1 kitchen garbage bag per house, only 1 hot pad between 2 houses, and a few DW det pods . At the cost of this property an adequate supply of these items should be provided - Beach chairs are provided but only 6 For up to the 22 guests the property can accommodate - No Beach Towels are provided - At the price point for this house there should be a set

Check-in was seamless. The views from every room on the back of the main house are breathtaking. Want to take a walk on the white sand beach for miles in each direction? Just walk out the back door. The property was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to prep and serve 3 meals a day for our medium sized group. The beds were comfortable and temperature control worked wonderfully - both on the cool and the warmer days. The location of the property was very convenient for eating out, running to the store for groceries, or hitting the local shops. Three flights of stairs with luggage? Not a problem - there is an elevator. Anytime we had questions the manager responded quickly and took care of us.

Great view of water and beach. Clean neat and orderly. Plenty of space for the 18 of us from 75 to 10 years old. Eight grand children. We hit a cold snap so pool never got warm. Unfortunately for my wife and I the elevator did not work the last 2.5 days. Great family Christmas vacation.

Our family has been on an annual trip each October for more than a decade. We have stayed in more than 20 VRBO properties while traveling during other times over the years. We tend to give a property owner the benefit of the doubt because we realize things happen. This is the FIRST time we have ever felt it necessary to leave a negative review about a property. We chose this property due to it's location, access to 2 pools, and it's ability to sleep everyone comfortably. The location was good. The property manager was fairly responsive and respectful. However, the advertisement was inaccurate and it was very obvious that the owner was only willing to do the minimum to get by. The swimming pools are of utmost importance to our family (and the kids) on these trips. Upon arrival, we noticed the pools were only splash pools ~6x14 or so. We were then told one of the pools was totally unusable due to a significant leak although it was never disclosed to us before booking. The other pool was so dirty we were unable to use it for the entire week. No credit was given for this by the owner. Many other sporadic inconveniences throughout - a few of which are listed below: -Multiple electrical outlets were inoperable in main locations. -No mattress pad on two beds. -Very dirty -Deadbolt on back door did not function. -Clogged sinks. -No boxes for use of TVs in multiple locations. -Very poorly stocked kitchen. -No access to use garage although it was advertised -Alarms had to be disarmed EACH time you used the back doors -$1100 cleaning fee + we were told we would be charged extra if we did not sweep all floors and wash all dishes. We respectfully reached out to the owners after our departure and gave them more than enough time to make the situation right only to receive no response whatsoever. Should a sincere effort be made to correct this situation, I will gladly respond to this review and update it. I would certainly find another property to book if possible. At a bare minimum, I would ask detailed questions before making payment.

Positives Extremely Beautiful view from all rooms. We Loved the location. 6 chairs and 3 umbrellas Plenty of room Negatives Master bath smelled horribly of mold and sewer. House was very dirty. Bought mops the 1st night. Owner did send housecleaning crew back but they used nasty towels to clean. Furniture disgusting. Had to buy quilts to cover. Dead in road flooded and we could not get out. Disappointed. Is an understatement.

This home is much smaller than the pictures make it seem, the price for this home is outrageous compared to the size. Master bathroom has a toilet that must not be sealed correctly so it smells of sewer, the other bathrooms were not cleaned very well. The times of trash pick up are labeled incorrectly on the information sheet on the fridge. The pool was shocked twice during our stay and the chlorine burned and bleached our children's suits. Each bathroom only has two towels for the week stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the ac worked great. Overall it was an ok stay but wouldn’t pay this much for this home again.

We had our family consisting of 14 members aged 8 to 66 and found the house to be comfortable, clean, bright and adaptable for our diverse needs. Everyone had enough space to catch moments of solitude and spend time together.

Our family of 12 had plenty of space to already out. The home was clean and nicely decorated. The owner Bob was wonderful to communicate and we did not have any issues while there. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone. Also it’s right on the ocean and it was not real crowded at the private beach.

Loved the location on Miramar Beach! Both houses were very clean and roomie! The Master Suite's view was beautiful!! We had a party of 14 and never felt on top of each other. Bob was very easy to work with. Looking forward to staying there again.

Beach houses were exactly as described and a perfect location. It was plenty of room for three families. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the beach and ocean from the balconies or walk on the beach from the private walkway. Close to many restaurants and shops.

What a beautiful home! We were so impressed from the ground floor up this property was a hit. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, the art work is restful and beautiful. Beds comfy, clean! The best thing. Though is the view! Amazing panoramic gulf view I. The master sweet. We wanted to stay forever. Thank you to Bob for your kindness!!!

I can’t say enough about how great this property is. My family and two others families spent spring break there and made such fabulous memories. The main house is right on the beach and the guest house only steps behind it. We were able to go in and out to/from the beach for bathroom breaks, to feed hungry kids, and just take a break from the sun without having to pack everyone up and go home. It’s close enough that we were able to watch the kids play on the beach from the deck. The beach was gorgeous and not as crowded as I expected it to be. The beach chairs and umbrellas offered were a really nice amenity. While the beach is the main draw, the house is also very central to more urban amenities. The outlet mall, coffee shops, grocery stores, and good restaurants are located just around the corner from the neighborhood. We rented bikes and were able to get where we needed to go within minutes. Both houses were really clean and the beds were really comfortable. The little kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. The master suite in the main house was spectacular and the views from every floor were amazing. Both kitchens were functional and had the essentials. The pools were not as large as the pictures suggest. That said, with a little heat they were more hot-tub like, and were enjoyed by the little ones on the colder days. The property owner was very responsive to our needs when we experienced any issues (all were really minor). Check-in/out were really easy too. All in all, a fabulous house. I would highly recommend it and hope that we can visit again!

Just a quick stay, but it was so much fun! The beach is so convenient and the home was incredible. Bob was amazing and was there to check us in as soon as we arrived. We had a big group and there was plenary of room to spread out and no feel like we were on top of each other. We’ve definitely been spoiled not only by the home and location, but by the property manager. We’ve always used vacasa in the past so having someone directly to call or text was a huge plus for us. Thanks for such a fantastic trip!

Home was great! Located close to everything and a private walkway down to your own private beach! You can easily walk to everything or take the golf cart. The kids absolutely loved the pools and we could easily watch them from the porches on the beach. The penthouse suite on the top floor is amazing! This was our first time in this home and it did not disappoint. Having the separate carriage house was a huge plus as well. Everyone had their own space while still being able to come together. Property manager was on point for everything we needed and even brought us a golf cart! We can't wait to stay here again! See you in September!
