The location of this property absolutely cannot be beaten. Direct beach access right next to the building and walkable to restaurants and the boardwalk. Overall the interior was nice. The kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of seating and the beds were comfortable. The beds are beautiful but have a wooden frame that makes getting in/out a bit difficult. Something to be aware of if you have mobility issues.
We weren't impressed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms, which had mold along the floor and water-stained glass. The ends of the ledge on the patio had rotting wood that had been covered with cardboard and duct tape.
We had a plumbing issue in the kitchen that caused dirty, smelly water to back up all over the kitchen floor and into the dishwasher. There was only a small mop and the white bath towels, so we had to use our own beach towels to clean up the mess. The sink was also clogged and unusable. The property manager sent someone out within a couple of hours and he fixed the leak under the sink, but he didn't fix the clog. We reached out again and he couldn't come back until the next day. We didn't want to be without a kitchen, so we chose to purchase Draino and fix the issue ourselves. We received no apology from the management company or offer to reimburse us for the time and money we spent to resolve a simple issue that should've been fixed on the first visit. Because of how this issue was handled, I likely wouldn't stay at the property again.

Very relaxing - went after Labor Day so the kids were back in school. The beach was quiet and great for walking. Restaurants are walkable.

My wife and I stayed here with our 3 kids ages 7 and under over the Labor Day weekend in Sep 2023.
We enjoyed our stay overall. The property is well laid out with great views of the ocean from inside the unit and the patio. The beds were super comfortable. The bathrooms had high quality showers and kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances. It's close to the boardwalk and you can see the fireworks in the boardwalk from the patio! The beds and pillows were the best I have slept on in any hotel or rental property! The storage shelf was stocked with toys and beach chairs.
We're not giving 5 stars because there were a few maintenance issues, like the sliding door to the patio not locking, the table in the patio rotting making it unsafe for kids, and lots of dust & lint on the master bedroom headboard. The maintenance staff came and provided workarounds (like a stick to block the patio door from opening at night and duck tape over rotten wood), but I expect owners to keep it well-maintained at all times to give 5 stars.

The condo is very clean and modern! The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on outside of my own. My sleep was great! They had everything thing I needed for my stay. Short walk to the beach and sa few blocks to the boardwalk. We will stay there again!

Adorable condo that is as nice as it appears in photos. Comfortably fit four adults and two children. Great location and patio with enough chairs to enjoy the ocean view. Since we flew into Wilmington it would have been nice to have beach towels included. My experience in other beach rentals have included beach towels.

We had a great time on our vacation at Serenity. Perfect location, easy beach access, everything we needed was stocked. Beds are SO comfy! Only complaint comes from my husband who was disappointed that there wasn’t a TV in the primary bedroom. We would definitely book again!

Serenity was an absolute amazing condo with a fantastic view of the beach!!!! It was in the perfect location. It was about a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk and sooo many restaurants to choose from. It was far enough away that you couldn’t hear any noise. Very peaceful. Enjoyed waking up and seeing the ocean view from the master suite!!!! We will for sure be coming back!!! Thank you for everything!

This condo was perfect for our family trip to Carolina Beach! We absolutely loved the beds and living room furniture. The showers had great water pressure from a rainfall shower head or handheld shower wand. The condo was equipped with the right about of products for our weekend. We were lacking 2 towels but we texted and more towels were brought immediately to us. Condo was very comfy and on the perfect floor to view the beautiful ocean.

We really enjoyed our stay at Serenity. Everything was really nice, ample dishes and cookware, some startup supplies and nice bathrooms. The view was amazing and the close proximity to the boardwalk and restaurants was a plus.

The perfect location for a low key getaway. I brought my school age children here to vacation before school starts. We love the proximity yo the beach, restaurants, activities, and treats. Perfect for families. We hope to return next summer and make it an annual spot for us.

I reserved this 2bdrm condo for my wife, dad, and his wife for us to attend a family reunion in Wilmington. Reservations for the entire family were made at a hotel in the middle of Wilmington to keep everyone together and close to the venue. My father being the patriarch at 83yrs old needed a grander accommodation from my standpoint, so I found this condo. Unfortunately, my father passed before the reunion and was not with us at checkin. It meant so much to me walk into a clean place with all new amenities and great architecture in the bedrooms. My father would have been so impressed and happy to stay there with the feeling of being so important to our family. We had a wonderful time at the reunion honoring my father and the icing on the cake was to go back to this condo and celebrate in his name with such comfort. Thank you.

Very good communication with owners.. few things that was a miss but not anything that would ruin the trip. If we stayed longer it would be more bothersome. 1. Seemed like the water at the kitchen sink did not get hot to wash dishes. Had a dishwasher but only had a few dishes to clean 2. Beds in rooms was comfortable however they was platform beds with a solid wooden border. Made hard to get out of....3. Disposing of garbage was an issue, cans was supposed to be under the canopy however they was not. Had to use a public can that if you had a large trash bag would have been an issue. 4. Lack of bowls in kitchen. Serving bowls and cereal bowls. If you like your cereal in the morning buy some

Beautifully decorated and updated, clean oceanfront condo with excellent ocean views from the balcony, living room, and primary bedroom. Our main motivator for choosing Serenity was its close proximity to the boardwalk and its oceanfront location. It did not disappoint! You can tell the owners were thoughtful in their choice of decor and furniture. The sofas in the living area appeared to be brand new. The beds were extremely comfortable, although they were somewhat challenging for us to get in and out of, because of the way they're built. Otherwise, no complaints! Fantastic location for a Carolina Beach getaway!

The name says it all when you are sitting on the deck! We totally loved the condo and had a very pleasant stay!! It is beautifully decorated and fully stocked! The only problem we had was the lack of ice made by the ice maker! Other than that, we cannot complain! Thank you!

This condo is super close to everything! The location, the view, everything was fantastic. The condo had what we needed and was super clean upon arrival. Come for the spectacular view and beach access. Great deck, ocean front, but... bring your own cleaning supplies. The cleaners missed a lot. We are owners ourselves and well know the AirBnB cleaning standards. The condo is simply getting a standard in and out fast going over, not the Covid cleaning AirBnB requires.It is well furnished and the custom solid wood furniture is a carpenters dream. As others have said the high sided bed with its 3' wide perimeter makes getting in and out of bed difficult. Come for the view and not for a romanic stay.We will still give high ratings because the view and beach proximity are amazing. We spent almost all our time on the beach (very short walk) or on the deck with has a built in area for drinks and dining. Come and relax, just be prepared to do some housekeeping when you arrive.

We rented this condo to celebrate our sisters 80th birthday. We travel with them often until Covid, so this was a doubly exciting trip…
My wife and I try to get to the beach a few times during the season.
This unit was very clean (except for a sandy floor). Everything was updated and modern. It was perfect for 4 .The condo was in a good location with adequate parking and very close to the beach.. We arrived and opened some champagne, sat on the covered deck and enjoyed the view of the ocean and a full moon.
Unfortunately, it rained very hard for the next 2 days. We are a game playing group so we were able to have a goood time annyway.
We recommend this unit.. the comments about the beds are accurate in that the bed frames seem to be for water beds, so its more difficult to get out of them.
As i said above, if your in search of a 2 baths 2 bdrm condo in a good location…this is it.
