I LOVED the location and layout of this 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment. But, I was always out of sync with the property managers and the "procedure" to get things done. The security and fire system panel for the entire building was located outside of the door to our apartment and there was a default for one of the apartments which resulted in a loud intermittent beeping that we could hear throughout our apartment and it made it hard to sleep at night. I contacted the property manager through email because the phone number given only worked at certain times. They sent someone out to look at it but he didn't know what was going on and when the beeping seemed to stop, he thought the problem was fixed (by pushing the reset button). Well, the beeping continued to come and go throughout the 10 days we were there (most noticeably at night) and I had to keep contacting the property managers. One night, I was so frustrated after trying to sleep through the sound that I called the 1 800 number for VRBO and told them to contact the property manager! I feel like I paid a lot of money for a long stay (I had relatives who lived nearby) and I expected better service. I didn't expect to be waited on but I wanted to be able to sleep. Then, we had an issue when housekeeping came and took the towels out of all 3 bathrooms but only replaced them in one bathroom! (And I needed my sons to shower before a nice dinner.) I contacted the property manager but it took a day and a half to get the towels. He said that they were too busy to provide "extra" towels! They weren't EXTRA towels! And I never asked them to be replaced! So, it is a beautiful apartment in a great location but it was too expensive to not cover the basic necessities of travelers.

Dublin - smut tur
Fin bolig i nyere bryggeri - opfyldte vores behov i forhold til at vi var 6 personer (3 par). ok beliggenhed i forhold til centrum. Knap så meget charme - men rigtig ok.

This three BR/bath was the perfect space for my family of five. The folks who manage the property at Citybreak Apartments were very accommodating re: our arrival. I recommend using the transportation company that’s affiliated with Citybreak; Jay the owner and his crew were punctual and lovely. One note for folks who stay here, tell a taxi driver that the address is 19 Creighton Street, or they won’t find it.
Location is good, with most points in the city within 15-20 minute walk, though Guinness is about two miles. Dublin is very walkable.
If I’m lucky enough to return to Dublin for another week, I’ll book this flat.

Fantastic Dublin location
Airport Pick-up was arranged for us by property management. This was super nice as this was our first time in Dublin. The driver was super friendly. The location of the property was fantastic. It was easy and within walking distance to get to anywhere you wanted to go. One of the best part was the Eurostar market right next door. The place was beautiful, modern, and clean. However, we were a little disappointed on Vrbo it was listed as a 3 bathroom place, but there was only 2 bathroom. This should get fixed on the Vrbo site.
We had a few issues when we checked in, but Property management responded and took care of our issues quickly. Even before we arrived, it was easy to communicate with property management via email.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great option - short walk to Temple Bar area
everything was perfect except, the property we ended up in was slightly different, but had an amazing wrap around porch on the 7th floor, so can't complain. there were only 2 bathrooms, not 3 so that was disappointing since we partially chose this property for that reason. brand new, so everything in great condition and mostly clean, but floors seemed to have been swept and not mopped or at least not well, bc our feet were black. was told they were send someone to clean, but never did. heat is controlled by several small units, but were sufficient once we learned how to use. check in was seamless with a property management company - just personally prefer to not have to make a separate stop to do that. only came with 4 bath towels despite listing how many we would have, so they had to deliver more. 1 kitchen towel, so stock up on paper towels. grocery store below was convenient. i'm of course listing all the small annoying complaints that i think can be easily improved upon, but would 100% book again if i could verify these items be mitigated prior. communication was great. included complimentary crib and high chair (had to call to get chair delivered, but was quick follow up).

Comfort & Convenience!
This apartment was perfect for our 6-person family! The location was easy to find and very walkable to attractions and bus stops. Plus, being so close to the river, made it easy to find after getting turned around on unfamiliar streets.
The bedrooms were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped, clean and bright!

Great Place in Dublin!!
This apartment was very clean, very well appointed, and convenient to everything we wanted. It was a ten-minute walk to restaurants and most sites in central Dublin, and about forty minutes' walk to the Guinness Storehouse, probably the farthest attraction. If you don't want to walk, there are Hop-On/Hop-Off busses all over, as well. We really enjoyed the cool breezes in the morning and afternoon, and the area was mostly quiet at night. The kitchen had everything we needed, as we occasionally made a meal, and the Spar downstairs made that very convenient. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Dublin

Property was spectacular
The apartment was beautiful and views from the deck were amazing.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and modern, plenty of room for our party of five.
As much as we loved the apartment, the neighborhood is lacking in restaurant choices. We were dependent on the supermarket downstairs from the unit. Luckily the weather was excellent, so walking 20 minutes to central Dublin was pleasant. Without A/C it got a little warm, but we kept the windows open and shades closed, which worked well. There is a lot of construction, and a local family of seagulls made a lot of racket in the morning. Otherwise we had a great stay!
