Rooms are excellent price is outrageous but overall the rooms are really clean I can't complain about that part but those prices though geesh they are way to high on certain fees. Early check in $23 pet fees $23 deposit fee $100 You do get the deposit fee back the next day if paying in cash otherwise it's up to 10 days before you get it back. Strict on company so if your staying solo and expect anyone to be staying or visiting you, you had better add them to your list of persons staying that night otherwise it's huge no go on visitors

The photos on Hotels.com were of a nice lobby with breakfast, seating areas, conference rooms, business office with a computer and printer, etc. After choosing to pay at the hotel, the hotel tried to charge my card before I got there, and because it was locked and declined, I was told that my reservation was automatically cancelled, although I did not get a notice from Hotels.com. They gave me another reservation and I checked in. They had a washer and dryer but it was in a closet outside with no room to wait on the clothes. I went into the lobby to wait on my clothes but was told I could not wait in the lobby. I was told that it was only for check in and check out and they had outdoor benches that I could use. It was below 50 degrees outside. I turned to look at the areas in the lobby and the clerk told me that she told me I could not be in there and asked me to leave. Another man came out to tell me the same thing. I told them that I have a 7 day stay there and was a customer. They told me to please leave the lobby. They put me out! In the room, I wanted to connect my computer to the TV, but the HDMI input on the tv had been tampered with. I called down and was told that it was not possible for me to use that output. When leaving, I went to the lobby to wait on my Uber and was told that I could not wait in the lobby, but I could wait in the vestibule. Someone else wanted to wait inside but she locked the door and would not let them in. BAD BUSINESS!

The room was great but the service is horrible. Then trying to explain the policy is horrible. This is the only place I have had to pay a deposit(pending but charged my account). Just be ready to deal with a deposit just to stay. Stupid!

The staff that checked us in were NOT nice or friendly. I woke up 4 times to make sure our car was not broken into. The outside of this Motel was very run down. The room was okay but I would not stay here again.

My room had dirt on the floors at the entry way and an electrical cord running around the room. The front desk clerk was very rude.

Room was clean. First (non-smoking) room assigned reeked of smoke….moved to another room. No AC or telephone until maintenance came. Owner/ manager got testy after reaffirming maintenance man was coming. No maid service during 3 night stay. Towels were stained and sparse. Exterior is unkempt and sketchy. No close by restaurant. No coffee.

No air conditioning in any of the rooms. If I had known this, I would not have reserved here. I went to another Super 8 motel 10 mins away and they have air conditioning in their rooms. Will call for full refund

This was the worst hotel. There was urine accumulated around the toilets (I booked 2 rooms), there were mice playing in the halls, no extra face towels, no extra blankets, when we turned on the air, dust blew out, my 2 year old was locked in the room and they wouldnt even give my 18 year old son an extra card to open the door because ge didnt have his ID, BECAUSE IT WAS LOCKED IN THE ROOM. we made the trip to see my dad who is in hospice at the VA Hospital to say our goodbyes and they didnt even offer a bereavement discount. I was so upset

Would not care to stay again. They charge extra for the first floor which you wont know about until you check in. The room was nasty as well as the tub and floor. Microwave and mini fridge were nasty. Tv also didnt work.

Half lobby was closed off including restrooms. Our room smelled like someone chain smoked pot in it prior. No vending on our level.

Privacy curtain was torn providing no privacy. The room smelled like mildew. There was blue chewing gum stuck on the bed post. Towels were either stained or dirty. I would not recommend it.

I got the room and paid for it and then got there and had to pay a deposite. Card wouldn't work and had to cancel the reservation. I DID NOT RECEIVE My money back!! I feel I got my money stolen

I called the hotel twice and was hung up on twice by an Indian or Pakistani man with a smart mouth and had no time to give information. He said read online. He said he didn't care if I stayed or not. I never went as my friend developed Covid-19. I didn't know till it was too late to cancel. I had read the other reviews and believe you do Hotels a disservice by associating yourself with such rude people. My question was about the $100.00 room deposit. I'm seventy years old and have never been asked to pay a cash deposit or told it will take a month to get a refund on my charge card. You only get one chance to make a first impression and he spoke for Hotels, Wyndham, and Super 8 loud and clear. All other good Indian and Pakistani innkeepers should beat the hell out of a guy like I spoke with as he ruins their reputation. All I wanted was some information and a place to spend the night.

Checkin attendant made me wait an unusual amount of time for my room. He didn’t know how to use his computer and couldn’t figure out how to put my card on file for incidentals. I booked and paid through Expedia, yet he tried to charge my card again for the room. When the credit company declined the duplicate charge. He refused to give me my room key without a new charge. So I produced my second credit card. As far as I can tell, this man double charged me for my room. I went to the room, finally, to get some much needed sleep only to find that the room smelt horribly like cigarettes. I was too tired to request a new room and had to battle with my allergies all night long. Then in the morning, while I was still asleep, someone used a key card and opened my door. I had the door bolt engaged, so they did not get in. But someone who should not have access to my room woke me by by attempting to enter. They gave no warning and didn’t knock indicating that they were housekeeping. I would not go to this hotel if I were a woman.

This place was extremely rude ran by a bunch of litttle Indian kids. Who dont know what the hell there doing nor do they have any customer service skills whatsoever. I was told by what i thought was the owner that i could park my bike up front. The little young girl ran right outside as if i stole my own bike to tell me that i had to park in a designated parking spot or I will be towed. That part was fine by me i never said I wouldn't move it. However she stood there as if I was a criminal until I moved it. Which pissed me the F---k off I told her she didn't have to stand there and supervise me. She told me that I could get a refund and get the F---k outta here. I said I don't GAF you can do what the f--'k you want. In the future I'll be finding some place else to spend my money. Bikers beware NOT Motorcycle friendly. Nor friendly at all!!!!

The room was quite good. It was clean and roomy. However, the area outside the room was covered with litter. The trash cans were overflowing. It seemed to be undergoing some construction renovations in some of the rooms.

We had to change rooms because we had mold all over our walls. The other room wasn’t much better but at least we didn’t have mold.. it was for one night you get what you pay for.

Spacious room, larger than average mini fridge w/freezer section. Checkin was slowwww. Security on lobby - only allowed one person in at a time 24/7 was concerning. How safe is the area? Is our car safe in the parking lot? Just an overnight stay so no other amenities tried out.
