We really like this hotel. We only spent time sleeping in it, but it was very comfy. The bathroom was a bit tight and the door didn’t stay open, but it’s Europe and things are smaller there. Otherwise, would DEFINITELY stay again.
The parking is attached to the hotel!!!!!!

Hotel was good bit on the expensive side for what it really offered. Good and clean friendly staff just need to sort out the price

The hotel is centrally located and it is easy to walk to many of the attractions of Dublin

The hotel is in an excellent location with easy walking access to Trinity College, Dublin Castle, and other attractions. It is kept scrupulously clean, but the rooms are sorely out of date. They have only oneconvenient outlet for charging, no USB connections, and woefully outdated furnishings, e.g. 3 baby sized drawers for everyone's clothes. Once it gets its refurb, it will be a gem. For now it meets the need, no frills, minor annoyances.

The room was fine however the daily housekeeping needs improvement seriously. The cost is high. The breakfast menu needs some more variety especially for people who don’t eat pork.
Staff is good and cooperative.

Great location and the car park was right next door via a covered walkway. Good room size. The breakfast was dissappointing though, the scrambled egg and fried eggs were bland, overcooked and not sure what had been done to the scrambled eggs - texture was like tofu. Running low on fruit even though we were there at 8.15am. Please label the jams etc so people know what is what.

Hotel is excellently positioned in the centre of Dublin and the standard of service was very good indeed. Rooms in general were very good but very hot and the little air conditioner was too noisy to use at night. The rooms themselves were clean but the toilets by the bar needed cleaning more regularly. Good facilities and very good breakfast - overall good value for money.

It definitely needs an update. Very uncomfortable bed, I woke up with a horrible pain on my back. Carpet is old and dirty. Small bathroom. Hall and reception is always crowded and busy and staff is not very helpful. Breakfast ok, very crowded too. Just one positive think about this hotel is the location close to all the attractions but in a more quiet area, and the fact that you have an iron and ironing table in the room.

Great location! Wonderful and economical breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room didn’t have many outlets or USB ports but not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was very simple and nice.

We could hear every noise from the street below to the people down the hall. Thin walls! Beds and pillows were so uncomfortable I contemplated throwing a blanket in the floor to sleep! Our room accommodated three people and there were enough towels provided for one. This is a bare-bones accommodation and I will not return.

Great Location within walking distance of all the major Dublin Sites. Staff was very helpful and friendly and were very helpful when I had a couple of travel disruptions.

Great location as right in the heart of lots of the attractions. Minutes walk from temple bar while also being only a short walk to Guinness factory. Breakfast was good - exactly what you would expect from this price of hotel with regards to offering.
Service was great, we asked to move rooms and were accommodated without hesitation.
There are no sheer curtains on the windows which I found strange for a first floor street facing room.
My only complaint, which is absolutely not the hotels fault, is because of the price point, it attracts guests who are in Dublin for the drinking, and when they come back late are less than courteous of other guests. Our original room was next to a vending machine on the first floor which people seemed to gravitate towards in the early ours for loud drunken chats. If this isn’t your bag, ask to be in a room far from the lifts so you don’t get disturbed.

Good location, friendly staff. Bathroom door was slow to open but the rest was good in the room. We could walk everywhere from the hotel, everything seemed to be close in distance.

While in Dublin we wanted to be centrally located and enjoy top end quality room comfort. Leonardo Hotel provided that in spades. The staff were more than helpful and accommodating. A big thank you to all of them.

Hotel didn’t provide clean towels or clean the room while we stayed there. Usually a great hotel to stop at, just had dropped in it’s service

Great location and wonderful staff. I would stay there again.
My only complaint is the water pressure.

The room was very warm with no way to regulate the temperature except to turn off the heat. We were told to open window if too warm. Daughter had broken her foot and asked if they could help with wheelchair. Told would call back. No one did. Since we thought would be able to get wheelchair based on prior conversation, did not look further. When we arrived, told they had wheelchair but it could not leave property. This was not helpful.

Nice hotel, centrally located, does all basics right. Need new towels!

Staff were friendly, however the girls in the restaurant had very little English and our dinner was stressful with several wrong orders coming to our table.
The pull out bed was the most uncomfortable I have slept on. We enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel was nice and quiet at night.

Will definitely be staying here again

Warm welcome, great room, great location, easy walk to mai attractions. Would stay again

Excellent central location to use as hub for exploring Dublin. Directly across from Christ Church Cathedral, everything in the Temple Bar area is easily walkable.
Only challenge was that I spoke with staff multiple times in advance to request at least one of our rooms be available for early check-in, yet when I arrived it seemed there was no visibility to those requests.
Parking was available directly behind the hotel in partnership with a public garage (it's very tight if you'll have a larger rental).
