This has to be one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed at, there is some construction going on. We definitely would be back next year

I love staying here because it's 5 min away from Heavenly. All the rooms I've stayed in are cozy and amenities are great. It's a perfect destination for the winter if you're looking to ski Heavenly and enjoy downtown South Lake Tahoe. Highly recommend!!

The property is located on the lake shore. Our suite was very clean and stocked with basic kitchen essentials (silverware, cooking tools, appliances). The walls and floors are on the thin side so if your next door neighbors or the room above you is noisy you might hear it. Otherwise, we would consider staying here again.

Very Comfortable. Nice lake view

We stayed one night prior to the lake cruise. It is in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. Our room is the 2 bed 3 bath condo. Yes it has 3 full bathrooms! The condo is great for a family of 6 people. The room is like three standard room connected, very clean with fluffy towels. Beds are comfortable. Will come here again in the summer to enjoy the private beach.

My stay was not relaxing or comfortable. When I purchased the room and saw the pictures I was excited until I arrived and the room was not as depicted in the pictures. When I went to the front desl

The room was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of dishes and supplies for us to use. During the snow storm, the front desk associate was helpful in getting us into a room with our toddler before check in time to avoid the cold. The manager later in the evening, however, was rude as they were trying to navigate their system during power outages. While we appreciate all of the help we received, the communication by the manager was very offputting. If you can avoid her, the property and cleanliness is a plus!

The worst place ever. What a rude staff. We couldn’t drive up to hotel due to heavy snow. They were not kind to change our . When I called and said we are unable to make it there and I said it is almost impossible to drive, she said “ that is not my problem -and we can’t help you. You take it or lose it.

We had an amazing room in building 5 with view of the lake. The room was clean, comfortable. Kitchenette had all basics. When we needed an extra blanket, it was delivered in record speed.

From start to finish, it was great . I was nervous about the reviews regarding customer service and the cleaning of the rooms but the front desk was pretty nice and gave me all the information that I needed and if you are a clean person , you aren't going to mind not having daily cleaning service. We rented the townhouse style room and it was perfect for a family of 4 . Our room was right next to the lake . It was beautiful . I liked the activity room even though we were always out so we really couldn't utilize it . The room was beautiful , clean , and the tub was a sauna that was very relaxing after snow activities . The hotel is located very close and walking distance to whole foods , mc donalds, chipotle, pizza hut, etc. We will be staying there again .

Definitely not a hotel, as in nobody will come in and clean the room, refresh toiletries or linens or any sort of daily upkeep. It's an airbnb basically with no cleanup instructions for check out. Luckily they include some extra toilet paper and the trash is deep so you can fill it as nobody will come to change it.

Heather at the front desk has a horrible attitude which made the start of my stay a little bitter.
Approaching my room (townhouse), great proximate parking to assigned building. Great amenities and awesome view of the beach (building 5, facing private beachfront) Everything is accessible by a short drive to the main blvd with tons of shops and restaurants. Stayed during a storm and the shoveling after by the onsite maintenance was early & quick. Inside the room the spiral staircase in my room was a bit iffy and would wobble a lot when using. No stove inside room but hot plate is offered by placing request, fun onsite activities as well with a quick rsvp via phone call to the rec room. My families winter stay despite the first property interaction was great. Be advised they don't like early bird check-in's..

Everything was good. They should add paid early check in option to reduce wait time. Otherwise rooms were clean, kitchenette was good and had big balcony. However getting lake front requires early booking like 6 months.

Our room was great. Love the pool, hot tub, fire pits and view of the lake. The front desk service, however, was pretty bad--inpatient and unwelcoming.

was a beautiful room next to the lake. Liked having the kitchenette with a toaster oven and convection microwave for making meals. Plates and utensils included.
Friendly staff.

The view was incredible. The hot tub and pool were the main priority for me and they were both great. The sauna in the gym didn't work unfortunately and the pull out bed/couch was broken so there ended up only being one sleeping area, even when I paid for two. The property was good though!

Our stay was wonderful, everything worked and accommodations were met. I’m not a picky traveler but the place was definitely great and I would definitely return.

The facilities and the location are excellent. The main concern was the mattresses; they were very uncomfortable; they seemed to be spring mattresses with a topper. Aside from that, it was a good experience.

Great family hotel!! Stayed here for winter snow day getaway and the hotel was perfect. Spacious, feel like you're at home with amenities needed, great beach location and lots to do (although we want to come again in summer when sports stuff is open)

Great place with lots of amenities for the price. We stayed here overnight for a trip to Heavenly and got a townhome room facing the main street unfortunately. We did not sleep well downstairs due to the noise from the outside transportation as well as the fridge (which was making a loud noice when worked) and the loud heater. So, I would not recommend it for 4 people, but two would probably sleep well upstairs.

They had a schedule of activities that my teen daughter really enjoyed. Megan was very helpful and kind.

We stayed in the “townhouse” and it’s basically like two small hotel rooms that are put together by a staircase, but it suited our needs! The only complaint was that there was a drawer that kept opening by itself and wouldn’t stay shut. We didn’t request room service but the bathroom garbages are tiny. Overall the place is nice and has ample amenities. The hot tub was filthy didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a while. We loved riding the Lime scooters around and it has nice shopping/food options!

The TBSC was clean, but needed updating. The bathrooms were very clean, and had been updated somewhat, but the carpet and furniture were old. They were clean (we hope), but didn’t give us a great comfortable feeling

definitely can't wait to return, their private beach is worth it's weight in gold, staff are SO nice and we really loved it there.

Huge room, loved the layout. Two bathrooms! Beach and pool/hot tub area was excellent. Two balconies. Not much of a view from our room and no A/C but it was fine. Great stay.
