Room was not fully cleaned before going into room. Bed was not made. Nor was all of the towels or linens in the room. Trash was in the overflowing trash can.

The room was dirty, the curtains didn’t work. The beds are small

This stay was an overnight stay I got 3 rooms that they wanted a refundable $300 cash deposit that I was not aware because I did not have a major credit card. Next, once we got in the room the toilet seat came all the way off when you sit on it, the sink was stopped up with tobacco from a cigar so while trying to brush teeth the sink was stopped up phone didn’t work internet barely worked and then in the other room they grabbed a towel off of the towel rack and half of the rack broke and fell there was a whole in the bathroom and at the breakfast area there were ants crawling and then upon check out I was charged $30 for 3 dirty towels ain’t that’s what the towels for to use some family dollar towels $10 dollars a piece I will never again in life stay here ever

Bathroom sink had no handle to adjust water flow. Seemed like a sketchy location.

Not so good. Bed was sagging and my back paid for it. Access to the room was bad. You could access the room from the lobby but you could not access the lobby from the room very easily.

The microwave in the room was terrible. Also I wasn’t aware that we had to cancel a day before or before checkout to receive a refund back even after you didn’t stay

I didn’t like the cleanliness of the room I told the clerk about the room and he sent me too another room in which the other room was the same way not clean and the tub was unsanitary and with the convenience of being so near the medical district I would have expected more from the establishment and if it wasn’t so late I would’ve gone to a different hotel. For the price and an 100 dollar hold is just was baffling to me I also took pictures on my phone to show the clerk the room he declined to look and say he believed me and gave me a different room but the next room was the exact same way so he told me too go check out one more room it was not as bad under the circumstances of it being late and me not knowing my way around the area I was visiting my mother in the hospital and was tired and my experience was very disappointing to say the least hopefully this hotel chain makes some big changes soon in this location

Receptionist was helpful and understood my challenges went above and beyond meeting the needs to help me as i had to work through challenges of my husband being in hospital longer than participated plus my sugar crash akk is well and i am staying another two days. Wouldn't want to be at any other hotel.

The room was WORN OUT! Paint chipping, pin holes in the blackout curtain, sink faucet missing its handle, rust and wear scratches and stains on the tub and toilet, and the sink would back up and very slowly drain. On the good side, the bed was clean along with the rest of room regardless of its worn out state.

Was cheap. Had to have a cash deposit of 100 bucks. They tried to cheat me out of that saying I marked on a bathroom door. Nothing besides microwave worked in room. Just stay away.

Not so good. Front desk guys were good, room floor and furniture were very sticky and nasty, sink faucet handle broke and just lying there. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, furniture really outdated, wornout, rooms need painted. May be why hardly anyone was there while hotels were hard to get in the area. Wish they would renovate it some, hotel is near hospitals. With some attention, this could really be a great place to stay

This property has a policy requiring $100 CASH for the security deposit. It then gets refunded within a 48 hour period AFTER checkout.
I don’t recommend staying here unless you are going to remain in the Little Rock area for two days after you leave the hotel; otherwise you can’t get your security deposit back.
This is a very strange and suspicious practice. BEWARE.

Stayed a week. Convenient location.

The establishment itself was okay. Not bad for the price. However it is in a dangerous part of town. Homeless are everywhere one approached me at my car as I arrived one night. Right outside my room. I do suggest maybe a security officer to keep them from hounding guests.

Days Inn by Wyndham Little Rock/Medical Center was exactly what I needed. It allowed me to be comfortable, sleep peacefully, and interact with professional staff while enjoying a light breakfast. Thank you.

It’s an old property with bandaid repairs and smells like old cigarettes.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room condition was interesting. I feel that it was nwely painted but it was a horrible job. Paint on the drapes and there were nicks on all the doors-paint missing. There was caulk all over the bathroom floor. This all makes the appearance of being rundown. Just take more time and do it correctly.

The low price was much too high for this run down hotel. The room smelled awful, dusty, and dirty. Many parts of the room falling apart.

If I could somehow rate lower than a 0, I would do that. The room they gave me did not have a cleaned bathroom and smelled horrible, and despite promises that it would be cleaned, they never did it. Their power then cut off for several hours during a cold weather stretch. Awful place

When I arrived it was a strange topless man walking constantly around the check in door asking all the patrons for money. Then the first room I was given the key card did not work and I had to run back to the office at night while some strange guy was wondering around. Once I made it back to the office a lady who had checked in right before me was back complaining of a roach problem (she got a refund and left) she too was traveling from out of state. After I was given another key to a new room because apparently the previous room and key I was given did not work (go figure) once in that room I noticed it was more like a tan down Motel and not a Hotel (like I thought) I took a few pictures went back to the front desk and politely asked for a refund because not only was it I cleaned it was in fact roaches. The gentleman at the desk was as polite as he was able to be considering all that was going on.

The hotel requires a $100 cash deposit at check in for any cash or debit payments. Luckily they have their own ATM in the lobby that charges you $3.99 service fee for the cash withdrawl. To get the deposit back you must have your ID and the copy of the deposit agreement and regardless of when we check out you are not able to pick up your deposit before 9 am. So we had an event early in the morning, which is the whole reason we rented a room. I had to leave a few hours into the event to rush back over at 9 am to retrieve my cash deposit. Apparently it’s known in the area that this hotel returns $100 cash to patrons after 9 am because when I pulled up my vehicle was approached by multiple pan handlers and homeless individuals. I then had to wait while they found someone to go into the room and inspect it before they were given the ok to return my deposit.
The room itself was some what clean, older, the door was difficult to open as if maybe the frame had been broken before and fixed. The gentleman at the front desk took personal calls while helping me.

The hotel was located in at a good distance for us to go back and forth from UAMS. The sheets were dirty, there was holes in the wall, the side wall down to pool was covered in cigarette butts and debris, for one entire day we were stuck in our room because of a football game, the owner sold all the parking spots for hotel to people parking for the ball game. Breakfast was terrible.

The bedsheet got stained and blood. It looks awful. The chairs also got stained like it was there for decades.
The hair dryer was broken and didn’t get fixed.
At midnight, someone knocked on the door couple times. I reported the issue to the hotel front desk. However, they acted like nothing happened at night.

Everything was great clean room

Understaffed, it took a long time to get checked in because there was one person at the desk.
The pool was out if order and that was the main reason we chose this hotel.

our room, #106 had a terrible odor! It smelled like old pet urine. I wished I had been more vocal and demanded another room. The room itself was very clean. The conditions not so good. Terrible condition of the maintenance of the room itself. The water was rusty and yellow, at first I thought the toilet wasn't flushed, but when I flushed it, it was the water. I NEEDED a shower and that was the only reason I continued with one. I will not recommend staying here. At least the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Kudos to the housekeeping staff!
