The hotel was very nice. The breakfast was good. Only thing I didn’t like was the light had to be on in order to watch tv laugh out loud. The fridge froze everything in it. But we made it work. We will stay again.

This hotel was really nice inside and out. The lobby was very warm and welcoming as well as the receptionists. They tended to any need i had and was very professional. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. It was in a very convenient place easy on and off the interstate with walmart and plenty of food places in walking distance. I will definitely stay here again

The room was great and the staff was friendly however, we were thankful that we didn’t want to sleep in because even if we wanted it was excessively noisy and then the landscaping crew was also working this morning.

I stayed at this hotel before and the breakfast was magnificent, but lately in the last 6 years they have downgraded. It took us all day to get a refresh room and towels. The elevator was not working when we first arrive but that's understandable due to the storms that came throug Overall out of 10 I give it a 5.

Our room was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. **Be very cautiously driving down "Financial Circle Street". The street has many DEEP pot holes. Our tire got punctured as we were about to turn into the property, and the tire went flat right away. Luckily, we had a spare tire, and there was a Discount Tires Store just 8 miles away. We had just a hour to get there before the store closes. The tire rim had deep scratches as well, but it didn't have to be replaced. We told the front desk about our incident; she understood our frustration, but there wasn't anything that she could do. She also said that it had happened to many, many cars. She suggested us to call and complain to the city.

Overall stay was decent. Had to run to Walmart to get cleaning supplies because the bathroom was not clean. Particles behind the toilet, When you lift up the toilet set it looked like someone had diarrhea!!! Shower curtain had stains all over it! The curtain fixture was full of dust! Luckily I travel with my own sheets etc because lord knows if the linen was clean!! Breakfast was good!

The layout of the room was good (separate living area from the bedroom), but the floors were dirty and there was a dead roach in the bathroom (that I think we may have stepped on and killed). The cover to the phone was falling off, and a couple of the lamps didn’t work. The elevators had rusted spots and the property just looked somewhat dated. All that being said, the staff were very friendly.

Traveling home from trip, I got sick. I stayed here while I got better. The staff are amazing! They were so incredibly helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. Even sick, it was a great stay.

I booked a room for 5 people but only got accommodation for 4 was told that I could go buy an air mattress and sleep on the floor or they would give me extea blankets to make a pallet on the floor

The beds was small didn’t have any extra space water got cold fast ice box was dirty with hair in it and sheets had a spot on them oh and the shower curtain had dirty stains on them.

The redesign of La Quintas are hit or miss. This is a hit. When they mean no smoking, they mean it. Staff —just lovely. Air-heat unit in the room would be the only negative—that was old and didn’t sound very good. Room was very clean and well up-kept.

Over all it was a decent experience but the shower for two days was only flowing low pressure warm water, so much so that I and my wife shivered in the shower since only warm water only hits a small portion of your body back and the other use just gets old and wet. Staff tried to their best to address the issue but there were no other rooms available.

Room not ready but we were given key to the room. When we arrived in our room, looks dirty .. bee not made from previous customers , trash all over floor, towels on floor, bathroom not clean.

Super-friendly staff. Large, clean rooms. OK breakfast. We were en route to Arlington, TX, from New Orleans, where we stayed in a multi-star hotel. La Quinta had it beat in almost every category. So many hotels are gouging you -- charge for parking, charge for wifi -- it's good to know that LQ treats us right.

The Waffle House is next door Friendly service. Enjoyed a dinner with the chef and staff on New years eve! Our room was spotless and quiet. Enjoyed the selection for breakfast also. Front desk Manager was polite and helpful also.
